Ok let me start out by saying if I could give this business 6 or 7 or even 10 stars I would. Just top notch all around. Highly recommend for dent repair and removal. My story begins like many others, walking back with groceries towards my car and seeing the dent. Not in the door like a door ding but on the top of the left fender like someone smacked a screwdriver or blunt instrument to leave a mark. It was awful. Shocking. Depressing. I read up on paint less dent repairs. Watched tons a YouTube videos with people using all kinds of gimmicks. In the end, I watched a video of a true professional dent remover and watching it made me want to find a similar shop. Only local. And I did. Steve is a metallurgy magician! The quote was super reasonable and the proof is in the pudding of my photos. I went in thinking I hope it can be just not a eyesore and left with a spring in my step and no sign of the truly despicable and evil dent. Well, I am not sure where to start. I had a large a small dent and decided to fix it myself. I love my 2003 Honda Pilot that I bought new and I did not want to spend a lot of money on it since it appraised at $500. I ordered a kit and watched a ton of YouTube how too's and it all came out AWFULL. What I did not realize was that there is an artistry to it. I met Chris and he was everything you read. A wonderful person. He told me that since my car was so inexpensive he would just leave it because of the cost to fix it. The excellent guys at Dent Tech at first didn't want to take the repair because they said they couldn't do it 100%, but the alternative would have been a full body shop repair which would have cost much, much more and would have required an overnight or two for my car. They agreed to undertake the repair and get it at good as possible... and they did a great job! I don't leave online reviews, but I'm making an exception for the positive experience I just had at Dent Tech. I had a small dent (slightly larger than a quarter) in my brand-new 2016 Mazda3 sGT. Probably would have left it if my car had been older, but this was a self-inflicted injury and it really bugged me every time I got in my shiny new car. So I went to the big collision repair place down the street, and they told me "It's right on a bend in the metal, that part is high-strength steel, our paintless dent repair guys can't do it. So you'll need to leave your car here for four days while we grind it down and repaint that section. It'll be $600." So I decided not to fix it. Then I found some great reviews of Dent Tech on Yelp, and went in for an estimate. Chris told me it would be $85 and it would take an hour, and scheduled me for the following week. That's a difference in price of 700%. I figured even if it didn't come out great, it was worth an $85 gamble. Well, I just went in to Dent Tech this morning, they pulled my car around to the garage, and literally 10 minutes later they were done. It's perfect. I mean, invisible. I can't even tell where the dent used to be. I got my brand-new car back, and I couldn't be happier. So glad I found these guys. Many thanks. read more

Humiliating treatment and careless handling property Dent Tech was the place I took my Acura TL to repair a small dent on front bumper, which they took 2 days to fix it. I paid the whole amount on the First day itself. Second day, when I took my car to Dent tech, GUY IN FRENCH BEARD at front desk directed me to his sub-contractor across the street (this did not happened on the first day). I went there, told him the reason I was there, and handed over my key fob to that dent tech subcontractor and turned valet parking switch on (in Valet parking mode, car will start if key fob is present anywhere near the car). After I was told that job was done, I left that place in my car WITHOUT REALIZING that I was without key fob. In less than half a mile,I realized that subcontractor didn't give mevmy Key fob and I returned to subcontractor to collect it. It was then, that the sub-contrator told me that HE LEFT THE KEY FOB ON ROOF TOP OF THE CAR, which HE CLEARLY MISSED to inform/tell me earlier. My friend and I searched that whole half a mile stretch on foot which i had traveled earlier without the key fob, in a hope to find it, but didn't find it. After that tiring search in vain for key fob in hot sun, I went back to Dent tech and explained about what had happened,. Then a technician at Dent tech tried to start my car without key fob, it didn't start at all. I requested Dent tech to pay for new key, but Guy with a french beard at front desk told me that i took off without key fob and they were not responsible. I requested him to call Steve (owner), but instead he yelled at me "GET OUT FROM MY STORE, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE" and called 911 saying RACIALLY DISCRIMINATING words and that I was not leaving the store, when all I was doing was asking them to call the owner and to have a talk to him. In the mean time, while I was waiting for cops, one gentleman came out from inside and paid me $60 which is 20% of my key price, though I did request for half of replacement price. I had to shell out $300 from my pocked to buy new key fob and reprogram it. May be, I should have waited for the cop to show up but since it was office time, i had to hurry back to be in office before lunch time ended and that's why I left after taking money. Dent tech humiliated me to the core on this issue, they intimidated and threatened me with 911 call, even though it was CLEARLY THEIR FAULT i.e.HANDLING PROPERTY RECKLESSLY. Workers at Dent Tech don't no how to treat/address their customer grievances. read more

Just want to say I am extremely pleased with the job Steve did on my brand new 2012 WRX. Some punk decided to take a sharp knife or tool and jabbed a dent and scratch into my door. Steve not only removed the large ding perfectly, he even offered to apply the touch paint to fill in the huge scracth for me and even buffed it out so it was flush with the paint.. He was very meticulous about everything. It was funny because he was even apologizing that the touch up paint job wasn't perfect and was like, "Ummm...looks perfect to me!" You can tell he takes pride in his work. I would take any of my cars back there in heartbeat. Best part is their rates are extremely reasonable. read more

This is a great place to have your dents removed without costing a fortune. I had a crease in my car that some shops I took the car for an estimate said it was too much work and did not want to do it, and others wanted to repaint the fender and charge me hundreds of dollars.
