Horrible. Unethical. Poor business practices is such a complement. I was charged $12.48 to launder and press 2 dress shirts. This apparently included a charge of $5 because I brought the shirts to the cleaners on a hanger with one button buttoned -- since I had washed and hung them after I had worn them. This was my first and last time I will use this business. May they enjoy their blessings of poor customer service! read more

They ask you if you want your shirts laundered or dry cleaned and if there is one silk shirt they will dry clean them all. What a friggin rip off company! The total for 8 mens shirts was $35 plus !!! The other 7 shirts were cotton! UNETHICAL BUSINESS !! read more

Do not use this cleaners. If you have a problem the owner will never contact you! I took a new shirt in to be pressed which I had just bought for a wedding and it came back with spots and streaks of colors front and back. I could not use it for the wedding. It came with a note that said this is the best we can do. I left it there to see if they could get the spots and colors out and asked that the owner call me. I stopped back no less than 5 times over 2 months and asked for the owner to call me. Each time I was told they gave him the message. I finally took the shirt and told them I thought they owed me something for ruining the shirt and told them I would post about them on line and was told if I did that the owner wouldn't contact me then. I already knew that so here's my review which shouldn't even be 1 star!! read more

I've been using this location for the past 1yr 9months. This week 10/8/15 and last week have been horrible. My work uniform had been poorly pressed and white stains on the pants. I would not use this place if your clothing goes through a uniform inspection at work. When asked to correct the issue they told me it will be ready tomorrow around 5pm. Ever since they changed to start bright, they have gone down hill. Use Dave cleaners. At least they are more customer friendly. read more

Do NOT use this dry cleaner. I asked Joe to put a note on my account to NEVER launder anything I brought in. I picked up dress shirts today, with "dry clean only" tags and they were laundered. I asked Joe for an answer and solution, but he had nothing to say. I asked for a refund of the laundered items (I can do laundry) and he refused. These were Todd Graham shirts! Although no longer a Comet location, they are still HORRIBLE. Clothes were not ready when promised. When I asked why, they said they didn't know and that no "production" people were there. The only answer was "come back tomorrow." So I had to make an extra trip into town the next morning to speak with the "manager" (some kid just out of high school). Basically all I could get was "it's not our fault" and "you should just be grateful we did your clothes like you wanted." No explanation as to why the clothes weren't done on time and no discount was offered as restitution. They obviously don't need/want my business...so they no longer have it. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS,,, they are horrible... I took my husbands work clothes and nice jeans in to be starched and they didnt use barely anything on them waste of money,,, then to supprise my husband I took his White Texas Rangers Jersey in to be cleaned up they turned it yellow on the sleeves. It looks to me they tried using something turned it colors and didnt do anything else to it hoping I wouldnt notice. I asked what happened and "Joe" as he laughs at me for getting upset, said he wasnt sure so he had the owner Scott call me days later and he refused to pay for the shirt... He told me it had sun damage and if I could prove it happened at his store then he would pay for it,,, ummm hello i brought it in white and your employees who oviously dont know what they are doing turned it yellow.... Worst dry cleaners ever! I took 10 shirts and asked for heavy starch. When I picked them up ($25 later), I noticed that they were wrinkled looking through the bags. I felt of them, no starch at all. Turned around and explained to the clerk who was wearing shorts so short that she was completely unacceptable for the workplace what I had asked for when I dropped them off and how I received them once they processed them. Asked for them to be redone. She reluctantly said they would. I handed them to her and she felt of them and told me that basically I didn't know what I was talking about and some fabrics just don't hold starch. I have been wearing starched shirts to work for 25 plus years and think I have a pretty good idea of how they should look. While I agree some fabrics hold the starch better than others, not all of the ones I brought in fit that category. She then proceeded to hand them back to me. Never again will I use this cleaner, and if you don't want to waste your money then you shouldn't either. read more
