Ross at Star Motorsports is great. He has the best prices on great trailers, will install/repair lights, etc. Plus, he's a nice guy.

I just made my second vehicle purchase from Mullahey Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram this past Friday. My…read morefirst vehicle purchase from this dealership was in 2020 and it could not have been any easier, painless and straight forward. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe I purchased this past Friday, 2/14/25 was a 2023 model. The sale price had just been slashed 37% off the MSRP, more than likely to move this 2 year old, new vehicle with 80 miles on it from test drives off the lot. I drove to the dealership right away because I knew this vehicle would sell in a couple of days at this price. Prior to making the 35 minute drive from my house, I called to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot and for sale. The salesman who took my call was Stony Humphries. I told him I would be up shortly. From the test drive with Stony, negotiating a trade-in price on my two vehicles to when I took ownership of the Jeep today, was a pleasurable experience..... yes, if one could imagine buying a vehicle as a "pleasurable experience". Stony even gave me back home after I drove one of my trade-ins to the dealership yesterday, taking well over an hour out of his day. The Jeep Rubicon 4xe is a very tech loaded hybrid vehicle. Stony was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining, navigating and walking me through the different onscreen menus, probably because of owning a Jeep Rubicon 4xe himself. No better way to learn from a sales person with first hand knowledge of the vehicle because they own one too. When I bought my first vehicle from this dealership 5 years ago, I was somewhat skeptical because they had a Google rating of 3.5. Their current Google rating is now 4.0. It does still appear that the majority of the most recent 1 star reviews come from customer feedback regarding the dealerships maintenance department and not so much the sales staff. So, second vehicle purchase from this dealership and the second time I'm leaving a 5 star review for Stony the sales person and all others who I did not come in contact that made this new vehicle transaction happen.

Do not buy a used car from these people. They don't check out their engines properly. Salesman…read moresmiling salesman selling you cars that just are gonna fall apart any minute and they do. They're nice to you until you have a problem with their car two days then again one month after you buy it. Within two days of Purchase a friend saw that there was no coolant in the car luckily I put coolant in and went up in the bottle the coolant is supposed to be in was punctured. They gave me a new bottle for free no charge. Two weeks later I have a problem and in repair of that problem the garage mechanic found that the oil had a leak in it and was revamped somewhere between 2017 and 2026. Well aren't they supposed to check their cars out before they sell it to you? They'll buy the car back of course me losing thousands but to me that sounds like a money laundering scam and they'll sell you a new car.......anything related to finance they are really good at. I'm asking them to pay for the fix it that should've been fixed before they sold the car. Somethings wrong here how could the car look so good on the outside and be so bad on the inside? Carfax means nothing all they do is tell you that the oil changes have been kept up-to-date. The oil fixed had a Bogus part on it it was not a new fix. I need help here, the owner is coming back from Utah in three weeks.......that's the best they could do.

If I could, I would give them a zero!…read more Our 2013 Toyota Tundra broke down, with 538,000 miles, after we arrived in Paso Robles from Sparks, Nevada. It had major engine issues and was too expensive to repair. We decided to look at F250 Diesels at Paso Robles Ford as they came recommended. We test drove 4 different Trucks and decided on the F250 XLT. Colton was very helpful with our test dives and while we sat down to complete the transaction. During our meeting with him I stressed the fact that it would be licensed in Nevada, he said "no issues". During our time with the finance manager, we also stressed the need to send the license and registration fees to Nevada. Our Sparks NV. address is on the contract, my Nevada Driver's license is on it, and I mentioned the truck being insured in Nevada as this is our primary residence. Well, they did not do as we needed, all fees went to California which I discovered upon trying to register with NV's DMV. I proceeded to contact Colton, upon talking to him he said we were advised that fees were being sent to California, WRONG, no mention of this at all. Neither myself nor my wife remember this supposed advisement. If we had, I would not have had my car Insurance Company in Nevada, provide the coverage for the F250, not to say this could have presented a major problem if a mishap had occurred before we registered in NV. It appears California and Nevada, even though same Insurance Companies used have strict guidelines which I was well aware of. Therefore, the truck was not legally insured. We contacted California DMV, and they said the dealer was responsible. My wife went to Paso Robles Ford, where she talked to the Manager and he BLUNTLY said they would not do anything. ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE was very discourteous, and no one was going to help, and we were not going to get our fees back from them. PASO ROBLES FORD MANAGMENT TEAM is unethical and apparently have no respect or care for customers. They also do not want repeat customers. Between California DMV and Nevada DMV, we are out about $2000 with $817 being what we should have received back from PASO ROBLES FORD.

Customer Beware - Misleading Sales Practices…read more I was selling my Mustang on Facebook Marketplace when Zephyrin from Paso Robles Chevrolet contacted me about purchasing the car for their used inventory. Since I live about an hour away in Nipomo, I asked if they could give me a conditional offer before I made the drive. I provided the VIN, mileage (64k), and my listing already included about 15 photos showing the car in detail. Zephyrin responded that their conditional offer without seeing the car was $24,000, and that they might be able to increase it by another $2,250 after inspection. Based on that conversation, I drove to Paso Robles Chevrolet. When I arrived, it was as if that discussion never happened. The manager (I believe his name was Don, but I'm not 100% certain) immediately started talking about needing $1,800 tires and offered $22,500, later increasing it to $23,000 and refusing to move further. I explained that I regularly receive offers in the $23k-$25k range, and the only reason I drove up was because they had already stated $24k as the conditional offer before seeing the car. Instead, I spent over two hours round trip driving there just to receive a lower offer. I still have the Facebook Marketplace messages confirming the $24,000 conditional offer. Overall, the experience felt misleading and dishonest, and I would not recommend doing business with Paso Robles Chevrolet if you value transparency and your time.
