But keep in mind , I do them pretty regular.The tech was nice, professional, very quick and did a good job. After the appointment you are given an envelope to give a tip to your tech if you would like to do that. Before you leave they ask to make a future appointment for you if you are someone who does regular appointment this is handy, they will call and remind you before the appointment as well. I will for sure be visiting them again.

This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a service that should automatically require extra care. I hope no one ever has to experience what I went through. This was unacceptable, even for Baytown and further proof why you can't use any business in the area.

Kim and Lucy did my nails and pedicure. Honey listen! This is the BEST pedicure I've had in a VERY long time. I wasn't in a rush so I'm glad she took time to do it right. I asked her to file one again and she politely did it. I appreciated that. Lucy is the nail QUEEN!!! I gave my request and was pleasantly surprised at how well she CLEANED and filled them. Times are hard with inflation, so things like mani and pedi trips to the salon is a sacrifice for some. I'm so glad this salon appreciates customers. Everyone who came in was greeted and serviced. They have a bunch of specials written on the windows for weightloss and laser hair removal, so I called and asked for more info. They scheduled me a free consultation after work (which was awesome bc most of these types of places are closed by the time I get off) and Wendy was super sweet and able to answer all of my questions. She got me set up on a series of b12/ lipo shots which are supposed to help lose weight and have more energy. She also told me that since I'm blonde, the hair on my arms might be too light to treat with laser, but the darker hair on my underarms, legs, and bikini would work. I'm bummed about the arms, but I appreciate her honesty... I've had other places tell me they could treat blonde hair, but she explained why that isn't possible, and I'm glad I got a second opinion before dropping a ton of money. Their prices are a lot lower than I've seen elsewhere too, so as soon as I can save up I'll be on that asap!!!!1 Overall, it's been a little over a week and I feel super energized! Hopefully when I go back for my weigh-in, I'll have lost a few pounds too :)
