When I see the complaints about about the service here in other reviews. I know Nash wasn't…read moreworking that day. I started Vaping to kick the smokes to the the curb. Nash has that perfect balance of customer service that is perfectly centered between being happy to answer questions or help you better understand the products but without a hint of the elitism, pushiness, or the "buy something or get out!" attitude I've experienced at similar establishments while trying to figure out which regulated mod suits my needs the best. My wife calls ahead before she goes in to make sure he's working, and will simply wait until he is before we go in to stock up, and she literally says "Oh thank god!" every single time he picks up. There really is a flavor or mix of such for everyone here. I don't like sweet flavors like my wife and just about everyone else I know who vapes, but after a couple of small bottles of juice, I locked in a fantastic mix that isn't sweet, and really hits that spot that my smokes used to, and now I get it in the largest (500ml) bottle regularly. If you didn't like something about your juice, tell Nash what was off, and he'll find a PG/VG ratio that works for you, and while he can't handle or adjust anything on your vape, he'll explain what he thinks the issue is and offer recommendations on which settings to change, or let you know if a different coil might bring out the flavor you had put in the juice, but are still chasing. What I personally like the most about the amazing juice is that your mix is made right in front of you. This provides the benefit of you having a pretty good idea of what ingredients are in the stuff you're about to heat up and inhale, unlike the preloaded cartridge's you'd buy at a gas station that's manufactured by one of the big tobacco companies. Have I gotten a batch of juice I wasn't happy about, oh yeah... I take the blame for that completely though, as I chose to get a mix Nash helped perfect for me when Nash wasn't working. So the way I see it: because I didn't wait for the best mixer, I didn't get the best mix... Simple choice, simple consequence. I finished that bad batch of juice (it's $$$) too as self inflicted penance and as a reminder. I have yet to make the same mistake again!
