I've taken 3 Hollywood tours and had so much. So I wanted to take my 3 kids to experience it and this was rhw BEST one! My kids and I loved it and had such a great, fun time! Aaron Michael was so knowledgeable, entertaining, and funny!!! The tour was perfect and we loved the celebrity houses Aaron Michael took us to. I will definitely take this tour again and hope to request him as our tour guide.

This is the van that pulled aggressively into traffick, forcing me to slam on my brakes and nearly having the car behind me rear-end me.

These tours are a nuisance to the local communities they operate in. I narrowly avoided a collision with an aggressive tour van operator who pulled blindly right into the flow of traffic onto PCH -- a road that has seen so much destruction, and is now undergoing major construction -- yet the driver pulls out aggressively, stopping intermittently to 'show off the sights,' and are generally a danger on the roads and hazard to other motorists. I called the company to complain about the driver. They said they would speak to him and respond. They didn't, and when I called a second and third time, a man, likely the owner, (Jeff) got very aggressive. He claimed I was calling the wrong company, despite me sending a photo of the van that cut me off. He did not respond to the picture. Instead, he threatened to call the cops on me for simply bringing this to his attention. Very aggressive, and not surprised that this is how he operates his business. We don't need businesses like this, run by clowns like this on our streets.

Omg! We had an Amazing tour with Aaron our driver a tour aficionado. He knows everything about Celebrities, & Hollywood. We did Mulholland drive & Overlook, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Universal Studios, Sunset blvd, Hollywood & even passed the Hotel scene & apartment complex of Pretty Woman; Julia Robert's & Richard Gere. We passed Elvis' home, Lucille Ball, Keanu Reeves, Britney Spears & so many more. We also passed the Beverly Hills Hotel of Dignitaries & Celebrities etc. the best of the best stay there. Book with Amy & drive with Aaron he was Amazing both are super friendly & helpful see their photos below. Have Fun & Enjoy ur on vacation. Lol

Good sightseeing tour that even took us up into the Hollywood hills. Nice guide, good pace of tour. Bought a ticket on Groupon for $15/each. Only drawback was that we had to wait for people to join the tour. The guide and company did their best to entertain us, but 20 minutes late is too late; I would have gone without the large group that was that late.

This was such a great time! Our driver DJ was fantastic and showed us so many awesome views and sights. We found the tour on Groupon nice and cheap and got an almost 2.5 hour night trip to the Hollywood hills, sunset strip, Beverly hills and rodeo drive village. He had lots to tell us and many cheesy jokes and made the whole experience great throughout. We would absolutely take this tour again without a doubt. It felt more intimate then the mega bus or larger tour companies. Had a blast thank you guys!

Had so much fun today! My mom and I spontaneously decided to take the Star Track tour, and even after being an LA resident for over 10 years, it was fun to see all the celebrity homes and explore the city like a tourist. Our tour guide was absolutely incredible--full of energy and fun! Riding with him was like being on a rollercoaster, and his enthusiasm made the whole experience enjoyable. There was a moment when I needed to put more time on my parking meter before our trip, and our guide was super accommodating, making it part of the tour without skipping a beat. He went above and beyond to help, and we truly appreciated it. My mom and I had such a blast driving around Hollywood Hills and Beverly Hills. It felt like I was seeing LA through new eyes, thanks to the guide's high energy and the fun ride. Money well spent today!

Dan is the Captain Kirk of these tours. If you are fortunate enough to get him as your tour guide you will be blessed. His knowledge of the area and the various places is unmatched. Also, if you love a little music history as I do he knows all the details. The tour was wonderful. Thank you Dan for your interest in our stories but also sharing your experiences as well. He's knows his history and if you happen to talk music which we did he can fill you in on even more than you could know. The man knows music!

You can take your time looking around even though you have a timed tour as there is a studio tour every 10 minutes. When you're ready for the tour, you go to an auditorium to see a short video about the studio and the history. This is updated with recent films (I saw a relatively different video when I went here 2 years ago). You then ride a long cart with other people in your group and your tour guide drives the cart around the lot. There are stops in different areas in the Warner Bros lot and you go down and walk with the guide. Photo opportunities are there as well. Different film/TV clips are also shown on the cart as you go through these iconic spots seeing how they were used in these films/TV shows which is cool. After this, you go to another studio where a Central Perk Cafe, a museum, and souvenir shop are located. You can take your time here as well. You then proceed to the next part of the tour. If you bought Superman experience, you go there. If not, you then go to spot where there's a Friends' couch and have pictures taken there. Next is the more interactive part where there's Harry Potter sets, some figures of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, etc. Costumes and cars can be seen here as well. You'll end again where you entered and there's another huge souvenir shop with different toys, shirts, mugs, magnets, key chains, and so much more. Items are cute but can be pricey. Allot 3 hours for the entire experience without the Superman experience (since we did not do that).

The tour was mostly of sets that included sitcoms like "Friends" and you simply walk around them and visit them. Most of the buildings are empty on the inside to show you but the novelty wears off quickly. You will do this for about an hour and then are dropped off in a museum section which has lots more. They did have other unique things to see like the force perspective and sound effects but that's just it. You exit into a gift shop that is near entirely made of "Friends" souvenirs. You return to the main building for a small DC and Harry Potter section and then straight to the gift shop. I was fairly underwhelmed by it. I expected a bit more in explanation and showing things instead of here's so and so from this show. The museum portion was more of a photo op than anything. I don't think I would return.

My mom wanted to travel through South America, down to Argentina and then hop on a cruise to Antarctica. I've always seen deals for cruises to Antarctica from Argentina. So I had her call Albert for some advice on this type of journey. To my surprise, my mom had a terrible phone conversation with Albert. Not only was Albert rude to her, he criticized her for supposedly confusing him with her questions. The most shocking part was when he questioned why she would travel to Antarctica and that it was super hot! Um, really? I have no idea why he would think Antarctica is hot. Last I checked, it's -24 degrees Fahrenheit down there! And this was just the tip of the iceberg (pun intended). He then proceeded to tell her that he was really busy and that she was wasting his time. Told her to just go to his office instead. I understand if she's not a customer and just a random caller with questions. However, she was a referral from a customer. Even if she was just a random caller, why be rude to the person? The whole "Antarctica is super hot" comment was just perplexing. A travel agent made this comment...a travel agent. And to make her feel stupid for asking about cruises to Antarctica was unnecessary considering these cruises DO exist. The poor treatment of a referral from a regular customer was very disappointing. Needless to say, I'll be searching for a new travel agency.
