Every time I come here there isn't any mother****ing toilet paper in the restroom.

This is by far the worst Starbucks that I have ever set foot into. The employees are slow, and work very inefficiently. It took me 25 min to receive my three drinks, one of which was cold. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have time to kill. read more

Drinks are excellent, staff I'd friendly, however, they are super slow. When i worked at Starbucks in 2004-2006, they drilled into us that customers should be in the door and DRINK IN HAND in 3 minutes!!! At the Santa Cruz location, when our drink times started to take longer, we opened a 2nd store less than 3 blocks away. Maybe that policy has changed, but do not go there unless you have half an hour. Sure, i know about the drink app, where you order and pay on your phone, but doesn't that slow service down for all the rest of the customers? read more

This place has the worst traffic problems. Poorly designed parking has the drive thru backing up into the access roads. Trying to go around to get into the parking lot is hazardous. The coffee is good, but not worth the hassle and risk if an accident. If you want good coffee during business hours, go down hwy 15/501 one more block to Panera Bread. Easy, safe access to their parking. read more

Awkwardly located, very small, limited seating, and kinda dirty. Coffee is too bitter for my taste but it does have a drive-thru.

The drive thru service used to be much better last year. The girl with dark hair, (long ponytail) has an entitled and nasty attitude. Be more professional and less sarcastic when you're dealing with people. read more

I really like the staff, however I always have to make sure to have 20 -25 extra minutes to get a coffee. It's very frustrating. It's slower to go through the drive thru than just parking if you can find a parking space. You have to block the flow of traffic if you want to wait in the drive thru. Sometimes the confusion of so many people inside causes them to mess up your order which unfortunately is a common occurrence. read more

This Starbucks has great service , staff friendly and coffee is brewed just right . Its my favorite place. If there was one thing they could change ........PLEASE TURN THE MUSIC DOWN a little . At 6am its hard to take music blasting . I have heard some people complain about the music and stopped going . I did for a while . I've been in here three times. To get into the place you have to start with a side job as a traffic warden because the drive through line goes out into the street. Once inside you'll find another line and a herd of people waiting for their drinks. I try to save time and order online...so I get the benefit of picking up my drink at the mobile order area which seems to be a storage/cleaning station (see attached photo). As I write this review I'm standing here waiting. And waiting. None of the employees have acknowledged that there are three people at the mobile order pickup area. Hey! An employee just came out of the back and put more empty plastic bottles into the mobile pickup area. He's now transferring chocolate syrup from one container into another. Hey! Progress! An employee put two online order receipts on the counter next to the rest of the dishes/containers but didn't say anything or look up. Hey! There's my wife's drink. Seems like it's made correctly. Waiting for mine. Will check back in three minutes. Hey! Only two minutes. My drink is correct. Great coffee, employees, managers, and decor. And of course, the coffee is always great. Prices are just a little expensive.

The service at this Starbucks is definitely more friendly then most, and they always tend to put a smile on my face whenever I stop by. My biggest wah-wah is that their food tends to be a little cold in the middle, fix it please, I'll wait the extra minute. read more

This is the SLOWEST staff ever! I went today, late morning and there were approximately 6 employees working behind the counter. Small number of vehicles in the drive thru, yet they were just plain slow for no good reason! Just a note to the manager, find the bottleneck in your operation and fix it! The chances of getting through the drive thru here in under 25 minutes or getting through with the correct order at all are about the same as winning the powerball. I don't know who designed this stores renovation but it is horrible!!!!!! the service is no better. the atmosphere is worse more employees and more confusing.. DO NOT GO INSIDE, The drive through is no faster.. This location gets no starts....... the new design is a long wooded table that seats aprox 12 people, only 2 tiny tables near the bathroom that seats 1 person and a area near he patio with a couple of chair...... Worst Starbucks I've ever been to - and I have been to many all over the country. The line was out the door, the drive through was so backed up it was blocking traffic, and they had one girl making all the drinks - extremely slowly. She was only working on one at a time and goofing around with the girls taking orders. If you could have a zero star review this Starbucks franchise deserves it. We ordered 2 light frappuccinos and got exactly the opposite. When we tried to get the drinks fixed the staff outright ignored us. My dad asked for an extra shot of mocha and the sticker on his drink said add water. I will NEVER visit this Starbucks again. I go here normally 3 times a week, sometimes more. I do not live in Aberdeen but it's the closest Starbucks to me. Having been to other Starbucks recently, this one is quite slow in service... No one has been rude though, I adore most of the workers. They do look at you odd when you ask for two of the same thing. The biggest major complaint that makes it horrible is the drive thru and parking... If you go anytime after 10 AM it's going to be very packed and backed up in the drive thru! I try to get to Starbucks at this location at least three times or more a week! one out of every five coffees I am served are only 2/3 full. I'll order a large and technically get a medium. Today again, 1/3 less coffee than I should of had. And don't get me started about the long wait out in the road but that's just wrong location and bad planning. This is a poorly run Starbucks location. The staff is very slow making drinks and no manager is evident. My last visit was the first time I ever considered going back to the register and asking for a refund. It took my Americano 30 minutes to show up! Also, I have never been able to use the drive in - the lane is too short and gets backed up out into the parking lot by half a dozen cars. Really poor design! read more

Hello everyone, I'd like to thank the crew at Starbucks!! Last night, Dec 3 around 830pm, I entered the Starbucks in a hypoglycemic state and the young lady who helped me, not only brought out my order to me allowing me to sit but actually took charge and suggested exactly the right products for me to bring up my sugar. Also having the foresight to suggest the child's temperature for the hot chocolate and coming back to ask if I was okay a few minutes later. Good job team. And thanks so much. Love the service of the staff. Drink is always on point and made fast! However the drive thru is in a horrible spot. While they do a good job at keeping the line down, sometimes they just get to busy to where they can't help it and traffic is out on the highway. Owners need to really think about relocating and making a better drive thru. But other wise love the visit every time! read more

Went to get coffee there and the young boy who made my coffee kept talking and taking forever to make it! Not only that, he just handed me my coffee like he didn't want to serve me it because I was ASIAN?! Excuse me! Not ever buying coffee if he's making it for me ever! Unless you have a half hour to kill don't get your coffee here! I am creating my yelp account for the soul purpose of writing this review and to warn people of the horrible wait. I went to Starbucks today on a lunch break, and got in line, behind 10 cars (so much so that traffic couldn't enter the shopping center) now getting behind that many cars I expected to wait, but I didn't anticipate a 25 minute line! My drinks where time stamped at 4:20 pm and didn't get my drinks until 4:33. Again, we got in line at 4:05 and weren't driving away till 4:33! The drive thru clerk stood around rearranging straws while we waited. After we finally got our drinks we didn't even receive a receipt, but didn't have time to ask as we were already returning to work late because of the horrid service. I've been to over 100 different Starbucks across the country and will never go to this one again, aside from the menu there is nothing Starbucks about this!! The corporation should take over and relaunch this location. I've come to this location in the mornings, and have waited maybe 10-15 minutes at most, which is still unacceptable for a Starbucks.
