Always order through the app for pickup, when I pick up in store they always greet me and let me know if any of my drinks may have looked odd because of certain substitutions I had ordered which was very much appreciated. Go here if you want free wifi only! I would give this place zero stars. Every morning I go here before 9am for breakfast and a drink and 10/10 times they are always out of breakfast times. Today I've had it... no croissants, no everything bagel, no gouda cheese sandwich. PLEASE TELL CORPORATE TO SEND YOU MORE FOOD! Save yourself and go to another Starbucks if you're actually looking to buy food. As for their drinks they screw it up 8/10 times and then blame you for not "speaking up". The staff here needs to be trained better in customer service. I'll have better luck at a Starbucks inside a grocery store. read more

Honestly, this place disappoints me every time I go in. I live north of Albany so it's a convenient drive through but it needs some work!! My coffee is incorrect A LOT. I order the same thing every time but it's rarely consistent. Even when I ask in advance "Do you have a protein box?" they say yes and charge me, only to tell me they are out. This has happened twice! Once my two year old daughters steamer was very, very hot. They are always very quick to replace my drink and offer me a freebie on my next trip but I have to go back, wait in line again and I have to complain. I don't love complaining, people! I usually stop at this location on my way to work at around 7 am. 9 times out of 10, my order is messed up or the customer service is lacking. Most of the staff are super friendly but I have witnessed the manager treating her team extremely poorly. She is very short and abrupt in the way she talks to them. It always makes me, as the customer, feel extremely uncomfortable and sorry for the other staff members. I've witnessed and heard other accounts of this manager being openly rude to staff in front of customers. I get it, it's the morning, but as a manager of a coffee shop, or as a decent employee in general, I would expect you to be AT LEAST cordial to your staff and customers. Witnessing and experiencing this kind of treatment plus the fact that my order is usually wrong makes it tough to want to go back. Also, I used to work for a Starbucks and can tell you that it's not that hard to put a smile on and be friendly to people, especially if you've had your free cup of coffee in the morning. I hope this location get's it together..it's so convenient to pick up a yummy coffee and muffin on my way to work. read more

I'm not a huge coffee drinker, because it usually upsets my stomach. However, Starbucks coffee is the only one I can drink that doesn't make me sick. We live in North Albany and love the convenience of the North Albany location as well as the friendly staff who are all very sweet. They've never messed up my drink. I will be back! read more

The staff at this Starbucks have messed up my order almost every time I've gone here. I don't normally like writing bad reviews but I really want them to fix this. Me and my coworker just went this morning and they missed one of our breakfast sandwiches. The manager was SO rude and just yelled at the girl who took our order. She kept saying " they didn't order that!!!" "we didn't charge them for it!" The girl who took our order was embarrassed and asked us for our card to pay for it- even though we definitely ordered it and they just missed it. She even admitted she wasn't wearing her headset so couldn't really hear us...awful service. read more

This coffee shop is my go to coffee stop as I head out of town and my friday morning discussion group. The people who work here are friendly courteous and I want to give them a shout out for there excellent service.
