This is my new regular Starbucks. I love that it is a drive-thru. The wait in line can be pretty long between 7-8am during the week. They make my drink perfect (cinnamon white chocolate mocha - i call it christmas in a cup) and they are always smiling. I'm still not sure if the fact that they know me by name is a good thing or not, but my parents did get customer of the month at their Starbucks so I believe I was just raised this way. read more

I drive all over town for work and consequently frequent this location. The last time I stopped by, the drive thru person was yelling Hey! to each and every one of his customers as he greeted them. This might be endearing to the customer in the drive thru, but it was like a sharp stick in my ear after the first 6 times. I applaud his enthusiasm, but please turn down the volume and variety of salutations. read more

Choose any other location in the area. I get the same drink, a few modifications but nothing crazy, this is the only location that it taste different at consistently. The milk is usually burnt, they are a little slow, and the staff is really young and doesn't take it seriously...by all means have fun at work, but get the job done. They just aren't cutting it here. read more

My favorite Starbucks to go to. They recently remodeled and did a great job. The staff are very friendly and remember my name (I do go there a lot though). The line can get long during peak times, but they have a fast assembly line. A plus location read more

Submitted a mobile order and they didn't even start on it until I got there(10 minutes over I ordered). While I waited (in a empty store) I got the pleasure of hearing the baristas talk about how they thought the drink I ordered was "disgusting"! They really should keep their opinions to themselves! Living in allen I have access to a good number of surrounding Starbucks, and so far I have learned each has a "niche" if you will. This particular one's is the standard coffee house experience. It's the place you and a friend go to to talk, or you might go to work on a paper. The drive thru is of course available but this isn't specifically a "get your coffee and get to work" kind of place. (if you're in Allen a much better Starbucks for that is the Bethany and 75 location) On top of all this the baristas ar friendly, the coffee is good and hot, and their selection of packaged coffee, mugs, french presses and etc. are pretty good. This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the Allen area! First of all, they offer frappe happy hour from 3-5, and, being an elementary student, is very convenient in the matter of asking for Starbucks on they way home. They also have a very comfortable and roomy sitting area, which makes for a pleasant enviotrment. Not to mention, they are the only Starbucks who gets mine and my sisters orders right. Yes, this often seems like my second office, I'm here so much. Staff is always friendly and quite often they greet me by my name. It's clean, service is great and I have always been able to find a chair or a table to sit and work at (once in a while there are literally no seats open) Based on some of the other Starbucks around here, they're probably due for a facelift. I don't think it's been remodeled since they opened. Good experience. I come here quite often. read more

Every time I go to this location , it's filthy . I'm noticing more and more Starbucks bathrooms looking like third world country material . I get it if the baristas don't want to clean bathrooms but please hire someone for that sole purpose ! Trash cans are always full and the place is just always disheveled . The 'experience' is lost when we have have to see and remember these things . read more

I pass this Starbucks on my way to work everyday and so frequent it pretty regularly. My drink orders are always on point so no complaint there. But when I get a pastry, they do not ask if I want it heated up which bothers me because they should ask as other locations I have been to do ask. The staff is overall about average in professionalism and being friendly. This one does get busy because of its central location in Allen and the layout of the drive-thru makes it seem worse because it is right next to a dry-cleaners that has a circle drive-thru that can't be blocked. You usually have to drive around the building to get into the Sbux drive-through line then make sure you don't block the dry-cleaners drive-thru also. Not the best setup. I have gone inside a few times and it's kind of small and sometimes hard to find a good spot. Also noticed there are flies flying around every time I go inside. However, I will continue using the drive-thru simply out of convenience. read more

1/1/2016 had forgotten I was disappointed 6 months ago. I visited the Starbucks on McDermott first.....but they were out of chai. So I went to the Bethany location. I got a Luke warm cup of milk with barley any chai. So disappointed!!! :-(((((((. Guess I finally learned. read more

Go here everyday wish they'd give me a nickname or something. I gave one to one of the girls that works there. B2d2. She knows why and prob knows who this is writing a review. Very good staff with a very good energy. On a personal note the drive through is probably one if the most poorly located or arranged I should say. If your going inside to get your coffee make sure to look both ways cuz sometimes those driver through peeps don't see ya. Love you Bethany :) read more
