My other coffee pitstop when visiting my Mom in Yountville. In order to recharge the batteries for the 2-hour drive back home, I usually stop at this location for a tall mocha frap--no whip. The team at this store are hard workers. I watch them diligently service each and every customer and always do it in a friendly manner. I know that when I give my order it will be done right and with a smile. This is even more commendable now than before. A tip of the cap to everyone at this store. I asked for a coffee the coffee was good. However the service was horrible. I asked for a water to go with my coffee and the lady at the register had an attitude. I'm really big on customer service and if she's not happy with her job, she shouldn't work there. I wish I got her name however I went there a week before that and there were two guys at the cash register they were kind it seems like they really liked their job. There are many things about a Starbucks. Can you get a seat? Is it loud and crowded? How's the Wi-Fi? You should never trust the Wi-Fi in public venues it isn't secure and you know that. No problem getting a seat here. Except there are no seats thanks to Covid. I was offered used coffee grounds for my garden. Apparently some use it as a repellent/fertilizer. Interesting service. Is the coffee fresh? I purchased a pound of the Sumatra and no it was many days past fresh. I had to freeze the beans ASAP to stop the deterioration. A complete dud. I honestly do NOT know how this place is open. Their customer service is CRAP! They are very rude. They are NOT in way shape or form in a hurry to take your order. I waited for a long while before getting my order took, but before she took my order there was a rude employee (Marie or Maria) who that she could get her order took before me, had an attitude about it because she had to MOVE out of the way for me to pay. I know a few years ago the management there was bad but the older lady's attitude was very unwelcoming. They didn't have certain ingredients for a drink and I asked them NOT TO MAKE IT with a purée, as the drink won't taste good, none of them like that and caught a f u attitude about, one of the workers said "someone is very observant of the drinks" well yea I'm not pay $7/drink for it to not be made the right way. Great Starbucks! I've been coming here for over a decade now, in fact, I used to study here pretty often during my college days. This location is very conducive for studying because it usually doesn't get very loud here, and it's usually not so busy that you can't get a seat. That's not to say that it doesn't get busy, because it does, like any other Starbucks. But, just not to the extreme. As far as service goes, it is always friendly and you get your drink pretty quickly. The location is usually pretty clean for the most past as well. One thing you do have to watch out for is crossing the street into the parking lot because this store is located on a very busy corner. I swear some of these drivers come around the corner at pretty fast speeds, so be weary! Also, I'm only giving a 4 because this location closes pretty early. If I know I'm going to be doing some work at Starbucks in the evening hours, I will usually choose a different location just so I know I can stay there later. But at any rate, I'll definitely be here again in the near future. read more

After putting in an order for quick pickup (the little one wanted "special breakfast" and decided he wanted Starbucks), we went to pick up the food. Kids warm coca, chocolate cake pop, and an eggless back on Gouda sandwich. Well, once I picked up the items, I asked the little girl working the counter for a straw to which she replied "we're out of straws". 'Thank you very much, have a great day', is what I replied with, and walked out. Being as early as it was, and still being tired and not even having any caffeine for myself, I didn't think twice about what Nash (her coworker said her name is pronounced Nosh) had said about the straw, until I noticed the person right after me had a straw. So I went back to Nash to ask for a straw and i challenged her asking how is it possible they were out of the person right after me had a straw...according to Nash, I didn't order a drink that she deemed needed a straw. Her attitude and way she responded over a straw was terrible- I asked for a straw because my kindergartner, the one I ordered the kids warm cocoa for, he needs a straw to drink. Nash did a wonderful job ensuring all eyes were on us, it was a kind of embarrassing moment. One of which ensures I never return to this location, even though it's literally a block away from my house. Thank you Nash for making this a terrible experience simply because I didn't order a frap or cold drink...next time maybe I should order the kids warm cocoa with ice? ***UPDATE*** Decided to call in to speak to the manager...I'll be honest, I was still miffed at how that little straw was able to cause as much of a headache as it did. Andrea explained the situation to me, and they're currently experiencing shortages in straws and have a limited amount so the limited amounts are being held for drinks that absolutely need the straws. It's a completely understandable situation, but as I mentioned to her, I'd rather be told the truth than be lied to. She apologized and guaranteed me that this was a one-off situation and invited me to come back and try them out again- I explained to her my situation with my kindergartner and she also understood. This was my first time here! Located in American Canyon Road (in between Vallejo and Napa) ..and in distance - it's about an hour away North of San Francisco... Staff are really nice and makes you feel welcome - service with a sincere smile! The placement of the furniture has a good vibe and doesn't feel so cramp like most Starbucks... It is also VERY clean.. NEW? Not sure - I asked my friends who lives in this area -- and they said it's been here for awhile... BTW - if you get here.... they have the cleanest Starbucks bathroom I have ever been too... They have a nice couch with a cushion outside... great for those sunny days or if you are like me that likes to read everything... cuddle with a good book ... tablet or paperback!! They prioritize mobile orders so much to the point that people who go in ordering 1 simple drink ends up waiting 30 minutes. I came in with one simple coffee and waited 30 minutes. I saw people who ordered probably minutes before me and they were STILL waiting for their drinks. It's ridiculous, I saw people who ordered 20 minutes after us getting their stuff quicker. & Every mobile order was prioritized, like you guys have a ready in 10 expectancy for the mobile orders, THEY CAN ACTUALLY WAIT. I'm never coming here ever again. I saw the cashier just waiting around for no one to order when she's probably more than capable of making a quick coffee to help ease the rush of the drink orders. Go to the Napa Junction location. These employees and this store overall is ridiculous. My home Starbucks with many of my friends, customers from work, and neighbors coming, going, hanging out every day there. The staff is really chill and down-to-earth, and doesn't hesitate to correct your drinks if a mistake has been made (even before the company made headlines). I've always been satisfied with what they've made for me. They're friendly and always active, and sometimes go above and beyond for each of their customers. During the early mornings, it can get really busy, so I recommend to do online orders if you don't mind not waiting in line and just waiting around the pickup area. They're doing the best that they can with the number of staff they have at that time! I think they deserve tips, no? This location presents a clean environment (bathrooms are overall clean...maybe just an overall clean neighborhood of people?) and a good place to study (when it's not peak hours). I also recommend you get to gold status, that way you can get your free refills (coffee and tea, I believe) while you study. I order all of my drinks either with a soy or almond milk substitute, and even though it slightly modifies the taste of the frappucino, latte, etc. the drinks are just as good as with regular milk. I just prefer to have soy or almond. Their breakfast sandwiches are really good. My go-to is the bacon, gouda, and egg sandwich always toasted (they always ask you too!), and it definitely hits the spot when you have that early morning munchies. My go-to drink is the white chocolate mocha with soy or almond with no whipped cream, and it's always been good to me. I've also ordered their matcha latte with soy or almond too, and it's just as good! read more

This one is not one of my favorites as the crew is not only pretty cliquey but has the worse customer service. One of the more "meh" Starbucks out there. While the neighboring Safeway is busy, this Starbucks tends to be humdrum.... after all, there's another one nearby with a drive-thru. The drive-thru appeals to commuters, so this one is ignored. The parking can be chaotic. This is my go-to SB if I'm headed to or from Vallejo. It's also good if you're headed to Sacramento. It's a pit stop for fueling up, they have OK bathrooms. The service is highly uneven. It can be great, it can be terrible. Sometimes it's messy, other times it's immaculate. Service at this specific Starbucks is very very hit or miss. And now for THE NESS's friendli-NESS This is where they hit or miss the most! Sometimes you'll get someone who is really happy to be there (or at least fakes it very well) and they're very helpful. But for the most part, you get young people who are too cool for school. They generally just sit back and gossip and when they help you, they make it seem like its inconvenient for them. Cleanli-NESS This place is usually not terribly dirty. But there's usually one or two dirty tables. The other night, they were mopping and had no signs up, so hopefully no one slipped. Tasti-NESS They make the coffee and it tastes like a Starbucks drink. Which is fine. I enjoy the drinks. Suggesti-NESS Customer service training. Or hiring new people who are more grateful for employment.
