Absolutely ridiculous. I waited over an hour for two drinks that I never even received. I placed a mobile order, and while I stood there waiting, every single person in front of me got their drinks. Then people who came in after me ordered and got theirs too. How does that even happen? I went up to the counter twice and politely told the employees I had a mobile order. Both times I was told it would be "right out." That was a complete joke because I waited another 30 minutes and still never got my order. The only thing I walked away with was a refund after wasting over an hour of my time. The employees were rude, dismissive, and acted like they couldn't care less. Not one person apologized or tried to fix the situation. If you can't handle mobile orders, then don't offer them. This was easily the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had, and I won't be coming back to this location. read more

We ordered drinks on the mobile app, after 15 minutes of waiting and no status update on the app we decided to go inside. There was no one working (it was 2 hours before closing). We finally saw an employee and an older gentleman said "oh sorry just got here". We had 2 drinks, after he made the first, a women came running out saying "you can't use that milk! It got over 50°", he acknowledged. Welp 10 minutes after, our drinks came out. My boyfriend's was fine, but mine was made first with spoiled milk. The smell and curdles on the top was atrocious. I stopped in to pick up a piece of lemon bread loaf. There are no baked goods on display. . The Clerk opened a cellophane wrapper of a piece of bread and tried to drop it into a bag, pretty much breaking the piece of bread. I think the clerk should've offered me one that wasn't mangled. Unfortunately, as a regular I have seen this place rapidly decline. There is a horrible manager there named Charise (not sure of spelling she didnt tell me). She treats the staff so disgustingly that it is really terrible being in store when she is. The atmosphere is horrific when she talks to her staff. Drive thru Peppermint Christmas Drink. First the line was around the building. I don't typically go to Starbucks unless I am visiting or out of town. Around the holidays I like to try the different options as a treat. The line was quick and they offer allot of items in addition to their signature drinks. This Starbucks in Augusta, Maine is the worst for customer service and the exorbitant amount of time to deliver orders. On a not busy Sunday morning, it literally took 25 minutes to pour a venti cold brew with cream and sugar. There were 3 baristas standing around while one barista was assigned to the drive through, and one barista for walk ins. Unacceptable service for the outrageous prices charged. I have been using the order ahead feature in the app for several years now. Today, I was "scolded" for showing up too early. I was told "this is our busiest time of day," yet there was no one in the drive through lane when we pulled in and it wasn't busy inside either. If I had just pulled up and ordered without using their app that promotes "loyalty," they would have just made my order at the time. doesn't make much sense to me. So much for being a loyal customer. And as a paying customer, I would recommend you don't "scold" someone paying for a service. This will certainly be deterring me from making frequent visits. This place is never open inside. It's closed so early on any given night. Drive through is miles long. Can't imagine how much business they lose. Everything is so random here. The only thing that is constant is the closing of the place. Maybe because it's a new location but this Starbucks never gets my order right. I like no foam, so when my drink comes with a half inch of foam and is an inch shy from being full...I'm not impressed. I'm big on consistency and whenever I get my latte here something is wrong with it. For $5.13 a pop I'm pretty sure it should taste like unicorns dancing across your tongue. This Starbucks is super conveniently located right off 295 and I frequently visit this location after a long day at work. I always do Mobile ordering because it's quick and easy grab and go, and I don't have to go through the painful awkwardness of not knowing what I want when the barista takes my order. This way I can flip through the drink and practically customize it any way I want to. I love having the creative power to make up my own special drink. The staff is super friendly and loves to compliment my strange concoctions. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is the cleanliness. When I come in the counters are usually sticky, coffee stained, or littered with paper straw wrappers. The floor also feels sticky and dirty at times. Went to Starbucks this morning. The drive was all the out by front door so decided to go. I was the next person to order coffee, i ordered my coffee and waited. They were making Togo orders and me? Still waiting. The car at drive thru that was by the front was already at drive thru went and I'm still waiting for my coffee. There 3 people working at drive thru, 2 people making to go coffee and another person taking the order was doing something else. If customers are coming into to store and ordered there coffee we should be able to get it in a timely manner and not wait for togo orders to be made. There needs to be order. read more
