Absolutely ridiculous. I waited over an hour for two drinks that I never even received. I placed a…read moremobile order, and while I stood there waiting, every single person in front of me got their drinks. Then people who came in after me ordered and got theirs too. How does that even happen? I went up to the counter twice and politely told the employees I had a mobile order. Both times I was told it would be "right out." That was a complete joke because I waited another 30 minutes and still never got my order. The only thing I walked away with was a refund after wasting over an hour of my time. The employees were rude, dismissive, and acted like they couldn't care less. Not one person apologized or tried to fix the situation. If you can't handle mobile orders, then don't offer them. This was easily the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had, and I won't be coming back to this location.

We finally saw an employee and an older gentleman said "oh sorry just got here". We had 2 drinks, after he made the first, a women came running out saying "you can't use that milk! It got over 50°", he acknowledged. Welp 10 minutes after, our drinks came out. My boyfriend's was fine, but mine was made first with spoiled milk. The smell and curdles on the top was atrocious. No I did not go back in, we already spent 43 minutes waiting to waste 18 dollars on drinks.

The flavors were all great, and we ended up buying a dozen. We also got breakfast sandwiches the first visit, and they were top notch. The coffee? I love a good Mocha, and this spot pushed my former undefeated favorite out of its top spot. Really great blend of flavors, working together not overpowering each other. The inside is cute, with standard tables and chairs, with some more comfortable cushioned chairs. They had a corner with kids books, that my son absolutely loved and kept having us read to him. The staff were all very friendly, even though they were clearly busy. We went early, around 8/8:30 and had a short line. We drove past them later at 9:30ish and line was out the door. Go early!

This bakery-café…read morehas quickly become one of my favorite destinations I'd happily drive hours just to visit again. The breads and pastries here are absolutely outstanding. Their Anadama bread was rich and flavorful, with a perfect crust and texture that kept me coming back for more, and the sourdough bagels were simply too good to pass up ; crisp outside, chewy inside, and full of character. Every bite feels like a celebration: flaky pastries, artisanal naturally leavened bread, and thoughtful flavor combinations that make it a true bakery destination. The coffee pairs beautifully with the baked goods -- and they even sell locally roasted coffee from a woman-owned roaster in nearby Greenwood, which adds a wonderful Maine-made touch to the experience. Service is warm and friendly, and the cozy, welcoming atmosphere makes you want to sit down with a latte and savor every last bite. If you ever find yourself in Bethel, this gem of a bakery is absolutely worth the trip -- it's one of those places that leaves you already planning your next visit.
