To start- I tipped like $5 (maximum shown) on a $30 order so that shouldn't be it. Young guy lazily passed an unbalanced tray to me dumping it all over me, my car, and my dog. He proceeded to smirk and laugh right at me. I looked at him expecting him to apologize and offer a replacement but not at all he walked away. I went through the drivethru again and purchased the same $8 stupid drink for a friend when he proceeded to laugh more. When I called and asked to speak with the manager, I was giggled at on the phone and the manager blew me off saying they would "take care of me next time" not even asking my name. I understand hating your job or something, but why would you be so mean and blatantly hateful (or perhaps prejudiced?) to someone? AND MY DOG?! That's the worst part. My car is covered in strawberries, new shirt ruined, dog soaked and sticky. I tried their blonde brew black for the first time, and it was ok. For some reason, some of their coffee hits my taste buds on a sour note but by the end of the cup it was alright. I've been coming to this location for years now and have never had a bad experience - until my last visit. I placed my mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru. My drink was lukewarm. I've been going to this Starbucks for over 5 years. And even worked here for one. When it was under Billy's management the place was gross, staff was mean (always fighting with customers) minus a few, and the machines were so old. You're lucky if your shots weren't stale and god forbid if you have a milk allergy because more than likely you're going to get some sort of dairy in your drink whether you ordered otherwise or not. Now that it is under new staff the customer service is a lot better and the equipment is new. For some reason the shots still taste stale and I don't get why. Honestly Starbucks isn't the best coffee anymore but unfortunately it will have to do since there isn't much variety in the area as far as quick and on the go coffee. Less Than Zero Update: Sucked in again. Thought I'd be fair. Tried another visit. Rude blond girl at the drive through window. No stocker on my drink. Why no sticker? Because it was the wrong drink. Chai tea, not coffee. Called the store, and was told I could go out of my way, leave work, and come in for a freebie. Sounds reasonable......no. I'm not leaving my job and driving 5 miles to fix your employees mistake. Called corporate. Received better service. This is, by far, the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. More than once I've been treated like my business was nothing but an inconvenience. Today's Peppermint Mocha with an EXTRA shot of espresso was nothing more than warm milk. Also not the first time. Great Starbucks location! I often hit up this drive-thru and service is fast, friendly, and efficient. It's conveniently located for me - close to my house, near CVS and Mariano's which I frequent often, and is easy accessible from New York Street and Eola. Some of my favorite drinks include their cold brew coffee, shaken sangria herbal tea, iced green tea, and skinny vanilla lattes. The breakfast sandwiches are always great for a quick bite to eat on-the-go as well. My favorite is the chorizo sandwich and the ham and swiss is good too. For lunch I'd suggest the turkey pesto panini and their protein boxes make a nice snack. There were a couple times when I think they rushed the heating and packing of these sandwiches, because it was all sloppy and not put together (see my photo). This Starbucks location is on the smaller side, but its still nice enough to grab a table inside. I love that they have the wireless charging rings - super convenient! While I am a lover of local coffee shops and prefer to hang out there, I do enjoy Starbucks coffee so this will continue to be my neighborhood spot to grab a quick drive-thru beverage. read more

This Starbucks has been going down hill prior to the pandemic. Now it's a crap shoot if you get your drink hot, cold or made the right way. They're only open until 7 pm now and multiple times they have had signs on their window saying it's closed due to no help. Close it already! Super slow, and not very friendly. Go to the one on Eola. I got the nitro cold brew with sweet cream and OMFG. my tastes buds were blown away. Imagine holding a cat while sky diving into a volcano of goodness and that's what it felt yet. This starbucks has the nicest workers out of any of the other locations i've been to. They're always super friendly and they make sure to get the order out as quick as they can even when they're busy. Takes no more than 5 minutes everytime. i went with my dog through the drive through and they gave me a little pupcup for him, he's favorite treat. will be coming back at least once a week ! read more

Oh man I was all over it that dog waste was not safe I was getting it man let me tell ya I got all of my 8 hours of work done in 5 hours and I'm not ascared to admit I went back for a second cup around noon and even got some house work done before my wife returned from work and now I'm looking life a trophy husband all because of this starbucks, the baristas, fancy word by the way, we're accommodating and helpful and all very sweet and helped me make this important decision. I love being able to stop at Starbucks and always get a delicious latte and a hot breakfast sandwich. I am also used to above average to excellent customer service. This morning, the customer service was not up there at it's usual place. I stopped around 8:20 am, it was not busy but when the girl at the window handed me my drink. and luke warm breakfast sandwich and said " Here is this and here is this". Your employees have always stated what they were giving me so you know it is your order. I had to look inside and read the label on the cup to make sure it was correct, which it was. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The first experience was at the drive through. We asked for "one moment please" and I guess this 5 second interaction irritated the barista so much he responded with a dramatic sigh! The whole experience just rubbed me as we were such an inconveniencing his life. Now two months later, I decided well maybe he was having a bad day. Not an excuse for behavior but why let one rotten apple ruin the bunch right?! I placed a to go order and went inside to pick it up with my 2 year old child. I went straight to the order pick up and waited. We waited literally at least 15 minutes. You would think after that amount of time an employee might acknowledge you, maybe a hello. Again being the optimistic person I am I walked up to the cashier and asked about my order. Turns out it was sitting behind him the whole time. I pick up in store for most of my orders and have never seen the pick up behind the register? Both times I was more than polite and forgiving but each time leaving the store I can't recall when I experienced such disregard for me as a customer. It's a shame since this is the closest location. Literally all the Starbucks within a 10 minute drive is great. read more

I used to love this Starbucks, I mean I guess I still do, but the thing that made this location great--for me--was the service. The drinks are still made pretty well, consistently, and my orders are very simple (coming with no instructions) so they can't really mess them up, but I've noticed over the last six months or so that the people are not as friendly as they used to be. Obviously if you go somewhere enough you begin to recognize people even if they have a fairly high turnover, but a year ago even if I didn't recognize a person I could bet that they would be friendly and be proven right every time, but not so anymore. I stopped coming here for a while, mainly because I was going to a place in the mall where the people were equally friendly but where I also enjoyed the drinks more, so it was a little disappointing to return and see that the staff here was not as friendly as they used to be. The majority of the time I come I use the drive through, but if I'm not in a rush then I prefer to go inside; the staff used to greet people and be friendly, and often mentioned different drinks and specials they were doing. Now when I walk in the staff is talking to each other, they don't greet anyone, and they don't mention anything to anyone--at least they treat everyone the same though, so you gotta give them that. They, however, aren't rude or dismissive, so at least you're not going to walk out angry or annoyed, but it actually made a difference to me before that the staff seemed to care that you were there and treated you as though they appreciated your business, which is not the feeling or the treatment I get anymore. Ok so I'm not a big Starbucks fan. I hate that they don't refill your coffee and there high prices... All that aside though I must say this is one of the best Starbucks locations I have been to. The staff here make this location!! It is nice to come in for a cup of coffee and the people behind the counter are friendly and happy. They are nice and often care about mobile pick up orders and fix whatever they may have mistaken. I adore most working here, but there are 2 people who gossip and order people around. Makes me super uncomfortable when they are working, I watched one person look at me apologetic more than I care to explain. This can be a great place to go and get work done depending on both the time of day and time of year. If it's during the school year, then be prepared for a lot of frappucino-toting teens in the afternoon when school gets out, so don't expect lots of quiet at this time of day. Other times it can be really low key here, depending on what baristas are working; some tend to spend a lot of time loudly chatting and gossiping or sharing TMI with each other in their down-time while others just talk in quiet voices and cause no bother at all. I'd go lower if possible. Extremely slow drive-thru service. Out of everything already on a Tuesday morning. Handed me one leaking coffee that he acknowledged "is a little drippy" as he hands scalding, dripping coffee through the window of my vehicle. I tried to refuse it, literally leaning away from the window but the damage was already done. Handed me a second coffee that was incorrectly made and tastes something akin to hot, bitter simple syrup. Now I have coffee dripped all over the inside of my car and on my clothes for work - another coffee that's undrinkable - 0 of the 4 pastry items requested - and ruined morning.
