All my friends know this is my Starbucks. Although I've recently moved to downtown and had to find another location for my daily M-F drink, this is the place that I will always go to when I get the opportunity. Its always clean, the baristas are nice and make my drink perfect everytime, and in the chance that there maybe a new barrista they are quick to change it out and get me my drink like it should be. John, Dave have done a great job maintaining the highest standards and of course all the girls/guys are great! read more

Great place to stop by first thing in the morning. There's an Asian chick that works there who's the bomb! It's nice to have someone recognize you and start making your drink as soon as you walk through the front door! Definitely one of my favorite spots. read more

If your ordering via mobile app be sure to repeat your name over and over again to the barista upon arrival. Placed my order via mobile app when I arrived I gave my name, and the barista said my order wasn't ready, and 10 drinks later my drink was sitting next to her the whole time!!!!! It only took to seconds to look up at the previous orders made to check correctly for my name. Now I'm late to work! read more

I walked into this small establishment with a craving for my usual - a skinny, decaf iced vanilla latte. I wasn't greeted coming in the door and was surprised to hear no music playing. Had four customers in front of me, which wasn't much compared to what I am used to, and the barista at the register was happily taking orders from those who seemed to be regulars. However, I quickly noticed the energy in the room was dead and their baristas moved like molasses in December. It took me 15 minutes to get my drink and when I got it, the coffee tasted burnt and bitter. The only saving grace was the sweet barista at the register. I've been coming to this location for over 10 years. This shop is the standard against which all others are measured. The staff is great and often has my beverage and pastry waiting for me when I walk in. Visiting this Starbucks is like visiting friends or family. Kudos to all associated with this store. read more

Please explain to me how a Starbucks right next to a store is out of non fat milk twice now?!?! There are always four people that look like they don't own a brush and do not move fast. I come here everyday. The baristas are all very friendly and always recognize us when we walk in. The manager John is very nice. They always have our mobile orders ready when we walk in. Never had an issue here. Will continue to come back! read more

Today around 5:20 pm, my brother and niece stop by the store, I wanted to showed them how nice it was. I been in this store back when it recently open a few months ago, such a beautiful new building, Unfortunately, it was so dirty, entrance doors nasty, floor seem like they haven't swept in a week, trash and dust everywhere, glass on the counters were so dirty, the counters it self are dark so you can see how dusty they were, and the restrooms were so nasty. Omg I couldn't believe it, I also hesitated to drink my order. The associates were friendly, and I can tell they were under staffed, they were so busy, with all the money Starbucks makes, plus spend in this building I think they can have a person at least to clean this place up, associates need help with how busy they are for a Monday, imagine the weekends. read more

I never review places but I just gotta do it for this particular location; one of the baristas just saw me drop my drink coming back from grocery shopping and my daughter(angry toddler) decided that she would much rather throw her drink (mind you, while we were grocery shopping) at my feet, to which of course I was wearing sandals. Needless to say, the start of my day has been absolute shit, they saw my wearied, weathered mom face full of coffee splatter and flintsone feet and decided to give me my new drink for free. This is pretty much the only place I like to get my drinks from. All Starbucks are the same and drinks are too... But the difference is who's making my drink. Different people make drinks differently. Even though it's the same drink. I tried a few Starbucks places around my area, but non of the drinks I get taste anything like the drink I get here. I do not know her name yet, she a blond or red curly hair, I always call her my girl! Because she makes my drink the way I want it. I want it sweet , extra stuff In my drink she makes it! It's like we both have the same taste! Every time I walk in I see her and it makes me happy! My coffin is a big thing for me, and she knows exactly what I like. Overall I love this Starbucks I love the people in there, they are so nice, and this is the only Starbucks place I go to! read more

Clean and quick service. There is a long table to spread out and work or meet friends. There wasn't a lot of club chair seating when I was there. That would be a nice addition for the future. read more

This location has pretty much gone down hill through the years in terms of service. The baristas seem like they don't want to be there and who ever is stationed at the register in the morning acts like its a burden that you're ordering coffee so early. Weird. read more

This customer service at this location is beyond superb. The staff have truly set this particular Starbucks location apart as both welcoming and accommodating. Their dedication shines through their efficency as they quickly and accurately serve crowds of customers at a time. Not one has the staff failed to greet me after walking in the door. Nice store, I've always liked the atmosphere, sometimes it does get a bit messy but the drink is made right and you can tell the Baristas put a lot of care into making them. So much so it is almost at a detriment to the over all cleanliness. Open later than most Starbucks though so that's a plus. read more

Friendly and helpful staff. The interior is nice with plenty of spaces to study including tables and comfy chairs depending on how you like to study. And they have outlets near tables which is a requirement for me when it comes to spots to do homework. read more

Excellent coffee and seating areas. I like it when seating areas take up more space than stupid retail. Who's thinking of buying an espresso machine early in the morning. I placed an order on my Starbucks app at 8:25 (they close at 8:30). I got there at 8:27 and the door was already locked with no one in sight. I knocked on the door since my app said "see you soon!" and I had just paid $35 for coffee. The employee finally came to the front and when she saw me knocking she just stood there (on the other side of the store) and mouthed "were closed." I kept knocking and pointing to my phone. I was just trying to show her that I had ordered drinks and didn't and to be charged if they were closed and not going to make them. She finally came to the front and opened the door and said "were closed." I explained that I ordered the drinks and she finally looked at my phone and said "thats a different location" turns out I ordered at the one on 99th and Lower buckeye. I was relieved but also very annoyed at how poorly she handled the situation. She locked the doors 5 minutes before closing and refused to open the door. Not acceptable. read more

This Starbucks has had the best workers at any Starbucks in the area! The employees are so welcoming and offer to attend to whatever you need. The service was amazing; my drink came out after only a few minutes. I had a great time hanging out with my friends in here after a day of shopping and of couse the drinks were great! read more

I come to this Starbucks at the least 5/7 times a week and every once in a while I have coffee drips here and there but this time it got on my $75 dress shirt just the right way to start my day. I dont under stand why they can't wipe off the cup only takes 5 seconds. Total turn off from the store and now have to find a new location to buy my coffee. read more

I brought my 11 year old for her birthday to grab a cake pop and a drink and the lady obviously either was having a bad day or simply hates her job. No smile, no greeting, no thank you after ordering and didn't ask if I wanted my receipt. We finally get our drinks and sit outside just as my daughter goes to sit down she accidentally drops her drink! So we go to tell the "upset lady" and she comes out to throw water on the mess and I say "so sorry about that and thank you". Do you think she responded? No! She just walked back in the store. Never going back to this specific Starbucks since I have been to several and always get amazing service. Thanks for the awful experience lady on my daughters birthday. I have lived near this Starbucks location for several months and when ever me and my wife go into it we have the most unsatisfactory experience out of any other Starbucks previously visited, on a number of occasions i have had to wait up to 20 minutes (not exaggeration) to get my coffee and breakfast sandwich, using pure common sense it should take 3 mins max to make a drink and stick a frozen sandwich in the oven, not only that but 9/10 times i order they hand me one item I've ordered and say "have a nice day" as if that's all i ordered, i then have to go back in line to tell them what i ordered and either they forget completely or are STILL after 5-10 mins of waiting in the process of making my drink/food, i am no longer visiting this location, instead i am going to the location inside the target not for from my home, i am sick and tired of the poor service from this location, it needs new management and new staff, very unsatisfying service. read more
