I usually like to do a mobile order to pay ahead and less contact with server. Today big fail nearly made me late to work. I had mobile ordered and after arriving on time for my pick because it specified "ready in 5mins". It was not! More like 30mins and they even forgot my sandwich when I finally gave up waiting after receiving my drink they then stuck it in the oven. Like wtf, made me late to work, with such horrible service. Just idiots is all I have to say, one lady was just standing there fiddling with lids and cups blond hair with floral tattoos on her upper arm, useless employee. read more

This is the worst location OF ALL TIME. I have been here half a dozen times, giving this location chance after chance and every time I leave disappointed with a drink that is not properly made or a food item that was incorrectly given to me or just a rude experience with a barista. The management is awful and the staff does not care about you at all. Worst customer service experience in the world. So sad. read more

I had every intention of just getting a $3 iced coffee..then I saw those protein boxes, and I got a sudden urge of hunger (funny how that works) So since i'm getting off track, might as well try a diff drink right? I think this is the worlds slowest Starbucks. I waited 25min in the drive thru and there was only 1 car in front of me. One. And that person had 1 drink. Yup. Just one. I would have said screw it and left but, it's built weird and once you're in line there's no going back. When you pull up and look inside, people are moving around slower than turtles walking through molasses. It's like a slow motion non action film. I love me some Starbucks but... I'm getting tired of snapping at them (with my fingers) to move faster. I mean get moving. A caramel frap with skim milk isn't hard folks. You have like 4 or 5 people behind the counter. With teamwork I think we can cut the time down considerably. In all seriousness, I'm going to stop using this location and make the drive to the one near Euless on 121. It's new. Stopped in to get my daily mocha Frappuccino. I do not usually stop at this particular Starbucks but am in the area for an appointment. The Starbucks was not very crowded inside or in the drive thru, however, they were very slow. Overall, after ordering my one drink, I had plenty of time to use the restroom and then wait around for about five minutes until my drink was ready. A little too slow for my liking. I have been going to this Starbucks for almost a year, and I get coffee here literally everyday and only one girl has remembered me! This is pretty much my go to Starbucks on Monday mornings after teaching early bird spin at the gym. I will say the line itself goes fast, they are quick with the service but more than a few times my order has been wrong. Always double (nah, make that triple) check your order here because the morning rush gets a little crazy up in there. Be careful with parking here also as the lot is fairly small and if you park right up front you will get stuck in your spot with the long line directly behind you. They are also often out of a lot of items. Not my favorite Starbucks but due to convenience it will have to do. On a good day they do make a mean extra hot misto. read more

I went inside Starbucks hoping someone has a jumper and lucky for me he did. It was also freezing cold that night as well but he went outside parked his truck next to mine and jump started my car. I just recently gave up drinking coffee. So, I don't visit Starbucks anymore but thought this review might be helpful as I usually just post 5-star reviews for places I like, but perhaps this will help steer someone else to a better location. I always ordered the same thing here. Starbucks Doubleshot on Ice. Standard. No modifications. I don't think a ever received one that didn't taste different. Sometimes really sweet. Other times like they forgot to add the syrup. So, the quality control here is not very good. Service is friendly enough, but I would much rather receive a quality product. The Starbucks location on Pipeline Rd near North East Mall is much better and produced consistently and accurately made Starbucks Doubleshots for me. read more

This is the best Starbucks location in the area. Why? Because their coffee is better? No, Starbucks COFFEE is universally pretty crappy (they just put a ton of milk and sugar in it to make their coffee drinks, which I'll admit are pretty yummy) when compared to other coffee purveyors like Dunkin' Donuts and Einstein Brothers, in my humble opinion. However, I do enjoy many of Starbucks' breads, pastries, and donuts. Though the quality is highly variable (strange for a chain,) I think that Starbucks might currently make the best Chocolate Glazed Cake Donut. The problem? None of the other locations around here (183@ N. Main and 183@157) consistently have them (the 183@157 location doesn't get them anymore, and the 183@N. Main is out of them more often than not.) Bonus points for being in a good, easy-to-get-to location, and presenting a nice atmosphere, but that doesn't help my overall opinion much. read more

Perfect location as it is right off the highway. The staff here is friendly. I have not had to return my coffee for any reason. I always ask for No Foam and get what I exactly ask for unlike other locations. Coffee doesn't taste burnt. They treat their customers well. So it is half price frapp. time of year! One of the few things I've been able to get here has been a chocolate chocolate chip frapp no caffeine/coffee/espresso/whatever it is that gives me migraines ... A drink I've know that I can order for 10-15 years and not risk my coffee migraine ... and was able to order the last time I had been there & gotten that drink at another location june/july of last year. I get to the menu of the drive thru & unfortunately cant find the name of it on the screen. So I ask do you still have the chocolate frap, that I think had some sort of chocolate chocolate chip name, I don't see it on the menu out here.They say they don't serve it but they still have the ingredients for it so they can still make it ... great. So I say no caffeine ... which turned into a back & forth of "So you only want the chocolate in it?" ... Huh? ... "No chocolate chips right?" ... Um no ... "So what was it that you wanted?" ... I replied Never-mind, I'll come back another time once I can find out what the drink I liked was called ... I backed out luckily I didn't have anyone behind me & I sent my husband for one for me two days later after I confirmed the name I called it was the official starbucks name for the drink. (Which was what I was calling it!!) He comes back with a mocha frappachino with coffee flavoring & no chocolate chips, which is what I feared they would give me the first time I went & just trusted my instincts to not get it because I didn't want to turn into she-hulk because of a migrane. Went through the drive-through this morning at the Starbucks in Bedford on Central Drive and 183 like I have for the past 15 years most every day. They have an employee standing outside taking orders. When it came time to take my order he was busy talking to a lady backing out in her car. Then he proceeded to look at me and waved me forward. When I got to the speaker I sat there to order no one answered, so I pulled to the window and told the barista what had happened, she took my order and asked me to pull out of the line and wait on my order or COME IN. I sat in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes already because I did not want to COME IN! At this point I was still being patient and told her I would pull aside. I sat and watched 5 more cars get their order and leave. Getting frustrated at this point I tapped on my horn after the 6th car after me left and asked about my order the barista gave me a thumbs up. Now, 6 minutes later still don't have my order I call the store and ask to speak to the manager, tried politely to explain to her my situation. She was VERY unprofessional and wouldn't give me a chance speak. She kept talking over me. The employee outside told her he did not skip me. Which is a lie!! I wouldn't have just drove by him. I'm fully aware of how outside order taking operates. Still... I'm waiting outside the drive-thru line for my order. So I wait until the car at the window pulls away and walk up to the window and ask if I could just get a refund, at this point I just want to leave and get to work. They refused and said I had to come into the store wait in line there to get a refund. At this point I'm furious and tired of dealing with rude, unfair and unprofessional Starbucks employees. This is the worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. I try to avoid it, but it is 2 blocks from my home, so I find myself dropping in occasionally & usually regretting it. I'm assuming that employee turnover is very high because even simple drinks become difficult for them, it usually takes forever to get anything made & they screw up the order at least 30% percent of the time. Lack of effort seems to be a primary problem because employees are normally more concerned with talking to each other than doing their jobs correctly.
