Lady at the window mixed up the size of a drink and offered to remake it, only to then give us the remade drink with an attitude along with giving us our change in the same manner. Big fan of this location simply because the staff members here are always so friendly and amazing.

I live in Kewaunee and don't frequent Starbucks often. Two weeks ago I went thru this Starbucks across from Costco in Bellevue, Wi. 15minutes down the road I open my coffee and it is almost white. when I got to my destination my daughter told me to call and complain. So I did. They asked my name and told me just to give them my name the next time I came thru the drivethru and the coffee would be free. ($4.45) So today it is two weeks later. I go through the drive thru, I tell them my name, and this person who claimed she was the manager (Katie) asks me when was this? I replied that it was two weeks ago. She tells me that they have a new policy now that says I have to come through the drive through within 7 days, adding that she is the store manager and is in the process of making the policy 48 hours. I ordered my coffee, got the receipt and her name so I could complain again. I told her that I live rurally and do not drive to her location every 48 hours or every 7 days or every two weeks, Adding that when I called two weeks ago, no one told me I had to come in within seven days. Katie is rude, unprofessional, unkind and she truly embarrassed me. I called corporate to complain and they told me that if I had paid with a Starbucks card on the Starbucks app, then they could reimburse me. Honestly it's not even about the $4.45 anymore. I was wronged and treated poorly at this Starbucks and will never go back. If you go back, I recommend you avoid the "store manager", Katie. So disappointing. SMH read more

This was one of the best Starbucks I've been to! Very clean and modern store. It is always nice when you are trying to relax at a coffee shop, and it is clean. The attention and care of the details was spot on. As far as the staff, they were all very kind and organized. Very efficiently run store. I ordered and paid for a Venti, received a grande. I wouldn't make a big deal about it, but this sort of thing almost always happens whenever I go to Starbucks. Many times the cup isn't filled up all the way to the top, is missing a quarter of the drink, etc.. read more

This Starbucks is filled with the best baristas!!!! They make my specialty drinks with love and it shows.

I know you don't come to Starbucks for the bakery items but the old fashioned donut caught my eye and there was a star promo when you get 3 bakery items. Not something I'd ever get again. Instead of having nice dry glaze on it it actually felt damp on the outside. Tasted ok but that dampness made it seem like it had been stored in a ziploc for a while. Think I'll skip trying to find 2 other bakery items and go elsewhere for my coffee in the future (they also messed up how I wanted to use my stars and it's not worth the hassle of trying to get it I wasn't going to come back but the lure of using my already earned stars brought me. This Starbucks has the most parking in the area and least awkward drive thru. read more

The employees at this Starbucks are BY FAR the best compared to any Starbucks I ever go to. They are all so kind, attentive, and sincere. You don't feel like you're just being rushed in and out just like the last and next customer.. you actually feel welcome here! I have been going to this Starbs location for the last few weekends to finish up a big project. The employees here are some of the nicest I've ever seen. Today, one of the baristas gave me not only the drink I ordered, but another drink very similar to it because she knew it was the first time trying this flavor. She gave it to me on the house, just so I could try it and see if I liked it. They are all kind and friendly, always smiling and they always remember my name! The store is also a great envionment for studying or working on something as there are a variety of seating and lighting options. Highly recommend! read more

Stopped t this location at 6:45 this morning. Doors were locked and I was the 5th car in line at the drive through. I could see in the window that 2 employees were emptying trash cans and putting grounds in the coffee pots, looking like they were tackling both closing and opening tasks. Another employee arrived just before 7am. Good thing I was not in a rush, I waited 43 minutes to have my order taken. I watched 27 cars leave during that time. Once I got to the window, found out that their opening staff did not show up. I understand that things happen, but was very disappointed. They could have posted a sign on the door or acknowledged the many cars in line in some way. I even tried calling 5 times and no one ever picked up the phone. Think of the money that was lost in the 45 minutes. read more
