These people hate their jobs and do everything they can to be difficult. Some mornings you have to wait 20 min plus for your drink even when you order it mobile way ahead of time. I will never go back here again. Gonna switch to the new 7 brew they just opened thank goodness. read more

Just tried another Starbucks where only the drive-thru was open and the line was super long. since we are passing through benbrook we thought we'd give this one a try and we're very happy to see that although the line was long for the drive-thru one can still go inside period so that is exactly what we did. Average Starbucks with difficult departure to get back on 377 if you're going south so head out the back. Appears to be much better read more

Spending the day in Dallas requires a bit of a boost. On the way out of FW ran thru drive through on a busy Saturday morning. Service was perfect. Fast, friendly and the Frappuccino ? Oy VEY! Exceptional treat during the hot Texas summer. I don't even care how many calories! Quad vente mocha frap had me buzzing along! Was able to keep up with my daughter's pace all day! placed placed an placed an order at the Benbrook Starbucks sitting at a table and after 30 minutes I finally get up to check on my drink because everybody standing around talking and lo and behold dirt is sitting there water down, melted and not one person looked up, except for one guy and didn't even speak turn back around for the conversation and as I left, somebody said, have a good day I contacted the store manager as she calls her self and I said this is not acceptable for a seven dollar grande drink when I came in with a Mound migraine anyway and that was the whole purpose was to try and augment the medication that I take and she said I'll talk to the barista's and that was her only response when I'll think about going to that Starbucks again and I used to visit there frequently I will think twice because that is not the kind of service that I believe I should be getting! read more

This place is really hit or miss. If I go before work at about (M-F) 6am my order is almost always right and everyone is usually nice! Any time in the afternoons or on weekends it seems they never make my order right and the staff is less friendly. And keep in mind I don't order anything customized so it shouldn't be too difficult to get it right. Here is a picture of the "pumpkin cream cold brew" that looked already mixed and had no pumpkin cold foam or pumpkin flavor to it.. When I asked to have it remade the employees were rude and said it was supposed to be that way. They "remade" it and handed me the new one, which looked the exact same. This also happened on my birthday and was my free birthday drink so that really started off my day great. Not. The first picture is the awful remade drink. Sunday morning 11:45 AM. Drive thru is long and we sat for over 10 minutes. Every car in front of us only had one drink. When we pulled up they handed my drink without saying what it was (I'm a former Starbucks barista). When I took a drink, the lid wasn't on and it spilled all over me. I went inside and told the barista who took my cup and poured the drink into another cup with a lid and gave it back to me without an apology or offer of a drink coupon. The poorest service and customer service I've had in a while at a Starbucks. I'm ashamed of what I took pride in as a barista. Come on Benbrook, TX team. You can definitely do better. read more

This Starbucks is the little jewel of Benbrook highway 377. It started as a small store with steady business and has since been remodeled to support serious traffic. The staff is warm and friendly and you feel welcome when you enter. If you're a regular, you will hear your name. Recently this place has gotten some new people that work there drive thru. Anywhere I go I always ask for the roasted ham and swiss. That is what the sandwich is called in there menu. For some reason, this place asks if we want the breakfast sandwich or the panini. I have no clue which one it is. Just know what it's called. Well upon saying that, the person over the microphone got irritated sounding and asked if we wanted anything else very sternly. Also said my total very low to I were I could not here it. Hand me my drink, which I asked for a grande and it was only a dollar less then the venti and half the size. Will not be doing that again. That's bull. They said have a good day but totally forgot to give me my sandwich and they looked confused. Waited 7 more minutes for it. I guess they forgot to put it in. It wasn't even hot all the way through. I dont understand why I had wait for something that wasn't even hot all the way through. They also didn't ring us up for a bottle of water and was going to have to charge me extra even though I heard him repeat it back and already paid. Just asked for a cup of water instead. I was not impressed at all with my visit. I use to only come to this one because they would get everything right and were very polite. This afternoon after spending $14+ on 2 coffees to receive a dirty cup and polity asking several times for a new cup . I removed the lid from my coffee to see if it was over filled to find out that the coffee was easily 2 inches below the top of the cup . I never thought the day would come I got food poisoning from this location. Was the weirdest tasting coffee I ever had.

This is the best Starbucks in the entire area, and the best one I've ever been to. Staff is always friendly, front of house and restrooms are clean, and the drinks are consistently good and come out in a timely fashion. I used to go so much that the staff new my name and exactly what I would order. I miss the old crew, as they've hired some new faces, but the new kids are great too! It's a great place to hang out and work, as a lot of the locals like to do. read more
