I can imagine how hard it would be to find parking during busy rush hour. I like their line up of condensed milk behind the counter- that's how you know they are not joking around. After waiting 10 minutes for a server to come to our table, I went up to the hostess stand and asked her to check if we had been assigned a server. The table next to us wasn't as patient - they got up and left after waiting for at least ten minutes, if not fifteen, for someone, anyone, to come and acknowledge their presence. This was our second time there, and it was just as slow as it was about two year's ago. My advice: go there if you want to sit and eat with a nice view of the Trinity River and you have no place to be for a good 60-90 minutes. Otherwise, go elsewhere for coffee or breakfast/lunch where the pace of the service is reasonable and realistic.
