I've chosen not to return, and I've seen other customers dealing with the same issue--searching for their orders with no assistance. There's very little empathy or attention to customer service. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. The café itself is clean, the staff takes orders quickly, and the food comes out fast as well. Most of the staff speaks Russian, which is very convenient for many local families. The only downside during our visit was the gentleman cleaning the tables -- he seemed very unhappy and not very welcoming. He didn't speak English or Russian either (I believe Spanish only). The restroom could definitely use some updating. It was clean, but older, and unfortunately there never seems to be enough toilet paper or soap. The location is convenient with a large parking lot, plus there's a Russian store and TJ Maxx nearby, which makes it easy to turn breakfast into a little shopping trip.
