Of course order is incorrect... guess making a plain coffee w cream is difficult... get it incorrect, go back wait 15 more min and "barrista" could not figure out why I'd complain. Just cancelled order and after another 8 minute discourse w " manager" FINALLY got a refund. Starbucks isn't bad, the coffee is actually pretty good, the problem is the pricing. The coffee is EXPENSIVE, and so are all the other drinks. I used to study here for the chill atmosphere, but now I go elsewhere because, if I'm being honest, Starbucks feels designed completely around consumerism instead of a pleasing experience. For instance, the drink sizes. The fact that they have confusing names isn't what's offputting- it's the fact that they offer four pitifully small drink sizes at big prices. The "Grande" feels more like an upsized small, and the "Venti" is a medium for sure. I could go on- upcharging for small things, specifically- but I won't. Overall Starbucks doesn't have bad coffee or food, but their menu is expensive for it to not be some of the best coffee I've ever had. read more

By far my favorite drive through Starbucks in Nashville. They are always friendly and as quick as you'll find in the south. The baristas that take your order through the drive through always are friendly & in a fantastic mood. The line of cars for drive thru is ridiculous, I count 9 before the order kiosk. I go inside because the store is empty, first noting the grey Cadillac I would've been behind had I opted for drive thru. Three Understaffed employees are hustling, still I can't help but feel ignored as I stand there for almost 5 minutes unacknowledged. Eventually a worker goes and grabs the employee that is cleaning the bathrooms so that they can help at the register. Tristen was a great pleasure this morning March 24,2019. We are on or way back to Atlanta GA our home and he took our order right away with a pleasant voice and also got the order right on point. Customer service is really big to me since I for one work in that bracket as well. He handed out our drinks in a timely manner and did not have us waiting no more than three seconds. The worst Starbucks I've been to. I never had a problem with a single Starbucks location until this one. I did a mobile order, and got there a couple minutes later. I took a seat in front of the pick up counter. I sat there for some time, and decided to check on my order. Turns out my Venti, Hot, White Chocolateuu Mocha was sitting there. Not at the pick up counter, but next to the machines.... forgotten. When I finally get my drink, I realized my venti cup, was filled as if it were a grande. Nice. Took a sip and sure enough. It had gone cold. While I was waiting, I noticed someone come in saying their food order was wrong. The floors were dirty, and the staff wasn't the most inviting. Will not be returning. read more

This location has a couple of very sweet employees that always try to be friendly and upbeat. It's always a pleasure to see them! However, I come here atleast 5 times a week and I never get the drink in under 20 minutes. I've had to leave because after 20 minutes I am officially late for the next appointment and I just don't get the drink I paid for. The best way to get a drink is to order when you are 20 minutes away so you don't have to wait more than 5 minutes in the store. The owner of this store should be embarrassed about these numbers.
