Even when I'm there at the height of their busy time they always get through the line quicker than other stores. They're quick, efficient and have always gotten my orders correct without skipping a beat. The staff I've encountered have been very pleasant & patient. They're located in a large plaza with plenty of other stores in there for shopping or eating. Plenty of parking in a big lot. Easy in and out access with a traffic light onto the main road (route 6/Farmington Ave) or a side street entrance/exit. They are typical in ambiance to majority of the other starbucks around. read more

So happy we have a Starbucks here in Bristol Plaza, especially while your out here shopping! It sure is a great place for a pick me up of quality coffee. I love all the different cold brew selections they have but today I felt like indulging in a warm latte. They have quite the selection of some fun festive flavors. Today, I chose the Caramel Brule latte with whipped cream. Yum! What a treat! Such a cozy drink. I sat and relaxed for a bit before venturing back out on my shopping. I'm always happy with the drinks from the Bristol location. The line is usually long since it's a popular spot, but I'm fine with waiting. I usually get a dirty chai... which is a shot of espresso in the chai...but today I got a pink drink (refresher) ....and it's so good. Its dairy free which is what I go for and sweet and duh, refreshing! Just what I needed on a gray day. The staff is always very nice and personable. read more

"Abandon all hope... ye who enter here." Ah Bristol Starbucks. A dried out, deserted, gutted insectile shell of what it once was. I was a regular here. The staff was amazing and they had FUN at the job. Those days are long gone, like dreams, and hope for the future. The newest staff is angry that you showed up at all.... and OMG... you wanted coffee. Starbucks barista, "You want your venti late' with extra foam... then you will wait in long lines with all the rest of the victims/customers while we scowl and grunt and silently hate you all.." Like I said. They don't want you there.., and you had the nerve to order coffee! Get out! This place is filled with long lines and and longer regrets. read more

I'm a big Starbucks fan. I'm obsessed with their Strawberry Açaí lemonades and their pastry's. I switch it up from time to time but always go back to the ham and Swiss croissants. Reasonably priced and pretty yummy. The staff here is also so friendly, the woman helping me this morning was so positive and energetic. Loved it. read more

Located on the busy Route 6 in the Stop and Shop plaza, I would either suggest ordering ahead or come during a off hour as this place can get busy. I've seen this place go through many chances through the years living in Bristol and currently I'm not a fan of the new layout. They removed the couches and put in tables and benches aimed to have people stay and work but doesn't really want people to be comfortable as they chat with friends or company. I've come here to do work or met up with someone but now the place gives me the vibe as grab your drink and get out. The location never had the opportunity for outdoor seating that other Starbucks I've been to has had which is a shame but now staying indoors doesn't seem to be inviting as well. read more

While I could get my coffee at any Starbucks near by, I love coming to the Bristol location! the baristas create great connections with every customer, even learning the names of regulars (like myself)! Service is always with a smile, no matter how busy. Kyle, Heather, and Suzanna are superstars with customer service! Average Starbucks experience, aside from the abhorrently filthy bathroom, I'm revising my review, because the service has improved.

First of all, it was super clean in this store. Secondly, they took the time to pronounce my name correctly and when the order was done they said it right twice. For my third point, they were super fast yet the drinks were great! I love this store and I wished I lived closer, I would come every day. read more

Been awhile since I have been there, I have had many meetings, study dates, and just breaks over there in general. Back when I used to go, the customer service was great. I love this Starbucks! Zuzanna and Jacob are the best! They recently ran out of my favorite drink (strawberry infused green tea) at this location and Zuzanna went and got some at another location. The place is always clean and the people are friendly. It can get busy, but I never had any issues with the mobile ordering. read more

When I worked right down the street this place was the go to for coffee. No great local coffee shops so you gotta hit up the chain... cool seating area to chill and you can bring food in. three words made this place for me staff, staff and staff. I've been coming here for about a year now, at first I thought of Starbucks as an overpriced coffee shop with annoying names for their drinks that could resemble ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs; but now my opinion has changed. All the staff are great! if it's not busy they are friendly and aren't afraid to spark up a small convo with you. They do every beverage perfectly and aren't afraid to take an extra second to make sure even in a rush. The staff is well trained and fast too! I've seen lines almost out the door and still haven't stayed in line for more than 5 minutes. Bristol Starbucks is definitely a staple in my daily routine. read more

Overall ok location but every time you do mobile order on the weekend and show up 10 minutes later, you're stuck waiting another 20-30 mins every single time. This does not happen at any other location and something needs to be changed. read more

Now that I've moved, this Starbucks has become my regular spot. They are always open on time, and the staff is quick to take my order, although I find it takes a little longer to get my drink than in most Starbucks. Parking is never a problem, the store is always clean, and the staff always friendly an helpful. This is a very clean and quiet Starbucks, making it a great place to get work done throughout the day as you enjoy a cup of coffee. Unfortunately the location is usually understaffed with two baristas per shift instead of three. Service times suffer as a result and I've found myself waiting up to 8-10 minutes to receive even simple drip-coffee orders. The pleasant affectation of the staff members offsets most wait time annoyance, but I still wouldn't recommend this location if you have to get anywhere in a hurry. read more

one of the employees hates the environment. they fiendishly smoke a cigarette every time they take out the trash, hugging the wall near Moes so as not to appear to be associated with 'bucks, then flicking the still burning butt on the sidewalk as they walk into the back entrance. back sidewalk is continually littered with butts. I woke up this morning KNOWING that an iced caramel macchiato is exactly what I needed. I stopped in on my way to work, and was impressed with the size of this Starbucks. I am usually a dunkin donuts girl and don't go to starbucks often, but as I said, I knew what I needed and dunkins doesn't make it.. Anyway, the reason I decided to review this usually mundane experience is the employees! The two baristas I interacted with were polite and happy and chit chatted with me. It was nice. Change in management recently, maybe six months ago. Everytime I stop, which is not nearly as frequently, there is a huge line moving perilously slow. Tonight at 7pm they are out of nearly all pastries, not only breakfast ones. And the cashier is abrupt at best. They remind you that they close 15 min prior. They are really nice but reallllllllllly slow. I've had to walk out multiple times. Not sure why when you order a black drip coffee the person who Rings you up can't pour the coffee. Makes no sense to have to wait for the fancy drinks when they blend everything else. read more

Sometimes this location is fine. I just had a bad experience however and I think something must be wrong with how they run it. I ordered 1 iced coffee online 10 minutes before I arrived. Upon arrival I told the attendant at the mobile counter I had arrived, but my order wasn't ready yet. I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes as at least 5 other people walked in and ordered from the desk, they weren't mobile orders, but got their coffee orders (which were multiple coffees) within a few minutes. It wasnt that busy, but steady I guess. At this point, I reminded the mobile order attendant that I had been waiting over 20 minutes. I didn't rub it in by mentioning that it was only 1 coffee while other people waited 5 minutes for multiple coffees.... Maybe I should have. She replied she replied she was sorry. Soon after that, she delivered another order to yet another person who arrived after me (and ordered at the desk, not mobile order). I eventually left without the 1 coffee. It wasn't intentional but it just feels wrong to see people who ordered way after me with complicated orders get their order fulfilled before 1 easy one. They need to improve their process. I plan to stay away from there going forward. read more

Getting to know new staff , is taking a little while to, miss the the old staff , miss Emily, Leila, and the gang. Food is still always good . Need to watch the sugar free orders however . im not a big fan of starbucks but this is a nice sized place and the coffee is always fresh and they always have cinnamon rolls ready
