I don't understand the bad reviews, this place is ridiculously good. I've been to dozens and dozens of Starbucks across the country and this one is hands down the best I've visited. This is my second visit (1 month apart; I travel here on business) and both visits were the same. The staff literally erupts when you walk in. They don't know me, so it was "Welcome!", "Good Morning", "How are you?" Like, every single person working greeted me. When (what I assume were) regulars walked in, it was "Hey Donald" or "Hi Theresa" and they conversed with them even during morning rush. They seemed happy I was there, which sadly in 2026, is not the norm in general, let alone at a chain. The service was with a smile, friendly and quick. They asked how much cream, if I wanted to put it in myself, is this enough (with a "Yay!" When I said "yes"), asked if I wanted a mug and plate since it was for here, it just never stopped. I dare you to go here and try to leave in a bad mood. I'm a middle aged, cynical IT guy, the king of curmudgeons and they slapped a smile on my face absolutely against my will. Come here. Feel loved. There were five workers and no customers and we still waited five minutes to be acknowledged and by the time they made the drink they were making others for drive through and just put it down without eye contact/a name/telling us it was ready so we waited without any acknowledgment from the over abundance of staff (for 7pm) until finally pulling it to the customer side and being able to see the label. Stopped by late afternoon to try a cold drink and as a person who doesn't frequent Starbucks it was a little overwhelming to decide. The barista was nice and helped me narrow down a drink. The iced brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk & cold foam was pretty good. Service was quick and it was very clean & organized inside. Parking felt a bit tight and I can see the drive through getting backed up quick with the small area in the strip center. read more

I Asked for a large black coffe with ice and they put so much ice I barley had any coffee! But the place was really nice!

I ordered a peach green tea thinking it would be light and refreshing, but somehow Starbucks managed to make it taste like watered-down perfume with a hint of lawn clippings. The peach flavor is so artificial it feels like it waved at a real peach from across the room and called it a day. It's neither sweet nor refreshing--just vaguely fruity regret in a cup. For the price, I could've soaked a teabag in a bath & body spray and gotten the same experience. Definitely not ordering this again. read more

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. Spent my entire 45 lunch break in their drive thru. Do not come here if you expect fast service.

Had to wait a long time for my drink. I did feel bad because the girl said she was behind. Only one of them was making the drinks. One of the girls was loving very sowing just cleaning. I ordered a caramel frap since out of the caramel ribbon crunch. The girl at the register finally came over to make it and help the other girl. When she handed it to me the drink was pouring out where the lid meets the cup. I was grabbing paper towels to clean it. I asked for another cup to put it in so I could slide it right in thinking it would help. It didn't. It was still pouring out. I took the lid off to pour it into the larger cup which it made a bigger mess since it was bigger than the lid. I lost a lot of my caramel and some drink. Again, I had to go over by the door for paper towels to clean it all up. I didn't want to wait to ask for a new lid so I left without a lid. The worst part is that none of the employees at anytime offered to help while I was trying to do all that. The drink was very good. Only a 2 star since I had an issue that took several minutes and I was ignored. read more

A few years ago I used to come here daily to drink my coffee and study. They do have some tables but not enough for a big study group. The customer service has always been amazing and quick when it comes to taking your order. This place is quite busy so expect to wait a little longer than usual if you're placing your order there. When you do place your order and have to wait, it does get a little awkward with where you're going to wait. This Starbucks is fairly small, so you may be rubbing elbows with some people. If you're in a hurry, place your mobile order in before you arrive. Then you can just come in, pick up your goodies, and leave. read more

Just went into this location. While waiting in line I watched one of the employees slide food items across the floor (the were wrapped but the crates were all open on the bottom), place her hands on the floor for balance then immediately grab food products and place them in the coolers nearby. Needless to say I left and am writing this review. To say this was unhygienic is an understatement. And during a pandemic. I'm hopeful this will reach the owner of this location because this is truly unacceptable. read more

I've had some reservations about this location considering the girls in morning are horribly rude for no reason however this was my 1st time coming at night & let me talk to ya about this experience I had.THANK YOU CJ FROM NIGHTS! He went above and beyond for my girls, they didn't have the strawberry cake pop but he made my girls feel special by putting some whip cream and chocolate sauce on their brownies, they loved it & made their day, not to mention him and his employees were jamming to Iron Maiden, the ambiance in there was spot in, im definitely gonna bring my girls back at nights during the summer! Apparently everyone at this Starbucks shares the same single brain cell. All I wanted for the past 2 weeks was light ice in my drink, because (like most sane individuals) I don't enjoy a mountain of ice in my coffee or any beverage. I asked for light ice, VERY light ice, or ice on the side. according to Parma Starbucks culture; light ice means to still fill up the whole damn cup with ice. Very light ice also means fill it up. A worker nicely tried to explain to me that if I ACTUALLY wanted light ice I should ask for it on the side. After following her advice, I guess I signed up to become a Barista, because they handed me 3 cups to mix together; including a TOWER of ice. Came in with my disabled consumer and her service dog. We ordered two drinks and a pup cup . We were waiting for our drinks when a lady named Katie yells across the room and says " you can't have your dog here and need to leave". Now the dog was not on the floor nor doing anything we were just holding it while we waited . I told her that's fine we were waiting for some Drinks . And she looks to see what our drinks are makes our drinks and go here you go now you can leave!and slams our drinks and walks away And rolls her eyes yes by the way we have a toy poodle that's her service dog . Stopped in for some desperately needed caffeine late one morning - about 11:30 am. Had missed my morning coffee. Ordered a Grande cold brew - with room for cream. Drink came up in just a few minutes - even with the long line. Added Half n' Half and destroyed that beverage before I got out of the parking lot! Strong and tasty! I consider myself a Starbuck's connoisseur! I've been to so many locations from Ohio to Seattle. I have found no better Starbucks than Ride Park Square! They are quick, efficient and so friendly! It doesn't matter if you're going into the store or going through the drive thru, you'll meet a friendly and kind barista who is eager to assist. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Suzy who is one of the kindest employees I've ever met! She always greets me by name and has something nice to say! Also, I'd always encourage everyone to download the Starbucks app in order to place your order ahead of time. My order is always correct and I never have to wait! The crappiest customer service ever. I put in a mobile order for ONE coffee I wait 5 minutes (ticket says 3-5min wait time) I stand in line for 15mins while EVERYONE in the store is served. Me and one other woman also waiting for ONE coffee and we are ignored. No "hey we're behind be right with you" nothing. I finally say something and the worker says "you're probably at the wrong store" walks away. This Starbucks recently moved around the corner and the space is much nicer. It's a corner space now with a more secluded patio and a drive-through. Drive through lines are sometimes long, but the staff are friendly and the line consistently moves. My order has been right every single time except once when they got the size wrong....but they corrected it proactively and let me know there would be a small delay while they fixed it. Coming to Starbucks more now for my growing business. Meeting clients so I'm getting to compare them all over town. This one is at Ridgepark Square in Parma/Brooklyn. I grew up around here and it has declined a litte but staple places like Lowes and Starbucks still standing. This starbucks is good for meeting a friend or a client to talk. There is not much room to do work here though. Tables are small and so close together you feel like you are on a flight with Southwest Airlines to Vegas. There are not many outlets to plug in your laptops. Maybe they want to keep this as more of a social place as opposed to a place for business. If you are looking for a great Starbucks to do work at go to the one in Independence off Rockside Rd. Drinks are consistent and the service this day was average, and not overly friendly. This is a great store I would put it in the top 5% of all the Starbucks I've visited. The place is always clean and organized the staff is top rate friendly, fast and helpful. I've always gotten great service here fast and accurate. It is in a strip mall and getting off of I-480 can be a challenge at times so I deducted one star not that they can help it. We are still under regulations requiring masks be worn indoors, yet there are multiple customers hanging out for long periods of time inside this location without masks or with improperly worn masks. No, they aren't actively eating or drinking. I don't understand how this location isn't being shut down by the health department, but I would definitely avoid it since they are putting their staff at extremely high risk and thus increasing the risk that your food or drink was made by someone who is sick. I did not have the best Starbucks experience at the Ridge Park Square location this past Saturday. There were only 3 people in front of me in line, 4 baristas working, and I stood in line for about 8 minutes before I stepped up to the counter. The baristas were having a good old time behind the counter and taking their time in doing things. What I didn't understand is that there is not a drive thru, so the only people they tended to were the customers in line. I visited this Starbucks location today on a whim. I am not all for the social distancing and was pretty peeved when I got there and seen it was online ordering as I'd never done it before. I asked someone waiting outside if it was in person ordering inside and they said I had to use the app. I have the app but have only used it for paying to accumulate points. I was about to leave in frustration. Then Michael L who works there was outside getting ready to leave I assume. But he stopped and explained it to me. Helped me order my drinks and was so courteous. I felt it worth mentioning because it is of course a product we are searching for when we visit a place of business but the staff are what makes the experience that more special. Like I said, I almost left but Michael Ls kindness helped me to stay, get my drinks and visit with some very kind people who were waiting outside.
