Pretty chill location - I've passed it a few times but this was my first time in. The location was quiet and clean. The service was friendly. I came in to do some work - to my luck (as we know it is hit or miss) there was plenty of seating. I made my order and took a seat by the door. WiFi was strong and I was enjoying my drink lol properly by the lovely staff. I did pick up a cute mug as well - they had a few I hadn't seen at other locations - so that was a win as well! read more

I stopped by this Starbucks for a quick takeout order and was pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly energy that instantly set a positive tone. The baristas were efficient but still took the time to make sure my order was right, which I really appreciated. This store was mostly clean and well-kept, from the counter to the tables to the floors. Even the restroom was clean, which you don't always find at busy coffee spots. It's clear the team here takes pride in keeping the place welcoming and comfortable for every customer. I have consistently ordered uber eats from this store this year. They always make my drink correct and have continued to write sweet notes of encouragement on my delivery bag almost every single time which always brightens up my day. When I have gone in person every staff member is sweet and does a great job. As long as I am in Cary I will continue coming to this starbucks for the great customer service. read more

Polite with great customer service. The dining area is nice and clean. The staff is extremely engaged and receptive to customers. I enjoyed being greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Acknowledging customers in this manner takes the experience to the next level. Hence, the 5-star rating! The person taking my order made small talk, she didn't have to, but she built a rapport and left a lasting impression. I'm not someone who has to have Starbucks daily, but this experience has me thinking about swinging by Starbucks before starting my day. This time of year, I love the holiday drinks. The staff was so friendly and quick here. This is a fairly busy location. It is a small location. The bathrooms are easy to find and there are tables inside and outside that you can sit at. It's also right next to Jimmy John's if you wanted something else to eat with your coffee. The parking lot is a little tight but just follow the arrows and you'll be fine. They spelled my name correctly on my cup. read more

I never knew that this Starbucks even existed here. I was running some errands around this shopping area and accidentally came upon it. To be honest, the parking can be quite hectic by the storefront, unless you park far and willing to make the walk. The shop is tiny but has great customer service. The coffee tasted like any other Starbucks. I appreciate it! read more

Patio area seemed very busy yet inside was not busy until after we were leaving. customer service was great. They forgot the caramel drizzle I asked for on my mocha latte. I will say 4.5 stars. Whenever I do a mobile order its always done perfectly! No complaints. The staff is very friendly in the mornings. However, it's a hit or miss when we randomly go during the day. I'm not sure why. I guess it depends on who is working. It still is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to in Cary. Admittedly, the nice thing about Starbucks is you get a pretty consistent product. Unfortunately, one of those products is bad coffee. Ok, so maybe their coffee has actually gotten a little better, but for the price? Not a fan. The main reason I keep coming back to this Starbucks is that it's close to where I live, and I get gift cards as presents that I feel I should use up. There isn't much sitting room in this Starbucks, either. Maybe 5 small tables? It's not an ideal place to do work, since you may not be guaranteed a table during the busier hours. The service I usually get is so-so. Nothing to get excited about, unfortunately. read more

A surprisingly quick and friendly group of employees in an area that can be pretty slothenly and underwhelming (I'm thinking of a few of the neighboring businesses that will remain nameless). They give me my decaf vanilla latte with a smile, and that's why I keep going back. read more

Definitely avoid going to this Starbucks. Service is extremely slow, workers are generally rude and short with their responses. Drinks never come out correct either. The other Starbucks 5 minutes down the road is worth the quick drive for quality service and drinks! Went in tonight for a tall pumpkin spice latte, when received it was the wrong drink and cup was half full... Went back in and asked if they could re-make it since their was a mistake and the next latte tastes burnt and still wasn't correct. read more

The drinks are what you expect from Starbucks, but I have two issues with this location: 1. Service is slow 2. It's annoying that they never call out your name for mobile orders. This keeps you guessing every time a mobile order is put out for pick up. read more

We are Starbucks fans, and whenever going on a trip we tend to keep an eye out for one. We found this to be the closest one from Raleigh as we left to head back home to Charlotte. We wandered in at around 10ish on a Sunday morning and I was shocked to see we were the only customers inside. That being said, our order was taken promptly and executed efficiently. We got a pair of iced lattes that were made to the usual standards and tasted great. While part of me considers it ridiculous to pay over $7 for two coffee drinks, the taste warrants such a king's ransom. I'm sure we will be returning to this location next time we are preparing for a return trip home from Raleigh. read more

I ordered the pumpkin spice latte and it was delicious as most things are at Starbucks. The pumpkin spice is very prevalent, but not overwhelming. It doesn't have that artificial pumpkin spice taste either and the drink just tasted of great quality. It's perfect for anyone that loves pumpkin. Unfortunately, it's pricey like everything at Starbucks. My tall latte was almost $5 after tax. I also ordered the ham and swiss egg sandwich. It was a pretty good breakfast sandwich and the croissant bun it was served on was warm, flaky, and buttery. The croissant bun is really good and was the distinguishing feature of the sandwich. The egg, cheese and ham were good, nothing too different from other places. Overall, the sandwich was good, not greasy, great quality ingredients, but overpriced. I would give Starbucks 4 stars because they serve top quality coffee and pretty good breakfast sandwiches, but everything is just too overpriced for me to come here every week. But you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. read more

Strictly survival coffee. Starbucks is to coffee what McDonald's is to hamburgers. You go here not for something great but for a consistent experience with all of the other identical locations they have across the country. Staff was unfriendly, running an assembly line. I was brought here by co-workers. Definitely would not have been my first choice. So many local cafes serving up locally roasted coffee that beats the pants off of anything here. So mediocre and impersonal. Meh. read more

I am a complete Starbucks Homer. I love them- my favorite coffee - that is why I feel it is my duty to call out the stores that NEVER have Decaf brewed as an option. It completely floors me when I go into a store that sells hardly anything but coffee and when I go to order a 1/2 cafe bold they tell me they don't have any decaf brewed. I can wait 10 min if I'd like while they do a pour over. Terrible customer service. I can walk in any local coffee shop or diner 24 hours a day and they can and will pour me a cup of decaf. You are the world renown coffee shop - have some decaf brewed. read more

I went into this location yesterday afternoon and was completely disappointed!! The staff there were more concerned with NOT being there and being home in bed, then providing customer service. I ordered three drinks and the barista was too lazy to read the cups to see our milk preferences. I had to correct her on what she was making for me. Also, I had a frozen beverage that was completely ignored ad two other patrons received their drinks while my drink day on a counter behind the barista not made! Maybe Sunday is their D team, but I will not return to this location! And will not recommend to anyone! read more

I let my server know to ensure I was still going to get a coffee because I can't live without my coffee in the morning! Once all parties involved were healthy and able to make the trip we called to rescheduled and they told us since it wasn't in writing they were not honoring it, and we are out our 1k+ purchase. Business decisions like this should not be supported by consumers who care. We could have gone and gave everyone covid, we opt'd to do the right thing. If only they did the same, instead of blatantly lying.

Some of their syrups are made in house and others are not, so be sure the look at the menu. The Raleigh Coffee Passport brought me here, so I was able to use the discount. However the latte was over $7 full price which was a little steep for the size - but again the quality and taste were great

One of the female employees went toward it and stepped on it but since it was headed toward my table, I moved. 4. It was really hot in there. Maybe not AC completely broken hot, but AC on the struggle bus hot. There was a large fan in the back dining room that wasn't doing much of anything except redistributing humidity. 5. I ordered an avocado toast with bacon and got delivered a grilled cheese sandwich. The server took it back but then I needed to ask for the bacon. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture because the same dish on Sunday was so elaborate and beautifully presented and the same order today was just meh. Not a good value for the price. I will say the server correcting someone else's mistake was clearly overwhelmed but doing her best. She was also the cockroach killer. I ate my lunch and read my book. My intention had been to linger a while and read but I decided to leave. The place was about 1/4 full when I left but all the tables still had crumbs, food debris and water on them made it too unpleasant to stick around. Very disappointing. I don't see myself going back any time soon. I do love their bread but I'm sure I can find someplace more pleasant or go to the downtown location instead.
