Unfortunately this Starbucks doesn't honor their refill policy. The policy states that if you purchase "a beverage", you can get a refill of brewed coffee, iced coffee or cold brew, hot tea or iced tea of the same size during same visit if you used the app. When I tried to get hot tea as a refill for my shaken espresso, barista refused saying the original drink has to be that same type of drink to be eligible for a free refill. That's literally not true at all, the policy does not specify the type of original drink, and it's sad that baristas here don't know their own policies. Oh well. read more

Good starbucks! I've always had a good experience here and the staff is so friendly. I always go here. Parking is not super easy near the front but it's easy around back. Food is consistent and warm. I work all weird hours so I've been though out the day and never been unimpressed by the service. I've only been in the store once, but it's clean and has a nice atmosphere for doing some remote work. Maybe a little loud for reading but good to pop in some headphones and type away. I was standing at the counter for about 10 minutes and was the only person in line, there were 3 employees who passed me multiple times & didn't acknowledge me at all. I'm fine with waiting but the least they could do is greet me & let me know they'll be with me as soon as they can, but I got nothing so I eventually just left without placing an order. An excellent Starbucks that I'd only avoid when Cars and Coffee is happening. This Starbucks is always quick, clean and gets my order right but if Cars and Coffee is happening avoid this place. I don't have any criticisms outside of it being over run on Saturday mornings and crazy backed up. Came over to this Starbucks while I was getting some things printed at the FedEx store. Everyone was super friendly. Although they were really busy, it was less than 7 minutes that I was able to order and then get my order. I ordered a Turkey bacon sandwich with a Chai Tea Latte with almond milk. I grabbed a table to do a little people watching since I had a little time. I thought it was really cool how they knew their regulars by name and asked about their family and personal lives! This is my near daily Starbucks. It's always buzzing from 7:30 am on. I always order ahead and jump out of the car to grab my mobile order. Parking can be a mess, especially out front fighting the drive though line, but nothing the staff can do about that. I've had the occasional error (used to be much worse and more frequent, including missing or stolen orders). They recently redid the store and the layout is much more open and I don't think I've had any issues since the redo. I really gotta hand it to the staff, they are so friendly and always smiling. Nothing out of the ordinary with this Starbies. Located in a strip mall, this location also totes a drive-thru, for those who don't want to brave the cold weather to get their morning fix of Joe. Nothing really stood-out of this store, so hence the A-OK rating... average. The staff was nice, no issues. I got my sammich pretty quickly, my venti non-fat vanilla latte, with extra shot of espresso took a lot longer though. I gauged it by observing the two people behind me in line, getting their drinks before me. I don't know how I feel about writing a Starbucks review. I mean, the service is fairly consistent across the board no matter which location you visit. Some locations are older or smaller but, in general, the coffee always tastes like Starbucks coffee (not great but not horrible) and the wait time tends to be reasonable even in the busiest of times. However, this particular Starbucks has one downside, the parking lot gets obscenely backed up in the mornings during the work week. Maybe it's similar at other locations but, the size of the location and the layout of the parking lot seem to contribute to worse than usual issues getting into and out of the location. It would be 4 starts otherwise as, if you work in The Park (that's me putting on my snobbish RTP hat - it's a bit tight what with my swollen head) - this is a great place to take care of some casual online errands or browsing before heading into the office in the mornings. However, if you don't bypass the front parking and go straight to the back lots, you're probably going to be a little stressed by the time you fight through the drive-through back up just to get out of your parking spot. read more

This Starbucks is located right in RTP so it is no surprise that it is always crowded! There are a handful of small tables inside and there is a drive-thru that wraps around the building. The mornings are probably the worst, there are usually no open tables because a lot of people are there for meetings and grabbing coffee in the morning. The drive-thru is also packed in the morning with everyone driving by to pick-up some coffee before work. You could always put in a mobile order and pick it up at the counter but it might be hard to find some parking out front since the drive-thru wraps around into the parking lot. I used to frequent this Starbucks often when I lived in NC because it was right by my office. There were a few baristas that I recognized but the turnaround seems pretty high - I would often see a lot of new faces. Not sure how it works but everyone I've interacted with has been nice so no complaints there. I do really like this Starbucks - it is in a prime location and has a friendly staff. If you drop by M-F during a peak time, just be prepared that you might need to be a little patient! read more

This Starbucks might be the busiest location I've ever stepped foot in! The patio was full, even on a dreary day, and the inside was super packed except for the high tops. Still. Our orders were taken and processed quickly, plus they were spot on. Not a problem. We settled outside before it started raining again and we settled at the high tops. Starbucks drive thru located on page rd. Great for a stop on the way to RTP for work. The service is always great and the coffee has been consistent the years I have been coming here. The only thing that can kind of suck is the parking lot. The line usually wraps all the way around to the front where other shops are located and there are people constantly backing out and trying to maneuver around the Starbucks line.
