I have consistently ordered uber eats from this store this year. They always make my drink correct and have continued to write sweet notes of encouragement on my delivery bag almost every single time which always brightens up my day. When I have gone in person every staff member is sweet and does a great job. As long as I am in Cary I will continue coming to this starbucks for the great customer service.

    My personal recommendation!

The baristas were so kind and delivered my drinks directly to me! Service was great, other than a drink I ordered unsweetened that came sweetened, but overall the friendliest people I have ever came across at a Starbucks!

Patio area seemed very busy yet inside was not busy until after we were leaving. customer service was great. They forgot the caramel drizzle I asked for on my mocha latte. Other than that all was good before my flight. Loved the building. A little different than your normal Starbucks location.

I will say 4.5 stars. Whenever I do a mobile order its always done perfectly! No complaints. The staff is very friendly in the mornings. However, it's a hit or miss when we randomly go during the day. I'm not sure why. I guess it depends on who is working. It still is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to in Cary. The one on Kildaire is accurate too.

A surprisingly quick and friendly group of employees in an area that can be pretty slothenly and underwhelming (I'm thinking of a few of the neighboring businesses that will remain nameless). They give me my decaf vanilla latte with a smile, and that's why I keep going back.

Hours listed this location as open at 530. Here on business and arrived at 635 to an unopened store. Somebody dropped the ball.

Even when it's extremely busy, someone acknowledges me and asks me the name of the mobile order I'm waiting for if it's not already ready.

The coffee was actually delicious. The service not so much!…read more To be fair I ordered my coffee with my breakfast at The Goat (the restaurant that Morning Ritual shares the building with) but the coffee is listed on The Goat's menu, so they need to get in sync. Our breakfast ended up coming out before coffee, which made no sense. I had to ask about the coffees before they were actually made. When the girl came from morning ritual She brought out my husbands, hot cappuccino but my mocha out iced and I immediately said I don't drink cold coffee and I did an order iced. Instead of being apologetic, and stating that she would change it, she just snatched the iced coffee and walked away. That was such a strange encounter. It was rude and I got no apology, nor did I get any explanation of what would happen next. I let my server know to ensure I was still going to get a coffee because I can't live without my coffee in the morning! When my Moca loved her honey, oat milk, coffee came I took a sip and was glad i didn't flip out and say "forget the coffee" (as I was already done with breakfast by the time in arrived) because the drink was delicious! If I'm ever back in the area (I was staying in Raleigh but decided to take a little detour into Durham that morning) I'll come to only Morning Ritual to see if I can change this 3 star review for service issues into a 5. For now they need to work on getting coffee service to The Goat streamlined!

We had a reservation and were seated immediately, and our server team greeted and gave us the rundown of how the restaurant works and recommendations. We were tempted to do the 5-course tasting, but decided to order a la carte! Drinks: - Espresso martini: Super rich and refreshing - Alexan red wine: The best! Absolutely loved this wine Food: - Beets: Loved these, so light and great flavor - Harkers island oysters: I'm not a huge oysters fan, but these were incredible! They tasted great and the presentation was very cool - Maine lobster: 10/10! They said no refunds but can use the booking credit to rescheduled. We took them by their word. Once all parties involved were healthy and able to make the trip we called to rescheduled and they told us since it wasn't in writing they were not honoring it, and we are out our 1k+ purchase. Business decisions like this should not be supported by consumers who care. We could have gone and gave everyone covid, we opt'd to do the right thing. If only they did the same, instead of blatantly lying.

The barista was a vibe because we love a casual chat. Mind you, this is our first time coming here. I ordered the Stacy and he ordered Life's A Peach. Let me preface this by we bop around to so many different shops to try food and coffee and this exceeded our expectations. Whoever made the sandwiches seasoned these eggs to perfection and please know that we appreciate it so much. Like foreal. 5 stars. Vibes. Food. Delicious. Seasoned. Round of applause! I am from Beverly Hills and I have never seen a restaurant be more out of touch in pricing. They are contributing to a class divide that is common in third world countries. Tables are filthy, they serve you with PLASTIC FORKS and the lines are atrocious bc they are understaffed. This place is a joke.
