Rating: 3.5/5 Decent coffee beans for espresso but is consistent with how Starbucks roast their beans. Not my 1st choice but i can appreciate a custom drink made by them. About this location - conveniently located at the corner of a busy intersection. I've only ordered my drinks via drive-thru but never gone inside so I can't speak for the in-store experience. Several times I've been here, I have not been impressed with my drive thru order experience but at the end of the day, I get what I need and what I ask for which is caffeine - so it's OK. :) read more

Service both inside and through the drive-thru is still solid. I find the baristas in the drive-thru to be typically friendly and at times engaging. I still do my orders strictly through the app, so I've had no issues with my orders being incorrect. I've noted that they have folks that are happy to sit and work on computers or be on their phones while they enjoy their coffees, so it's clear that the atmosphere is still one that folks enjoy. this Starbucks and their employee Jacob was a life saver. He went above and beyond as a good human being. My husband was traveling for business left his wallet in the establishment next-door with all his ID cash, etc. that establishment did not have a telephone. So I called Starbucks a nice man name Jacob, who sent somebody over to see if the wallet was there got it and brought it back to his store and held it until my husband could get there and pick it up.. It has been years since I went to a Starbucks. Mainly I felt they had overpriced bitter coffee. But I was not really going for coffee. I wanted a cinnamon crumb coffee cake and everyone raved about Starbucks. It was empty on a weekday morning. Plenty of parking plus a drive through. Walked in and went straight for the counter. I got nervous because I'm unfamiliar with the lingo. So I asked for a large black coffee, yes, she knew what I wanted. Also had a cinnamon crumb cake and a bacon, Gouda, egg sandwich. Surprisingly the cost wasn't ridiculous only about $12.00. I waited and got my coffee but realized I forgot to ask for sugar. Looked around and found a table with all the sweeteners. A little later my sandwich and bun was ready. I found a seat and opened my bag. First the cinnamon crumb cake, it was small. It was only 2 1/2 inches in diameter. It tasted alright and almost like I was expecting. I added the Splenda to my coffee and sipped it between bites. Next the sandwich, and again it was small. The roll was a bit chewy. The egg and cheese were good and the bacon was just there. Not much bacon flavor. After finishing it I was full. I took my half finished coffee and left. I came here to work because I'm visiting from out of town. Not a lot of room due to Starbucks Employee managers/supervisors taking over 90% of the space. I love that they use this space but yelling across the store to take to each other is unacceptable especially when there are other people working in the space. I normally don't care for Starbucks, but my wife absolutely loves it. I wanted to surprise her this morning with a treat and decided to go to the closest location to quickly grab a drink. I placed my order and as I drive up to the window, the cashiers normally take my payment and simply close the window. Not this time. Charity actually spoke to me in a super friendly manner and carried on a normal conversation that made the wait not seem as long. Starbucks is not #1 on my list for coffee shops but I met a friend at this one for a morning coffee. This location does have a very comfortable covered outside patio which we took advantage of during our midwinter heat spell. I am impressed with their new Nitro Cold Brew coffee. I can drink coffee all day but for some reason this brew gets me pumped up. I'm going to have to place this locale in my rotation. Pro tip: Watch where you park of you will be blocked in by the drive-through traffic. read more

I ventured inside a Starbucks for the first time since Covid and it's disgusting. Almost every table was dirty and no one cleaned or sanitized any of them the entire time we were here. I'm not sure what happened with the coffee but it's burned and bitter and undrinkable. read more

Went in mid-day, I really like the layout of this particular location. The employees were friendly as well. However, this is the second Starbucks location in Leander that I've seen where either the tables are grimy or the floors are littered with crumbs and debris, or both. One suggestion would be that if the manager doesn't routinely have the employees wipe down tables and sweep perhaps each hour, which only takes a few minutes, they at least leave a cleaner bottle and napkins for customers to wipe down things and maybe a broom as well somewhere in location? I think it comes down to management in most cases making sure that customers inside not only feel welcomed but additionally, that they are in a clean environment. read more

It's frustrating when you sit in a line to begin with to get your new found favorite coffee just to be disappointed when u get it and it looks and tastes nothing like your fav. Coffee so u now have to take time to go in and fix it just to get the same result but also the coffee is all over the outside of the cup. So screw I won't come back to this location. I came here to this location for the first time and I ordered 2 sandwiches and a coffee. We pulled up to the window and they explained that they only had one of the sandwiches that I had ordered and asked if we wanted another sandwich maybe a different kind. We said yes that's fine any works. The lady then hands one sandwich over a few moments later and says have a great day. I was like were is the other sandwich and she stated that she told me that they only had one. I said that we still needed 2 sandwiches and that we had told her that any other sandwich would be fine for the second sandwich. She was apologetic but it's just wasted time that we did not have. Wow, this is what every SB should be designed like inside; it's a dream. Roomy, abundant seating, covered large outside area. The only reason I gave this location four stars instead of five is because they cut off dark roast at 11am (12 is bad enough) and they don't leave out the half and half, which isn't that big a deal EXCEPT they don't tell you that when you get your coffee so you go over to the stand then have to go back, wait for someone's attention to ask, then wait for them to get you the half and half! read more
