Another thing that's changed since the 90's, a lot of tap rooms gotten a bit... unrelaxing, as a certain percentage of young parents basically turn their children loose to run about unsupervised (hence my characterization "romper room"). The espresso tasted very burnt and overly acidic, and one latte was especially watered down due to having very little ice. As people who genuinely love coffee and enjoy supporting local cafes, we don't expect perfection, but we do expect some consistency and care in preparation. This is THE BEST donut shop we've been to in a very long time. The donut and coffee selection is very impressive, to say the least. My daughter ordered this very unique blue drink (caffeine free) I have never heard or seen before called Galaxy Milk Tea made with Butterfly Pea Flower Tea, Oat Milk and Vanilla syrup. I ordered the strongest coffee they had called: Iced Molotoviatt that came with 4 shots of espresso infused with lightly sweetened condensed milk. I opted for no whipped cream. I'm familiar with this Summer Moon coffee as it is across the street from my gym - Gold's Gym Cypress Creek. It is a bit tricky to get to as you have to go down to the light and make a left turn.
