Absolutely amazed by the team work, hustle and accuracy of these two employees working their booties off during a crazy rush line of almost 20 people at once. One was this woman working the resister and making drinks. She had hooped earrings, clear glasses & a nose ring. What a perfect example of hard work, communication with her fellow employee and customers. Super friendly, funny and quick with making drinks. A multi tasking QUEEN! then behind the line working the food & drinks was an adorable person with a black Beenie and rainbow earring. He was hustling, super positive and accurate with every order. These two are doing the job of 4-5 people with a rush like this! As someone with years of experience in the restaurant industry... I was super impressed by these two employees. Last time I'll be coming here. Unbelievably terrible system. They have 4 employees working behind and they still can't seem to make anything quick. They keep switching stations and leaving mobile orders on the back bar instead of to the counter for people to leave with. It's incredibly frustrating to watch walk ins get their coffee quicker than a mobile order placed 15 minutes prior - only to see it sitting behind the counter while everyone is just standing around talking. read more

The staff here is amazing! always warm and welcoming. however, one staff member in particular is always rude, no matter what day or time I visit. this staff members name is Paul. He consistently has an attitude as if he does not want to be there and has zero idea what customer service means. No one is forcing Paul to be there, customer service comes first, drop the "too cool for school" attitude and be grateful for your job, treat the paying customers the right way. ALL the other staff at this location does it the right way, they are absolutely incredible and I love them! read more

Welp, here goes another review of yet another centennial Starbucks with terrible customer service. Looks like I'll have to switch locations, again. After ordering mobile orders 4 times in a row and them getting my food order wrong every time (and I didn't notice until I had left the store), I decided to let them know of my bad experiences. I told the woman who I believe is the manager about this, and as I told her my story (very politely) all she said was "ok...ok...ok" the whole time. Never once apologized. She then continued to repeat my drink order back to me wrong, so I corrected her. THEN she told the barista to make sure they got the drink order right because I kept getting the wrong drink. So I corrected her again and told her that they always get my drink order right, but it's my FOOD they get wrong. Still, she never apologized. So basically, this woman does not listen and also doesn't apologize. Poor example of customer service for her employees if you ask me. I won't be going back. read more

I walked in to pick up a mobile order my boss had put in and was lowkey harassed by the woman doing mobile orders because I didn't know immediately what name the order was under since by boss goes by one name but ordered it under another. Staff was overall nice but they need a better system because it took me over 30 min to get my order and STILL walked out with the wrong order. I ordered my drinks when the store was not busy. Mind you they were well staffed there were four of them working. It took forever for our food and drinks they gave my sandwich away to a different person good thing they gave it to my cousin which I was able to get back. I paid for a venti and they gave me a grande took way too long to make I had to walk out since we were being waited on. Went in to get my daily Starbucks and had a good experience with the guy who rang me up.. but when the girl making my drink called me over to get my drink she had a bit of an attitude, then when I asked for a straw she walked off. There was another girl standing there and she just threw the straw on the counter and walked off with her little attitude. I usually always have a good experience at Starbucks, but not today!!! Anyway my first experience here I was excited not only is this location one exit from my job but it was the first time in over a year I got my "Iced White Marble Mocha Macchiato" ordered upside down made to perfection! (how I miss the Texas, New York and Cali locations) if they don't know how to make it just ask me what's in it and I can reply with "I didn't create heaven I just kick it here from time to time" and order something else. I never have seen my original barista again... I've been handed drinks with Carmel in it and I don't recall that ever being in my Iced White Marble Mocha Macchiato speech, I also order my "Iced White Marble Mocha Macchiato" upside down with whip and have been told it don't come with whip. Wtf you just say to me I ordered it put it on there!!! I find myself constantly telling the cashier after saying "upside-down" "please don't mix it" and I get the same reply of "that's what upside down means" with a cocky smile like he's the Guru Pitka of freaking Starbucks to only hand me a drink that is sometimes 1. mixed 2. not white 3. not iced 4. not what I ordered 5. not a Iced White Marble Mocha Macchiato upside down with whip and depending on my day with a add shot or two... I'm glad to join Claudia B and Aaron C in giving this Starbuck's location 5 stars. Since moving to the Streets at Southglenn (which does NOT have a Starbuck's - but DOES have Whole Foods and Peet's) this Starbuck's is the easiest stop for me when heading east on Arapahoe. It's next to a King Sooper's, but fortunately not inside. It's a regular, small sized shop with plenty of seating both indoors and out. I've stopped in about five times and while the baristas don't yet address me by name, they are always eager to greet me and usually ask about my day, or inquire about my life in some other way. When I stopped in this evening, all baristas on duty knew the name of the woman behind me, and she knew their names. Since Whole Foods and Peet's don't have a Salted Caramel Mocha (that I'm aware of), Starbuck's is my destined location for caffeine for the rest of the winter, and I look forward to every visit. The customer service here stands out above any location I've visited in the Denver area. I'm so happy to have made this "my" shop. read more

This starbucks is amazing. It doesn't matter how busy they are, the baristas always seem to acknowledge you as you walk in the door!! They are soooo friendly and move quickly. They have great lounge chairs where you can sit and enjoy your coffee, or you can sit outside. It's not a very large Starbucks. It's the perfect size. I've had the crescent, the pumpkin cake, the muffins, you name it they have it. Top notch. read more

Who closes a Starbucks at 6pm on Saturdays and 7pm on Sundays? Obviously this is not a coffee shop but an extension of Wells Fargo. Staff is great but they lost my business to DazBog due to the new hours. They have 2 employees working nights usually until 8pm. At $11 an hour that is a whopping $22 savings. After Howard got his tax reform from Mr. Putin Jr. he is saving 16% on his taxes, and cannot afford $22???? Sorry, lost my business!!!!! read more

Vangie is one of the most amazing mangers I've ever had the privilege of meeting and talking with. She handled a small disagreement I had with a different employee, she not only listened to the problem, but offered to rectified the situation. She now makes sure that when I walk into her Starbucks that I feel welcome and I get the best quality service and coffee/treats. I'm a loyal Starbucks customer now 2 days in a row at this location day one was served ice coffee so hot that it immediately melted the ice and my Carmel cloud machiatto was not filled all the way the second day I ordered two iced Carmel cloud machiattos and they were given to me hot so I asked if the baristas could make them cold and was given my two iced drinks about half full with a poor amount of foam. I'm floored that I'm the first one to write about this particular Starbucks. Corporate should be on alert - this one is a model for the rest of the country. I'm in Denver for a few weeks on business, and stopped twice at this location to ensure that the exemplary service I received wasn't a fluke. I also visited another location to ensure that they're not all this great. Today, I spent three hours here catching up on work, and can assure any reader that stopping at this Starbucks will get your day started off on the right foot and you'll leave with a smile. Even if you're heading in to work to get fired, you'll be smiling the whole time. The team members here know the regular clientele by name, have memorized their drinks, wish every customer a good day and inquire as to how they are - and, unlike my hometown of Boston, they seem genuine. The level of camaraderie and laughter, the efficiency of service, the response to stress are all so far above what you see in other service industries that you actually don't want to leave. Combine that with the heavily caffeinated beverages, and you'll find yourself glued to one of their chairs. A+ to the entire team - I don't have a single recommendation for how you could improve. read more

Normally I like this Starbucks. But today whoever was working was very rude. I ordered a drink and it was wrong, so I explained that I did not get what I ordered. The barista picked up my drink and threw it in the sink. She had the biggest attitude and corrected me saying The drink I ordered was not a real thing and how was she supposed to know. It was super unprofessional and very distasteful. Absolutely rude service. I ordered two green tea frappuccinos and a green tea latte and only got one frappuccino and a green tea latte. When I asked where the second frappuccino was, she claimed I didn't pay for it. The stickers on the cup clearly showed I was missing the second of three drinks.
