They have sweet chai and a spiced chai. For me, the best is half of each. And they do carry alternative "milks." The staff are absolutely the best! The line could be out the door and service is fast, efficient, yet not rushed and they're very kind. The baked goods are made there and while I haven't tried them all, between my friends and I , we have tried most. All have been delicious and done amazing unique combinations. It's fun to see new items to try. The environment is lovely. It's comfortable to sit and relax. There's outdoor seating and all of it, inside and out, are beautiful, comfortable. They have larger tables that seat up to 8 which has given me the opportunity to meet new people. And there are private tables to do your computer work. They truly have it all. It's become one of my favorite hangout and drink tea. People watch or engage. I'm there at least once a week.

The Hawaiian motif found around the place is just about as Hawaiian as it gets. The general vibe of this shopping strip is already laid back so that's how it felt even inside. The interior is inviting with a couple prints from Hawaii. One picture reminded me of Kailua while another one is a picture of a lifeguard station. I ordered an iced MacNut Latte. It was definitely tasty and made to order. I also ordered a chupacabra Bonfire burrito. Overall I enjoyed the experience and will be back soon enough. We were meeting friends that day and I didn't take any pictures. I'll be back soon enough!

I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it. At the same time, due to the circumstances, there is a compelling reason to throw some more support behind them.

There are large tables for groups to come together socially or for business. They offer free Wi-Fi. The seating in the back is very private. They played relaxing and calming music that was a pleasure to listen to while drinking delicious coffee and sitting in comfort. Hannah was our barista, and she was lovely! She is a kind and friendly person who took the time to explain how to make reservations for the Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony that can be scheduled on Saturdays or Sundays. The Yirgacheffe coffee was incredible, so smooth! It is from Ethiopia--the birthplace of coffee. The food menu is vegetarian (no meat served) The noise level was perfect, indoor seating is plentiful (no outdoor seating), and parking is plentiful in the lot in front. In the restroom, the toilet was a bidet. I wish the menu were in a larger font to make it easier to read. I feel coffee shops in general need ample storage to keep supplies and clutter out of sight of customers.

Connected to Seedstock Brewery off Colfax, we were able to spot the shop from the road, park on the street nearby, and make our way inside. The space is cozy, welcoming and offers seating for catching up with friends, to getting work done or simply soaking up the sun. Brew Culture offers both coffee, tea and fresh kombucha on tap! Once mom and I set foot inside, we headed to the counter to place our order - two different iced coffee (peanut butter and jam nitro cold brew and the Cinnamon Honey latte) and a glass of the peach ginger kombucha! The barista was so friendly and nice, complementing our orders upon receipt and whipping them up in a flash. He handed them over with a smile, making me smile in the process. We made our way to the patio to sit, chat, and try our coffees and nosh on the cookies we purchased. Everything was delicious, refreshing and totally hit the sweet treat spot! Pricing was on point and I would....and will, easily return!

The espresso taste was nice and mild, not at all burnt, and i felt the coconut flavor was just right!! I could taste the full body of the flavor without it being too heavy!! The inside looks nice and clean, definitely a great place to sit with lots of tables and the baristas seemed friendly and patient as we debated our drink choice! My only recommendation to the shop is to clean up the menu a little bit, i got confused when i was looking at because it had a latte section and a "tea mocktail" and "coffee mocktail" section which where both larger than the latte selection. I think instead doing a tea selection a coffee selection and a smaller mocktail selection would make more sense. I also wish there were a few more season latte options to choose from! Other than that, great place and worth the stop if you are sick of bitter espresso and a lack of flavor in your latte! This place does not disappoint!

The Junction Food Hall is at the back of that development on the south east side of the intersection of I-25 & Colorado Blvd. Being a food hall most of the time, the large space is great for a working meeting with lots of tables and mid-morning is quiet outside of the coffee spot. Coffee drink options options are as they should be, all of the classics. I had a latte, which was properly executed. I didn't catch the bean supplier but the coffee was not acidic or burnt like some of the other independent roasters in town. 5/5 would recommend.
