My husband was getting a coffee today and the man serving him made clear remarks about my husband "giving a real American credit card and hoped it wasn't for long". I've been coming here for about 2 years and out of all the Starbucks I've been to this one by far is my go to. From the moment I walk in there's a warm welcome. Everyone that has been working there especially Wednesday-Saturday mornings always put a smile on my face. It's honestly refreshing to see such a great working team. Came to this location for the first time on Sunday morning around 11:30am. It wasn't very busy in the drive-thru so I decided to go that route. I ordered a venti caramel macchiato with soy milk and extra caramel. It came out great. Perfect amount of caramel, sometimes when you ask for extra it's like a caramel boat but this Starbucks got it right. Three stars because I also ordered a gouda, egg and bacon ciabatta sandwich off of their new bakery menu. It was horrible. The egg tasted liked powdered egg and the gouda had no flavor. I would not suggest breakfast sandwiches here. The croissants are much better. The service was good. The baristas at the window were friendly and smiling. I will visit this location again. read more

I always come to this Starbucks to do homework and just chill sometimes. As a college student needing somewhere to just get away, this place is perfect. I am there at least once a day if not more and I have never had them get my order wrong and the drinks are always good. They also have a great layout with super comfortable chairs and tables, couches, and large comfy chairs. There is great access to many outlets if you need to charge your computer or something. I don't know if it's new staff or what but I literally sit in the line for 15 minutes with 3 cars in line! The last 3 times they have messed up my order also. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that there were 6 people behind the counter with 1 barista , 2 taking drive thru orders and I don't know what the others were doing. This is a fantastic location. What makes this Starbucks so great are the people who work here. I can honestly say that I have not had a bad experience with any of the staff. I've been here in the morning, in the afternoon and also in the evening. Whoever is working here is super rad. I have not had 100% perfect service every time (with reference to getting my items in a timely manner) but I don't care!!! People are human, mistakes are made and it's all good :). Again, the people who work here are what makes this location so great. I'd rather go here than some of the more "fancy hipster coffee shops" in the valley specifically because I feel so welcome in this store. 5 stars. read more

Ordered piña colada tea infusion with easy ice....due to recent dental surgery. The first drink was wrong, it was a white coffee drink, the lady at the drive thru (who was very friendly and kind) had the guy (Troy) remake it, the second drink was FULL to the brim with Ice...as if I asked for EXTRA ice, lady noticed and now we're on Remake #3. The drive thru lady said they ran out of pineapple, so it was taking longer than normal. My thought was will they even be able to make it with out a key ingredient, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe the pineapple was in the back....NOPE, drink #3 was coconut water, and ice...came back and got a refund because it wasn't even drinkable and the manager or who ever did the refund preceded to argue with me! But the drive they lady (who was VERY nice!!) stood up and said that my drink was made wrong a few times. I will NEVER go to this location again!!! read more

I LOVE the new carmel cloud macchiato !! Super yummy and delicious, definitely would recommend everyone to try this. I love Starbucks, and I go here all the time. But my last experience was the worst!! I was in the drive thru, and was waiting for my turn to order. The car in front of me finished ordering and pulled forward. I could see what they ordered on the tv screen, and it was a carmel cloud macchiato. I was also going to order the same. After I had order my drink, he told me is was discontinued. I was confused? This drink just came out a few weeks ago didn't it ? Like what does that mean? And the car before me ordered a cloud macchiato ? If you are out of product to make the drink, just tell me. Don't lie to me and tell me it's been discontinued. It's rude, and unprofessional. How could the guy in front of me get one and not me, if it's discontinued? I understand it's ridiculous to get up set over coffee, but I'm not really mad about that. I got a different coffee and moved on, it's just the way I was treated. This location is larger than most Starbucks and in a very good location. It's too bad the service here is horrible. I've been to this location several times and had an issue each time. First time I went through the drive thru and ordered a grande black coffee. I received my coffee in the grande cup, but it was only filled a little more than half way. Second time I went in and there was one person on the store phone (personal call), one person with their back toward waiting customers texting, and a third person ignoring customers while standing at the empty drive thru window. When a customer tried to get the texting girls attention, she actually moved away from the counter and started heading toward the drive thru window to finish texting. She seemed annoyed at the customer trying to get her attention. One couple in line left the store. The guy on the store phone finally turned around and told the person on the phone, "OMG, there's a line. I gotta go. Call you later". This guy then called for the texting girl to take a register. She sighed really loud, slowly made her way to the register, and proceeded to take the next customer's order while rolling her eyes at the male employee. The third time I went to this location they were out of the two house coffees and needed to make a fresh batch. There wasn't any customer's after me, and very few people in the store. I was told they would bring it out to me. I sat down and began reading my book. After 15 minutes I realized I didn't get my coffee. I went to the counter. The two female employees were standing there talking. One girl giggled, apologized and said she'll bring it out to me. She forgot to make the coffee! Whoever manages this location needs to know that the poor customer service and attitude is going to get this location closed really quick. So, we just moved and this location is my new closest Starbucks which stinks because not only are they less than friendly, they are not very efficient. More often than not there's someone standing around talking and joking around while the orders are piling up. Today was especially fun... I mobile ordered three drinks. Showed up five minutes later and waited at the mobile order pick up counter for 10 minutes. Watched one person work the drive-through, one person make drinks and another person stand around and only work when someone came up to the counter which was about five people the entire time I was there. After 10 minutes of standing next to the mobile pick up counter and not even having my existence acknowledged, I asked how far behind they were running on mobile orders. They tell me they don't have any mobile orders. That's fine - glitches happen. My issue is that they saw me standing there, knew that I hadn't ordered at the counter, and yet never bothered to ask if I was there for a mobile order and let me know that nothing had come through. Now, if they were extremely busy or everybody was running around trying to fill orders... I could see how that would go unnoticed. But again, it was one person working the drive-through, one person making drinks and another person standing around doing nothing and only working when people ordered at the counter which was about five people in 10 minutes. She spent the rest of her time talking and joking/distracting the other two employees who were actually working. They offered to make the drinks right then and there but by that point I needed to leave to go pick up kids from school so I just had them issue a refund. I wish I could mobile order from the Starbucks in the Fry's across the street. Much nicer baristas, always get the order right, make an effort to be friendly and welcoming. read more

What happened to the former management. Seems like everything has gone downhill. Several reviews have mentioned the place is dirty. It needs a thorough cleaning. The floor and table tops really need a thorough cleaning. My last visit here, other close sites much better. read more

From all the Starbucks I've gone to this one has the worst customer service. They had completely forgot about my drink until I asked them about it after they had taken so long and the girl still managed to give me an attitude when I asked for it. She then told me they hadn't received my order all while the guy who had placed it was hearing all of it and he didn't even bother apologizing or looking at me while I asked them about it. She then asked what kind of drink was it and that she could make it for me yet her or the guy who took my order didn't even bother to apologize for the wait or for the fact that they had obviously screwed up. On top of that they weren't even busy when I had walked in so there was no reason to forget about a simple iced coffee drink! After waiting in the drive thru for 15 minutes we finally get to the window just to be told that if I want a simple iced coffee which takes nothing to make that we have to come inside and order because it's too busy. So what is the point of a drive thru? We have to come inside for anything we order apparently. Waste of my time and completely unhappy with the service of this location. Walked into the location at Ray and Rural yesterday to get a scone around 10:00 AM. There was one person in line in front of me and no one in line behind me. Rather than hand me the scone after ringing up my order the person behind the counter asked for my name and proceeded to have me wait. Again no one else in line in the store and at least 4 other people behind the counter. After a few minutes I said "Do you really want me to wait on an un-heated scone?" She proceeded to tell me my order was "in line". Im not sure what line she was referring to and for the life of me I could not understand while she was standing around why she could not have just handed me my purchase. She did decide to go ahead and give it to me after I was clearly starting to get really annoyed. Still shaking my head on the whole experience. Recently went there I order a drin and had a coupon for 50% off. whe try to ring it up the lady said thats fine I`ll ju7st give you the 50% its not working right now. However when she rang up my card and I left I looked to see that she charged me 6.00$, normal price for a dirnk. When I went in and brought it to their attention they lied to my face telling me they did and the mocha and soy I added into my drink added up? its $1.30 for both of those? I`m sorry but if my dirnk is going to cost me $12 without the 50% off I should probably not drink Starbucks anymore. AMAZING staff that is always HAPPY unlike the location I previously mentioned , and drinks are made perfect every time. Don't be hesitant if there are a lot of cars in the drive thru. Service went downhill, staff presents a couldn't careless attitude, uploading the gold card took a while, cashier ask for assistance, someone helped her twice and still had a hard time uploading the card, people in line were getting impatient, no vanilla powder to sprinkle on the latte, when asked the staff he said if it's not there then there's none.....sure gone downhill....time to look for another coffee shop. read more
