Saigon Coffee was one of my favorite coffee shop experiences I've ever had. The staff is friendly. The design is sleek with a mix of modern and traditional design. I ordered the strawberry matcha and when I tell you from all of the coffee shops I've been to no one else compares to the excellence that is at Saigon. The matcha was bold, refreshing, clean and sweet tasting. The strawberry was a great balance of sweet and citrus. I am going to be dreaming of that matcha years to come. I hope Saigon coffee and tea flourishes because they deserve it. Thank you for creating an incredible atmosphere and product. SaiGon coffee and tea feels less like a place you simply stop for a drink and more like somewhere you want to linger. A little pocket of warmth, matcha, and slow afternoons in Chandler.
Back again!! Strawberry matcha was delicious and we had to get the egg coffee again this time. I got it with their premium matcha this time and really liked it. I saw that they have their new cloud series menu and I can't wait to try it next time. Drinks came out quickly per usual!
Very good matcha! I like that you can decide between 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 & 125% sweetness because I prefer my matcha not sweet & most place won't let you do that. Everyone loved their drinks! Definitely let them know what % of sweetness you want or it is automatically 100%. They also have oat & coconut milk for 50¢ more. It's very popular so don't be surprised if you can't find seating. The worker was very nice and very helpful, he answered all of my questions to help me pick what I wanted to try. Will definitely come back!
Who knew this hidden gem was sitting in this plaza! I'm in this area of town quite often for my kids extracurricular activities and now I've got my go-to mom treat, yay! Tried the Vietnamese coffee and it's pretty strong and bitter for me but man does it get ya going. My go-to will definitely be the strawberry matcha....sooo delicious. They also offer a blueberry matcha and a few other flavors I'll have to try one day. Love the inviting ambiance with fun music and both indoor/outdoor seating.
Delighted to see the new floral arrangements for Easter and Spring season and had to look up which kinds of lilies we had here - Roselily Sara's are known for their light scents and no pollen - excellent choice to add to their bright table arrangements Lovely collection of seating for their little library to enjoy as well As always, I had to make sounds with my $7 bahn mi - oozing in creamy pate tysm for this daily bread mm mm mm!!! First time having the Oreo matcha - thought I'd give it a shot and I love that it comes with like almost two full Oreos on top to munch with and that this place ACTUALLY HAS COCONUT MILK AS AN OPTION it goes from creamy sweet to the just right bitterness of matcha then you get your Oreo treat with a crunch. I have never been disappointed when I get my snacks here with a drink My first sip of this delicious coffee was also ofc immediately-Yep that's a Vietnamese coffee. Even though I thought it was supposed to be the drip kind with condensed milk so I'm fully invested to go for the whole menu now
Super cute inside! Lots of seating, good place to hang out. I got a strawberry matcha. The matcha itself was very good and clearly good quality. My only issue was that the for the strawberry, jam was used and instead of it dissolving into the milk so the strawberry was well dispersed, the jam stays clumped together so instead of a strawberry matcha, I feel as if I had a matcha latte with random chunks of strawberry jam. I wish they made a syrup or something else instead.
Matcha enthusiasts this is your place. There are so many ways to drink your matcha here, every one unique in its own way. We got the egg foam matcha which was good but not killer. It's an acquired taste but definitely delicious. The blueberry matcha was amazing, however sweet, but I loved it. The matcha with coconut milk is so funky but good in its own way too.. THEY DONT HAVE THE FOR HERE CUPS. One of the reasons why I wanted to come here because it was so austhetic and pleasing. I was pretty bummed that they only had plastic to go cups. You get to choose between two types of matcha, one more sweet and one more bitter so you can go off of your own preferences. The place was packed but there was a decent amount of seating. It's a small shop but it was a good experience overall. Still really bummed to have spent $8.50 per drink and have to have it in a plastic cup though.
Best matcha I've had in Phoenix. Very comparable to all the good matcha places back in Orange County California like airoma. Everything is very authentic. I can tell that they use high quality matcha. The place was packed and the workers were very helpful. Would definitely come back.

You can also choose which kind of matcha you want at the register when ordering (e.g., ceremonial, more umami taste etc.) They had a large variety of matcha options as well as coffee and tea drinks for those who aren't into matcha. Overall, this place had everything I was looking for in a cafe. Would definitely come back again to study and enjoy a refreshing drink!

This was a great place to grab a Vietnamese coffee and a matcha latte (yes, I had both - it was that good) with my friends after the gym. The cafe has lots of seating space but also maintains a cozy vibe. The menu features a long list of coffee, matcha, and tea options. As a vegan, I appreciate that Saigon offers an oat milk alternative on some of their beverages. I also love that they let you pick your sweetness level (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%). Fifty percent was perfect for me in my black marbled coffee and taro matcha latte. Prices are around $8-$10, which I think is fair for specialty drinks like these. Also, their ice is amazing (IYKYK)! If you feel like some food, I did notice that Saigon has bahn mi (a Vietnamese style sandwich), and there are also smoothies. One of my friends had an avocado smoothie. Yum! I'll be back to Saigon soon, for sure!

I definitely recommend any of their egg drinks. It's also worth noting that I had the best banh mi I've eaten outside of SF here.
Visiting my sister and she recommended this coffee shop, was so worth it! My husband went twice in the 5 days we visited them, which is saying a lot since he is a coffee snob. The first day he got egg coffee Vietnamese coffee and it was delicious! I normally don't like coffee but really enjoyed it. The second time I got their matcha with taro and he got a salted cream coffee and both were good. My matcha came in a cute cup, and service was friendly!

The drinks are great, they offer both ceremonial matcha and umami matcha depending on if you enjoy more of a sweeter, lighter taste with the ceremonial or a more stronger, grassy taste with the umami. Service was great, line goes by quick and they explain the different types of drinks that they have if you have any questions. I tried the oreo matcha and was surprised that it was actually a good combination. The oreo did not overpower the matcha and the two flavors were able to coexist. It was delicious. There is lots of space and seating for studying or catching up with a friend. Music is a bit loud though so that's something to be aware of if you're here for studying. I also tried their egg Vietnamese coffee and the egg foam was so good. It complemented and balanced out the strength of the Vietnamese coffee. read more

It was hard to find good matcha around my area, and then I came here. Purely on a whim, but I'm glad I did. The fact that they give you a choice on what kind of matcha you'd like it rare. I came here on two separate occasions. First time, I got the egg cream matcha and the banho saigon. Super delicious, egg cream was slightly sweet, which I love, and the banh mi was soft but still crispy. Second time around, my husband got the strawberry matcha and I got the blueberry matcha. Both excellent. Not overly sweet, but you get a good balance of flavors. Definitely will be back! read more

Very cute place ! Came here for a study sesh and it was nice to have seats that were actually comfortable to sit in for once Definitely gets busy! Especially around lunch, I would recommend coming earlier Got the salted cream coffee and it was so good + they made it quick! Definitely on the stronger side but much needed The matchas look delicious ! Will be trying next time read more

Fun and unique coffee shop. The baristas are super friendly, the atmosphere is built to give a relaxed vibe. They have little buzzer for when your order is ready to pickup, so you don't need to focus on hearing your order/name being called out. I got a Den Egg Cream with Oatmilk it was extremely unique and flavorful. The egg cream brought a nice frothy texture to my coffee. The coffee itself was rich and not bitter or too sweet. I am definitely coming back to check out more of their menu! read more

We love Saigon Coffee. The ambiance is a nice cozy, clean coffee shop. I've only tried the coffee so I can't speak for the food but the coffee itself is delicious. I've tried the Taro and the Egg foam and I can't decide which one I like more. I generally brew espresso at home since it's more cost effective and most coffee shops aren't much better but this one is the exception. While it is a little on the pricier end I think it's worth it. We're now regulars whenever we want to go out to grab coffee on weekends. read more
Found this place by accident as we drove around and saw it on the map. We were quite impressed as we walked in and saw how cute the vibe was. It's modern, spacious, and clean. I was a bit shocked at the high prices for drinks. We tried the basic Vietnamese coffee and the 2pc meat floss bread. It was actually both really delicious and satisfying. My daughter loved the bread but they were tiny. Wish it wasn't so expensive, we would be here all the time. Thumbs up for the vibe and taste. read more

First time visit was great! I decided to try their egg cream Saigon coffee (ca phe trung). The egg cream was a creamy, tasty balance to the sweetened coffee. The drink came out quickly and the cashier was friendlyThe cafe itself was nice and cozy inside. The seating was comfortable while I drank my coffee. This matcha cloud jasmine tea might be one of the best tea drinks I've had in phoenix! The flavors remind me of some popular california spots, but honestly might be better. I chugged this so fast. The tea flavor is strong and fragrant without being bitter, and just the right amount of sweet with 25% sugar level. My sister got the egg saigon coffee and it tastes like an egg tart in a cup. So thick and creamy and flavorful. The interior is also super cute with calm lighting and fun music. Service was relatively quick even though it was busy on the weekend. read more
I found out about this place from fellow Elite Christine D. Thanks to the reel she posted on the gram, I found a spot for my Vietnamese Coffee cravings, and bonus alert: they have matcha, too! I used to go to a place back home in CA and they were my go-to for the Vietnamese Coffee with the Egg Cream. Saigon Coffee & Tea has come to the rescue for me! The Saigon Coffee with Egg Cream is delicious! I ordered it with 50% ice and sweetness. It was perfect! Next time, I'll try even less sugar. I can't wait to come back! I've tried almost all the popular Vietnamese sandwich shops in the East Valley and I must admit, none have come close to being as delicious as some of the best SoCal (Little Saigon) banh mi shops as this one that I just consumed within minutes this morning. I was just needing a little pick-me-up coffee so I decided to finally Door Dash from this spot right as they opened at 9 AM. I ordered their Bac Xiu Marble Coffee with 50% sweetness level and less ice. Coffee is a 10/10. Flavorful, strong, and not too sweet. Banh mi sandwich is surprisingly also a 10/10. Crunch of the baguette is the right proportion to soft texture of the inside. Pate and mayo spread is legit very old school Vietnamese style. Reminds me of the banh mi's I ate growing up. I'll definitely have to swing by in person to get the full experience of this spot. read more

Ambience: 9/10 cute hangout spot , nice music and moody lighting. we went on a Saturday morning - wasn't too busy ----------------- Service: 10/10 very kind and fast. I was given a beeper that would flash when my order is ready. ----------------- Drinks: 10/10 we have been going around Tempe/Phoenix trying matchas. A friend recommended this to me and it was delicious. I love that you get the option to choose the matcha (ceremonial/premium), sweetness level and milk alternative as well. I have been enjoying my visits to Saigon. They have a great atmosphere and serve up Vietnamese coffee and a variety of refreshing teas. I have tried the Egg Saigon, Strawberry Matcha and Golden Milk Tea and have enjoyed them all. Saigon Coffee & Tea is a great place to meet up with friends while enjoying your drink. I really like the location and the shop itself is very inviting. Saigon Coffee & Tea has a unique variety of Vietnamese beverages. This includes milk teas, coffee, smoothies and matcha. In addition to their drink menu, there is a snack menu if you also want to grab a bite to eat. The food selection includes some banh mi sandwiches. This place has been a welcome addition to Chandler and a great place to enjoy a yummy Vietnamese beverage. read more

I have been here a handful of times since my first initial visit and I have tried several different drinks. The drinks are always pretty good and stay consistent. One thing I have noticed though is that they never have boba. It's listed on their menu but I'm always told they have "run out for the day." I've stopped by at several different times and its always the same response... it should be taken off the menu if its not a thing...... Service is also a hit or miss. Some of the workers are very soft spoken, hard to hear, and dont seem too friendly. read more

I think I just found my new fav matcha place!! I've heard about Saigon Coffee and Tea a few times on social media, and finally got the chance to try it out today. We got the double matcha and the salted cream matcha, and ohhhh my goodness this might be the best matcha I've tried in Arizona yet! The best matcha I've had so far is from Airoma in Las Vegas, and this place is pretty close in comparison! The cafe itself is a decent size with a good amount of seating, however we came here on a Saturday so it was pretty packed. Inside, it is very aesthetic and a nice place to hang out or catch up with friends. When you order, I like how you get to choose which matcha you want. We chose ceremonial for both drinks, and regular sweetness. The drink itself is super creamy and definitely not lacking in the matcha flavor. Kind of dangerous that I found this place because I can see myself coming back here A LOT in the future. Oops! read more
I'll start with the good: the coffee was tasty. Definitely sweet and strong, but that's just how i like it so it was perfect for me! The baristas were kind and friendly. The coffee shop is not the prettiest or coziest. When we walked in, the first thing we smelled was Clorox or some sort of cleaning solution and it wasn't the cleanest. It definitely lacked attention. Not sure if it's because it was on a Sunday and maybe it was busier. Still worth a try if you're in the area. read more
Such a cute tea shop in chandler with amazing service! I've never had better matcha than I've had here and I was never even the biggest fan of matcha to begin with, but theirs is on another level. The banana pudding is so flavorful without being overpowering and mixes so well into the ceremonial matcha! The ube foam is creamy, thick and full of flavor I absolutely love this place and wished I lived closer so I could come all the time lol! read more

7/11/25 First visit, finally made it! Shout out to @Christa M for her recommendation several months back! Located on Arizona Avenue just north of Warner on the west side of Az Ave. Parking 5/5 Plenty of parking at or near the front and in the main shared parking lot. Atmosphere 4/5 The vibe is sip, chat and chill! My photo captures that and one study or work collaboration in progress. Small quaint gathering spot. Service 4/5 Score reflects a language barrier. The friendly gentleman who helped me just wasn't getting what I was interested in. Wish I could speak Vietnamese. I said ok to what ever he suggested was given an order ready buzzer and took a seat. Drink 3/5 I pick up my drink and straw and headed out the door. Took my first sip 1/4 mile down the road and was surprised how sweet it was, too sweet! I give this visit lower marks for a drink I wasn't expecting caused by a language barrier. Next time I'll ask for someone more fluent in English or impose on another guest to help me with my order. Not even kidding when I say this is the best vietnamese coffee in Arizona. I've been on the hunt for a good coffee place, specifically Vietnamese coffee (and personally I LOVE Vietnamese coffee) and this is it. I always get their Saigon coffee which is just Vietnamese coffee (drip coffee over sweetened condensed milk). If you like salted caramel foam coffee they have that too as their cafe muoi you'll definitely like. I also heard their matcha is the best so if you love matcha this is for you. I'm not much of a matcha person tho. I also had their bahn mi which is smaller than normal but makes a great snack. The only thing is that it's a bit expensive (like almost $10 for a large coffee). Other than that tho, lots of place to study inside and chat with friends, although it is usually very packed so just be ready. Even with it being crowded, drinks never take too long to come out. read more
