I have never placed an order and had it be ready for me when I arrive for a pickup. 40+ minutes is unacceptable for a mobile order. Brutal. Came at 10 am yesterday and they were closed. Then, today, they took forever to get anything made for any guests. People who ordered before us got their drinks after us and vice versa. When I asked if they were working in my wife's drink the response was, "we have 35 drinks en queue and only four people." Service here is pretty bad. read more

I was so happy when Chaska finally got a Starbucks of our own! It's beautiful order screen is so modern and sleek. Today was a drive thru kinda day, but I love to spend time inside in the shop studying or preparing my to-list for the week. Coffee always makes that easier. Again the inside is updated modern and clean. There are plenty of spots and power plugs to go around. The staff has always been efficient and helpful if I needed a suggestion on what to order. Today I got a simple bagel cream cheese. It was exactly what it needed it to be. I liked my pineapple passion lemonade refresher but it had a strange aftertaste I just can't put my finger on. Happy I tried it. I wouldn't recommend it. They typically have everything they need to complete my order and I do love that the app helps me navigate if they are out of an ingredient. I save my favorites so I can either order a head or the order is easy to read right in front of me so I can read it off easily to the barista. read more

Just moved to the area and already upset by this Starbucks location. Didn't get a straw with my drink and then the cup wasn't even filled all the way! I watched an employee speak in an abusive manner to a Door Dasher. The dasher thought the order that came up was the one for delivery. The employee was extremely rude and demeaning. Clearly the Starbucks employee had made a mistake and had messed up the order. So uncalled for. I will never go back. read more

3 straight times this location has been brutal. None of the workers asks the guests if they need anything when they've been standing there for 20-30 mins. Twice ive ordered regular coffee with cream and one time they forgot to put it on the counter, the other time they set it aside and didn't even call out a name (made the mistake to order at the register). BOTH times the worker looked at me and scoffed as if it was some how my fault. Was I asking for something outrageou? no. Was I waiting there for TWENTY MINUTES standing there. Not because I love watching people make coffee, but because they didn't even ask those of us standing there if we needed anything. They need serious customer service training. Located in The Chaska Commons near Hazeltine Golf Course and next to Chipotle, Starbucks is a staple for a productive and delicious start to your day. Since Starbucks is a chain restaurant, every Starbucks has a different atmosphere to them. The Chaska Starbucks has a bright and welcoming tone to it. There are a lot of windows, with a lot of natural light coming through. You can find many people studying or working there. There is also a great number of people hanging out with friends. Everyone who works at Starbucks is very polite and very attentive to customers. However it does feel like there tends to be a backup on drink orders in the morning (the busiest time), and when there is a backup it seems that the employees aren't focused on catching up on orders. They seem to be more focused on chatting with each other behind the counter. Starbucks is known for its coffee drinks. Some of their most popular drinks are espresso shakers, mochas, and lattes. They also have a variety of drinks that do not have coffee in them such as a Strawberry Acai or a Chai Tea. They have numerous breakfast items such as breakfast sandwiches, croissants and bagels. The prices of Starbucks items have definitely increased in the past few years. Expect to pay $5-7 for a drink. Any sort of food item ranges from $3-5. Starbucks does have a rewards program where you can earn stars for every $1 you spend. Once you earn enough stars you are able to get free items. The prices for the items are high, but if you are part of their rewards program you are able to get many benefits. Starbucks has many different ways you can order drinks. You can order ahead on your phone, inside the store or order through the drive through. Overall, Starbucks has a great and welcoming environment with delicious drinks. There will definitely be a drink that everyone will enjoy. It is a great place to get some work done or meet up with friends. went here to place a order and it took them so long to take my order so I drove up to the window and the young gal at the window refused my order very rude so I asked for the manager she said she was but I highly dought it she didn't even have a name tag she said she was going to call the police if I didn't leave so I went to park and go inside so I went inside and it was the same lady she refused me service i told her I don't need her service I just need her name and she said she can't give me her name she doesn't feel comfortable with that I asked her what she thought I could do with her name i told her it doesn't matter because she will be dealt with so i came to the Starbucks in chanhassen great service here got what i needed I have had bad service at the Chaska location so sad I guess they can't get good workers over there read more

This location is horrible! I believe it's relatively new and was excited to go here as it's closer than the Chanhassen location. However, we waited nearly 30 minutes in line and appears to be the slowest location ever. The person at the window was having a great time talking to his friends in the car ahead of us who ordered only 3 drinks, but waited behind them for nearly 10 minutes while he laughed and joked with them. Hanging out at the window. He wasn't making drinks for the other customers which were about 15 other cars stretched throughout the parking lot. He didn't pay attention to the drink that he had handed us so had to figure out which one it was. He wasn't focused on anything else or helping anyone of his coworkers so can only imagine this contributed to the back up they were having. The employees are unfriendly, often rude, juvenile, and stressed. They don't communicate well, don't try to speak louder through their masks, and have attitude. They can't handle the volume they are getting during COVID. Most experiences have been bad. The drive through does not have the space to handle the long lines. Go somewhere else. read more

Repeatedly disappointed in this location, and not sure if this will ever been a location I will ever frequent again. Between closing early despite customers still trying to enter, randomly being closed for full days, and never receiving my order correctly. I am nearly done spending my money at this location. 3 stars because the employees were nice, but the drinks just tasted watered down. No matter what I ordered or how I asked for it to be done. Had no taste to them just the whip and watery taste. Every time I went they were always out of something as well. Asked for extra paid for extra, but got the standard.
