Service-Lady taking order didn't seem happy to be there. That was a downer since I was in a happy mood. Ordered a Pike and it was like $3 cup of water. Awful. It seems as though the trend is the farther from headquarters the quality of the coffee gets exponentially worse. The barista was nice though. read more

If you like coffee do not come here. I have came twice now and every time I come The coffee tastes burnt, there is coffee grounds inside the bottom of the cup. Starbucks standards are way different in Seattle. I moved to FL about 6 months ago from Seattle WA and I will now not come back to Starbucks here. The Coffee is so disgusting. Tastes like they put their iced coffee brew into their ice coffee instead of espresso shots. Just unacceptable! read more

This is one hopping location. Right across from a busy business park, in the morning, you can forget about finding parking or a quick run through drive thru. The employees inside are hustling and getting orders completed as quick as possible. They are friendly, polite, and got me moving as fast they could. I also ordered mobilely and it was ready within minutes. Great location. Order was right. Food was fresh. People were amazing. Best location I've been to in a while. Employees stay smiling and organized even in the rush hour of morning time hustle. read more

Go run to Walmart or Best Buy. Purchase an espresso maker, then run to Publix buy some grounds and milk. Make a cup of coffee at home. That's the amount of time it takes for a mobile order third and final time at this location. read more

Across the causeway from Tampa where St. Petersburg meshes with Clearwater is one fine Starbucks. I could tell from driving by. It is on that racetrack of a thoroughfare that is Ulmerton, your first Pinellas County exit off I-275 when driving over from Tampa. (Many of the major roads around here are racetracks, with 3 lanes in each direction and frisky driving.) First, the staff was incredibly friendly. I told them I liked their store. They explained that this is the "regional" store and that it had been a bank at one time. That's why it also has a conference room. Clearly, their stuff is typical Starbucks fare, which garners about a 3.5 stars from the get go and for which the pricing is boilerplate, but what sells here is the ambiance. I'm not talking about a stellar ambiance but a really soothing one, with some comfortable seating and larger tables. There is also a nice patio outside. I came by here in the evenings so I didn't take photos. I also just went to get a cup of tea and to do some reading, writing, and organizing. And, yes, let me expand on a dynamic that I see from sea to shining sea - when you go for coffee or tea in a way cool neighborhood and at a way cool coffeehouse, your baristas may be turds with a little bit of attitude and apparel and counterculture appendages that come with that way cool packaging. Then, when you go to a coffeehouse in nice suburbs, the baristas mimic the change in atmosphere. At this Starbucks, you are right at the entrance to the Feather Sound area, with nice housing north of Ulmerton and corporate type digs south of Ulmerton, so the baristas are better groomed and are more polite and pleasant, commensurate with the surroundings. End of rant. Look for the big Shell station on the north side of Ulmerton. This recommended Starbucks will be across from it, on the same side of the street. read more

This place sucks, they overcharge everything for no reason. A plain venti iced chai costed seven dollars and a plain grande iced chai was six. It also took six workers over 20 minutes to make those two drinks. The worker that took my order was rude and gave me a dirty look as I chose my tip option. One worker was literally just playing with a thermometer with bare hands the whole 20+ minutes I was waiting for my drinks. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Will never be back to this location. read more

No where to park around 10am. If you park in the lot across from their drive through. You will be towed by A1 towing. I watched 4 cars get towed in less than 3 min after driver got out of vehicle. That's a bad partnership with the neighbor and their lot is not very well marked. So they must have a scout watching the lot. What a shame. Some lady was crying as the tow truck driver took her car away. The coffee and service was average at best. Luckily I waited for a parking spot to open in Starbucks lot. Watching this made me not want to come back to this location. read more

Starbucks needs to reconsider who they have on their drive thru at this Ulmerton Rd location . RUDE!!!! Ordered 3 specialty drinks ... not great tasting ... And the drive thru guy taking our order seemed to want to be very authoritative , with no patience!! ... BLAMING the barista basically by telling her to read the label!!! This Starbucks had the RUDEST employee working. Thankfully I wasn't having a bad day or I would've went off on him. He looks like Quinn from impractical jokesters the tv show so I legitimately thought this has to be a prank. Put him in the back stocking or making drinks because he is wildly rude & out of control. Went in here for a quick pitstop Tuesday afternoon to re-energize my system with some go-go juice. I ordered a Triple Grande soy latte. This Starbucks has a Drive-Thru. While I was waiting, I noted to myself that it was weird to see Starbucks Barista's with headsets on. I pulled my pocket camera out and was about to snap off a shot of them with their headsets on and they yelled out "NO! You can't take pictures in here!" I inquired as to why? I sarcastically asked if my taking a picture of their Drive-Thru operation was going to reveal Top Secret Starbucks plans. The manager came over and told me that they were more concerned with maintaining the privacy of their employees. I'll buy that argument - we all know what a bunch of stalker types all of you Yelpers are! There was lots of inside seating here - and some outside seating as well. A number of folks were working away on laptops, presumably utilizing the T-mobile connection wireless internet connection. I'll never come back here again since I was not allowed to take a picture! ;-) read more

In general, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. This one is no exception in a good way. Plenty of parking, the lines move quickly, the patio space is ample. This location is very convenient to the freeway and has a light to make the turning easier! read more

Horrible! Went at 5:00 to pickup my order after placing it on the app. When I got there I tried to go inside but they had a sign on the door that said they had close at 4pm today. I pull through the drive through to try and get someone's attention because I had already placed my order. When I got to the window I motioned to the girl behind the counter so I could inquire about receiving a refund. She would not talk to me or even come to the window to make an attempt to help me. She yelled I would have to come back tomorrow. Well guess what, I don't live in this area and won't be here tomorrow. Bad display of customer service. read more

Employee working the drive through is miserable and rude. He heard my coffee order wrong and snatched it aggressively out of my hand and then still didn't make my drink right. Absolutely out of control and not right to treat a customer that way. I respectfully asked for it to be adjusted and he lashed out on me. Will never go to this starbucks again. read more

I've frequented this Starbucks for many years due to it being close to a neighborhood where I used to live. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The drive-through line can get pretty long, but employees are usually able to work through it fairly quickly. The coffee is always delicious. I find that this location is out of some food items frequently, so that is a little frustrating. I'm not sure if that is due to busyness or the store not stocking properly. But overall, this is a great store. read more

This is has to be one of their best locations. Exceptional service. A few years ago I requested donations for my daughters PTA fundraiser and was able speak to a supervisor with out a problem. Employees recognize public service workers with discounts or beverages. read more

Was extremely disappointed with this location. Not only was their order screen broken so that I could not see that they messed up my order completely but also my Bacon Gouda was ice cold. Like came out of the freezer and wasnt thawed cold. Also almost got hit in their stupid parking lot. Never returning sucks dont tip. read more

Normally not a huge Starbucks fan, more of a local mom n pop type of guy. I like this location though. They made me the perfect cup of cappuccino. Usually get it at other Starbucks and its either not strong enough or its lukewarm, this place gets it right. Pros: This Starbucks is clean, has lots of tables, huge outdoor area, fast and friendly service. Cons: As with all Starbucks, it's freezing, and it could use more power outlets. Very good place to have meetings or study all day. read more

Worst parking lot layout in the history of the world. It's nearly impossible to find parking here in the morning and the drive thru line is crazy long. I expect a long line at a coffee shop in the morning, but when the drive thru line blocks the way out it's just a pain in the ass. Baristas are very friendly and move the line quickly once you order, though. read more

I did an online order. I arrived there 10mins after I placed my order. They were busy so I waited when I looked at the time, I had waited already 10mins. I went in line and wait. Once I spoke with cashier, my order had not been completed. They said they would take care of it. In total, it took me 30mins to receive what I ordered. I waited because I did not know how to cancel my order from online and get refunded. When I left, I realized my order was incorrect as well. I did not return back since I did not want to wait anymore additional time. I do like Starbucks, but I will not be returning to this location. read more

This Starbucks has failed me so many times today I asked for iced macchiato splash of heavy cream and they gave me a hot drink. I asked they remake it and they basically gave me a cup of cream that is not consumable. And before I ordered sugar free caramel macchiato to then find out they don't have that option so this past year I have been I unknowingly been drinking sugar! This is so dangerous what if I was diabetic!!!! read more

This Starbucks is soooo slowww and always, always out of items, like ALWAYS!! There are a few other Starbucks within about 3-5 miles from this one. Do yourself a favor and go to one of them. This review is for this Starbucks location compared to other Starbucks. Everyone knows what to expect quality-wise from Starbucks. I'm not a huge fan of their coffee. I think there is much better out there. But, this Starbucks in particular, is a very cool Starbucks. This is "my" Starbucks. (the one near where I live) It's a cool place. There is outdoor seating and plenty of couches, comfy chairs indoors. It's one of the few Starbucks that sells wine and beer. This is definitely one of the nicer, bells and whistles, larger, and complete Starbucks. My one complaint is that when I order a Venti coffee, the lid often leaks. That's more of a "Starbucks in general" complaint since the lids are not specific to specific stores. Free WIFI, just as in all Starbucks. read more

Even though I ordered delivery, Mity Nice prepared my sandwich very fast and it was delivered in no time. The sandwich was nicely wrapped and had a boars head sticker on it. Overall the sandwich was good and hit my craving. The only thing I would have enjoyed better was if the bread was crispier. I ordered it extra pressed which it seemed like it was but the crunch I really enjoy on a Cuban was just not there. I will go back in the future though to try out some other items on their menu.

The couple who owns the spot were literally some of the nicest people we've met at a restaurant. Super accommodating, friendly and generous. It was late lunch time a little before they closed, so only a handful of others were there dining. Go up and order at the front and they'll bring you the food/drink or set down next to the drink station. We had coffee, a breakfast burrito and a chicken Caesar salad wrap. I was jealous of my husband's pressed burrito, it was TASTY! But my wrap was fresh and held together really well -- I really enjoyed it. Especially since I wanted something a little on the lighter side. We got back to the hotel and another couple was in the lobby trying to find a spot to eat the next morning, and we recommended Mangroves. Simple and reliable. Cheers!

They were constantly checking on customers, making sure everyone was taken care of, updating people about the food, and doing their best to make everyone feel comfortable and accommodated. At one point, I stood up because I was about to follow up on our order, and one of the guys immediately looked at me and said, "I got you, bro." That small moment actually meant a lot because it made me feel seen as a customer. They weren't oblivious or ignoring people even though they were busy.
