I love this Starbucks! Before I moved, I used to run through drive thru before work. Now I just stop by during my lunch break. The staff is always friendly and the service is super speedy, which is much appreciated since I'm always running a little late! The interior space is great for hanging out reading or working and is quiet enough for a quick meeting. They also have a few tables outside for when it's beautiful out. read more

This Starbucks is a few blocks from my work and I'm a frequent flier. I normally mobile order and pick up inside but on occasion, I do use the drive thru. The staff here is friendly and warm, which leaves an impression at 6:45 AM when I'm exhausted and heading into work. I've never gotten a wrong order here and even though they are pretty much always busy, quality does not suffer. If they are out of something, they readily make recommendations that are often better than what I was initially thinking. All in all, a great experience regardless of the day or time. We headed here one morning from the hotel for breakfast because our hotel says they have free WiFi. They do not (only Boingo) but not a reason to not like this Starbucks. Drinks were solid. This Starbucks is right down the street from me. It is one of the larger locations I have been in and has a beautiful outdoor seating area that just begs for you to curl up with a coffee and a book to enjoy the day. It is well shaded with lots of couches so you can have some good convo while you enjoy the lovely Florida weather. read more

Relatively spacious caffeine station, complete with drive-thru and outdoor seating which is perfect for the heat and humidity we have in the area ;-) They are helpful about using the iPhone app to pay from your car which is a plus, since some places will not accept it if you can't physically reach their barcode reader. read more

They have absolutely no clue how to make a decent Vanilla Chai Latte. I went here once last week with a craving for my chai latte. I went to the drive-through because I was in a rush, pick up my iced latte and they forgot to put the vanilla in it I had to drive back around wait for the guy to come to the window. I let him know that I asked for a vanilla chai latte and he told me that chai lattes don't come with a vanilla and I said I understand that but I asked for vanilla. He takes it back pumps probably one pump of vanilla and gives it back it was still shitty but I had no time to go back around for the second time so I left. I'm driving by there today. Ask the guy for the same exact thing, get my iced vanilla chai latte and it still tastes like shit. Case in point, don't ask for a iced vanilla chai latte at this location. read more

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. To their former credit, they would always give a freebie coupon when they screwed up and took too long. This time, 20 minutes for a heated sandwich, no apology, no coupon. Just a 'here you go' no eye contact. Drank two cups of coffee waiting. pulled up to the drive through window at 9pm (i work the night shift and it was an hour before close so there should be no issue here) and sat there for around 10 minutes thinking maybe the few workers got busy with something and would be able to take my order afterwards. i finally decide say "hello" to see if i could get someone's attention but of course i had no response. i pull up to the window to see two girls employees just sitting there casually talking. it was the most unprofessional thing i'd ever seen. left with no coffee and only wasted my time. read more

The coffee here is consistently awful and just not up to the standard of other Starbucks. I always get a brewed coffee and it tastes burnt and bitter every time. I can't imagine what the espresso drinks taste like that aren't loaded with milk and sugar. I like the Starbucks brand but this is certainly one of their worse locations. They seem to have a new person every day so turnover must be high. They also won't cut the bushes back from the drive thru line so your car will absolutely be scraped by them exiting the line. The staff isn't that friendly, definitely not uniformly knowledgeable. You'll get a different answer almost every time about the menu, the staff makes it up on the fly. Extremely long wait times even when you're the only car in the line with a one drink order. Unkempt location, trash flying around the parking lot. Today there was a lot of trash and branches in the drive thru line. One annoying thing is they take your card and will put it in the card reader and leave it in there while it just beeps forever and you can't easily reach it to grab it back. This Starbucks is amazing. Yes, I love my coffee! This Starbucks is in walking distance from my house, which in itself is wonderful. The baristas are extremely friendly whether it is 6:30am or 3pm. I have been craving their scones lately, so last week I went through the drive through and unfortunately they were out of both scones. I was disappointed, but I still ordered myself a Strawberry Acai Starbucks Refresher. By the time I ordered at the Drive Thru and got to the window to pay, the awesome Barista had gone to the back and got me a Cranberry Orange Scone and a Blueberry Scone. He definitely went above and beyond and made this girl a customer of this Starbucks for life. Even though I was disappointed, I was already making plans in my head to return the next day to get the scone I wanted. He definitely surprised me in a great way! My husband and I visit this Starbucks at least once, maybe twice a week and for the most part we always order the same exact and it's always a drink on the menu.
