I don't come to Starbucks too often, but when I do, I go to this location because it's the best! My go to order is the impossible breakfast sandwich (no cheese) & an americano. My order is always perfect and the baristas are always so friendly and helpful. This morning, they accidentally put cheese on my sandwich, but realized it before giving it to me and fixed it so fast that I never would have known if they hadn't said something. Conveniently located past old Colorado city on the way to manitou, it's the perfect place to stop before or after an adventure or just a day of running errands. read more

I've been visiting this Starbucks for a while now as a much needed break when I take guests on tours of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. It is such a wonderful space. All the staff here are so friendly, especially Ari. She and others often remember my name and it just is a very positive addition to my break. I'm not super sure why some Starbucks have really good iced coffee and other ones don't, but this location has horrible iced coffee. It literally tastes like water. I have tried ordering other things here too and I just can't seem to ever get a good drink here. I got an Americano and it was the same thing, a cup of dark water didn't taste like coffee at all. If you are in a hurry and need your dose of S-bucks, this location will not let you down. It's strategically located on the corner of an intersection for easy access and departure. I didn't make time to preorder via the app this time so I ordered in person and their service was fast, friendly and precise. Effie was great from my entrance to departure. The store is clean inside and inviting with a beautiful view of the mountains. Masks are optional and seating is available inside and outside. Come to this Starbucks location. I must say that I was impressed with this Starbucks. Right off the bat when I walked up to the counter Jordan asked me what he could get started for me. He got my somewhat complicated drink perfect and didn't complain when I asked for a second cup of ice. The atmosphere at the Starbucks is laid back and reminds me of an Austin vibe. Good customer relations. I also went thru the drive thru last night and they got my order perfect as well. Restroom was clean. The lower parking lot fills up fast, but they do have an upper lot. This location can get pretty backed up, and the way it is designed in and out is a pain sometimes for that busy intersection. However, not the employees' fault so not knocking them. My order is always correct, and service is quick and efficient. read more

This was my favorite store. I don't know what has happened over the past few months but this store has gone down hill. They can never make a drink correctly. I order a caramel macchiato quad and most of the time I have to take it back or throw it away. Not at $8 a cup. Threw away my last cup! Yuk. read more

This was the absolute worst coffee shop I have ever been in. Staff "Lauren" had the worst possible customer service towards existing customers. A car pulled into the drive thru and she completely neglected our order. When we ask the was very rude and unnecessarily stern, after we paid. I ask to speak to management and she apologized but had no solution for us other than she would speak with her. We pay entirely too much money for a cup of coffee to be treated in this manner. Morning stop for coffee is always nice when the Baristas are attentive and pleasant! This is the easiest Starbucks for me to stop at on the way in. I'm 50/50 on using the drive through and going inside. If the drive through is busy (wrapped around the building) I'll go in. The staff is always smiling when you order. They have gotten my drink order correct every time when I go inside. I've had one issue going through the drive through but it was nothing that caused me to not drink the coffee. read more

This morning I stood by the counter for over 10 mins waiting for someone to hand me my mobile order that I saw was ready but no one could take the time to hand it to me. I did not get an item that I ordered and did not notice until I left and they said they could not refund me unless I came back. The reason I went to Starbucks this morning was to do some work with the Wi-Fi which was not working. Lastly, my drink that I ordered was watered down and did not have the cold foam I order for an up charge of $1.25 so I ordered another drink. My food was cold. when I called the store to ask for my refund of the item i did not get, the woman did not seem to care about any of this and told me to call a 1-800 number. I go to Starbucks a few times a week and its sad I will now have to drive further for better service read more

Loads are people are in and out of this location throughout the day. Parking can be a little tricky and be patient getting back on the main streets. Someone will let you in :) Coffee is good. Staff is friendly. I always got hot water and added my own tea. They didn't seem to mind. Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sammy was always good. Came here for a few mornings visiting my grandma. Very interesting situation tonight and I had to write a review. The staff is AMAZING. We were put into an awkward situation when an individual came into the store and started yelling at a homeless individual in the corner. It got loud, confrontational and a bit scary. All of the baristas stepped forward and put themselves in front of my children and I and the aggressor. They were amazing and didn't even think twice about their own safety. I appreciate these individuals more than I can express. They even asked my kids if they were okay. Thank you for going above and beyond. read more

Absolutely horrible location for Starbucks. I requested a traveler and they told me I'd be a couple minutes, 15-20 minutes later they still tell me it's gonna be another 10 minutes. I have a job to get to and it would've been really nice if they had been honest with me in the first place, I ended up having to cancel my order and was just late to work. Terrible stuff we're not remorseful would not ever go back and this is the closest Starbucks to my house. If I could give it zero stars I would. read more

Usually I'm not a fan of the drive thru Starbucks but this one can't be beat. I've been here a few times and always vow I'm going to park and go inside but they have a limited number of sports so the drive thru lane it is. Every single time, no matter what time I go, the employees are ridiculously peppy and nice. They ask you how you're doing, how your day is going, etc.....you know stuff that employees SHOULD do. And even though the drive thru lane is usually a good five to seen cars deep--they are quick and the drinks always come out perfectly! read more

This Starbucks is great! I usually order ahead with the app. You can tell when the person in front of you in the drive thru ordered with the app too because the line moves SO fast! One time I went it was a Thursday morning at around 9am. 4 cars were through in less than 5 minutes. It was an absolute dream. (Hint hint!) Only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because every now and then my drink is a bit off or not as "wow" as one would expect from Starbucks; I usually get some form of a Matcha latte, and when it's iced the matcha powder is almost always totally settled at the bottom and looks like it wasn't blended enough... even when I order 2 or 3 scoops instead of the normal recipe's 4 scoops. Everyone is always super friendly and efficient though, and all the food I have gotten has been excellent so that makes up for it. I just blend up the matcha when I get to wherever I'm going or stir it up best I can in the car. Luckily I'm not easily put off, so I don't mind too much. It would just be nice if they blended their matcha better. Also, if Starbucks ever sees this it would be great if there was an "additional requests/comments" section in the app before checkout where one could write in any specific instructions on how they want their beverage prepared that isn't available in the selections the app gives. For example, sometimes I want them to "coat the cup" with caramel or mocha drizzle, but that's not a specific option. I could also ask that my matcha be double blended or shaken/stirred extra, which isn't currently an option unless it's a Frappuccino. You can ask them to add things to your order once you get there, but if you've already ordered with the app they tend to have your drink prepared already. Overall pretty happy with my experiences here, just wish they'd update the app to allow more specificity. read more

I love this Starbucks. I always get friendly service and never have to wait to long. I ALWAYS order a grande and today I decided I wanted a large (venti) I ordered the Tall thinking it was the large. When the barista charged me I paid and realized I made a mistake. I'm an idiot and ordered the small(tall) when I wanted to order the Venti. My go to drink has always been tall latte machiatto with an extra shot. I always ask to confirm because it's a huge let down when the flavor is less soooo..I ask for tall latte machiatto with an extra shot and she says so you want two shots? Anyway the short of it she proceeds to tell me something about their buttons and if I want three shots I will be charged for the two extra. I have no problem paying for the one extra but now because they don't have buttons, I am suppose to pay for two? I brought up on line including Starbucks website that list a tall comes with two and she says "sorry we can't do that" we don't know how o tell the baristas I'm like words, numbers ?? Mixed reviews on this one. I went in with a friend and I was ahead of her in line. I got my drink just fine and headed outside to enjoy the sun. It was another 10 minutes before she appeared, fuming. They had served people in the drive thru first, pretty much ignored her and then were hanging around gossiping before they even acknowledged her to take her drink order. The greatest thing was I asked for a toffee nut white mocha, soy no whip, and when I tried it I was taken aback by how delicious it was. The man with the huge arm tattoo on his right arm and gauges was rude and didn't let us finish our order. He got attitude with us when we ordered. He rolled his eyes when we paid 20 bucks for drinks and rolled his eyes when he forgot a frapp and then made the wrong one. He asked if we needed anything else and we said um and he interrupted and said "great it's going to be.." so sad what THIS Starbucks has turned into. read more

The location is convenient, aside from that point it offers what Starbucks is consistent with; quality beverages for whatever your price range is. At the location on 31st though, the staff is rude and belittling towards customers and Starbucks patrons. It's hard enjoying the space with a rude staff, overall. If not for that aspect of the location, I will give a better rating and I find it a little sad because being treated like that was not earned. I expect being treated like a human being any time I go into Starbucks and I can't say I am treated like that at the location on 31st. read more
