    Old fashioned donut
    Shelby A.

Loved this cafe! They have it all from breakfast, baked goods, lunch, gelato, chocolates, and fun little trinkets. Service was so polite and friendly. I ordered a blueberry muffin, old fashioned donut, and their PB power bar for a morning snack before heading out for the day. The Chocolate PB smoothie here was my favorite as they use whole milk and not a milk substitute. There is seating in the back of the cafe and they have so many adorable gifts and fun mugs for sale as well.

Coffee was really good. I ordered the mocha special and it had sea salt on top, yum! The service was quick, not super friendly or attentive but not rude. The entire store is super cute and we loved all the plants and pots.

    Pesto grilled cheese $14

So, my daughter and I were walking around downtown Manitou and this coffee shop looked like it had amazing sandwiches. We ordered the grilled cheese pesto with cheddar and mozzarella and asked them to grill the onions. It came out to over $14 before tip... and what we got was white bread with a single slice of cheese, two pieces of onion, a smear of pesto, and a few chips -- not even a full bag, lol. At best, this was an $8 sandwich. Throw it on brioche or a bagel or something more elevated, but plain white toast with grill marks? This was the saddest sandwich we've ever seen. We didn't give them a one-star because their coffee was great and the baked goods were delicious. But seriously -- skip the sandwiches. You'll be sorely disappointed. Everything else seems worth it, just not that.

Delicious iced mocha and wraps. Super cute shop with mugs, plants, magnets, stickers and lots more to purchase. Lots of seating and great location near lots of shops! Very helpful staff too

Back again with a 5 star review - I said I'd be back, I came, I saw, and they didn't disappoint, as expected!! This is still my favorite coffee shop in all of Colorado Springs area. Coming by during Christmas time was a delight - so many fresh baked goods that made the place smell amazing and a great feel seeing a mix of locals and visitors stopping by. Red Dog adds a kind of comfort to Manitou that is not replaceable!

This was a Google-recommended restaurant for allowing dogs inside. It's in the tourist strip, so there are tacky tourist Knick-knacks (including tons of magnets, mugs and $20 indoor plants). Luckily this was a Tuesday afternoon so not too many people about. Lots of seating beyond the order-at-counter (and self pick up). $14 sandwiches and a $10 ice cream drink plus tip later, we were a little surprised at the handful of chips and 4 pickle slices with the sandwich and wrap we self-served. (Offering a dish of water for the pup would have been a nice courtesy though). The sandwich and wrap tasted ok, the ice cream drink was pretty good, which resulted in the 2 stars.

Stopped for coffee on a cold, snowy afternoon while walking around Manitou. My wife had a small chocolate mocha, while I had a peanut butter mocha. Both were quite yummy. Drinks apparently came out fast, but we never heard our names called, so they sat on the counter until we went to go see if they were ready. Not the cheapest drinks, two 12 oz beverages were $15 with tax and tip, but at least they were delicious. Cute little spot with lots of pics, plants, and other merch to look at while enjoying your drink.

Really quaint coffee shop. I got the peanut butter mocha and it was delightful. I would definitely recommend coming here, very charming and lots of gifts to browse.

Very cool place. I got the sgt pepper breakfast burrito. We got here at 6:55am and were first at the door. A couple minutes later huge line. The burrito is awesome and massive. Great atmosphere and good tunes.

Was here in Denver for a friends wedding and we got a tour on our stay. Part of the tour was stopping by this town. We stopped for an hour or so and we decided to go grab some local eats. This is right off the main road of the town. After our dessert fixed had to get something quick to bite. They have have seating inside and outside. A few 2 tops outside. Plenty of seating inside towards the back. The decor is unique and fitting for the place. Upon entering the store your have plenty of choices for food/snack/drink options. They have music playing at a medium volume Ordered turkey guacamole sandwich with side of chips. To be honest it was ok. I had higher expectations as it was recommended from our tour guide. The sandwich is outta 7/10. Picture should explain the rating. Bread was thin, imo not enough turkey or guacamole. I probably have to try their other offerings to give a higher rating. Solid place to get something quick to eat if you're on a tour. But there are other places here I would go too.

Stopped by Red Dog Coffee in Manitou Springs for a light lunch and caffeine boost, and it didn't disappoint! The menu offers a great variety of breakfast, lunch, drinks, and sweet treats. We ordered lattes, a Turkey Guac sandwich, and a Southwestern Bagel Sandwich--perfect fuel before our trip up Pikes Peak. While waiting, we enjoyed browsing the selection of magnets, house plants, coffee cups, and cards. The barista quickly prepared our drinks, and though the sandwiches took a bit longer since they're made fresh, it was well worth it. We chose to sit outside and savor the nice weather. The food and drinks hit the spot, and it's easy to see why this place is a local favorite!

Fun and friendly counter staff and EXCELLENT sandwiches. I'm in town 3-4 times a year on business and will definitely return to Red Dog Coffee on my next visit.

Very comforting environment for a great meal

The flavor profiles weren't too sweet but were plenty flavorful -- you could actually taste the coconut in one and the huckleberry in the other. Everything came together really nicely. It's a walk-up counter with some seating inside, though most of the tables were full when we came through. They have pastries and other things we didn't try. Service was quick and friendly, and the cost wasn't bad at all. If you're looking for specialty coffee in Manitou Springs, I'd hit up The Loft. Would recommend, and would return.

I highly recommend the Desert Sage - it's blue but turns purple with lemon juice. How neat! The tea room was medium-sized. It had a cute and charming Victorian ambiance. They had lots of tea party hats to dress up. So fun! I'm taking a star off because of The Queen's Parlour's PRICING and the design of their service routine. There is a $10 per person difference between the Light Victorian Tea ($35 pp) and High Tea ($45 pp). For an extra $10 pp, you basically get a fruit cup and a second pot of tea (different flavor). The service was impersonal with being served in sequence, so you hear the same spiel table after table introducing each course. It felt very factory-like. There was only one server for the majority of our visit, and she definitely did her best with how the tea service is done here. Again, the food was very good and flavorful. I would return again if a visiting friend or family member wanted to experience the tea room here. I would just opt for the Light Victorian Tea. We did tour the castle after tea and visit the gift shop. Everyone who worked at the castle was very pleasant to interact with.
