Terrible rude service. Understand why they get so many 1 star reviews. Drive 5 min further and get much better service.

This Starbucks goes slowly, often gets orders wrong, and seems to take forever to get through (they chatted with the car ahead of me after the order was completed and I sat there waiting for several minutes). Which really sucked because they made the order wrong and I had to go back and wait in a long slow line again. read more

The line took forever. they were talking while making my drink. I asked for a chocolate croissant and gave me a normal one and I asked for a pink drink with ex vanilla cold foam and she gave me no cold foam. read more

Went for the new matcha, gave us the wrong drink and then when she handed us the new one it was unmixed and overflowing, then closed the window faster then i have ever seen. we ended up getting a 3 drink because of the mistakes. i wouldn't recommend this starbucks if you have others near. read more

I absolutely adore this location! They are my favorite! I am a Starbucks regular, I usually do mobile orders but everyone there knows my name as well they are super friendly and helpful, especially Eunique. I have not been inside the store so I'm not sure what it looks like but they always get my order right and if there is ever an issue they are quick to fix it. My food is always delicious and warm. My drink is always made perfectly and satisfying! They always make my day just a little bit better, thank you! read more

This Starbucks will sometimes change the ingredients of their fraps without telling customers. I went there to get a caramel ribbon crunch frap, and instead of the namesake's crunch pieces, they stuck in the graham cracker dust. It was awful. read more

I had some bad experience since my last review. I gave it a few times just to make sure. They don't seem to know how to make the special advertised drinks. Like quite a few times. They tell me. That's a special menu item. We're not required to know that. Ok. Could u just look it up then? I got an email with a pic of it. It looked good but u guys don't know how to make the specials ur corporate company is running? I'm not sure whats changed with training here at this location. I had read a review of someone not getting a complete drink. Well I just got home from the drive thru and realized my "grande" had a tall's cup worth of coffee. This is by far the best Starbucks in town. It's huge, with plenty of tables and also a few comfy chairs. Nearly any of the spaces you choose to sit will have an outlet beside it--super convenient for busier days. My favorite thing about this location is the nook in the back left corner when you walk in. There's a large round table by a window that's almost enclosed to the rest of the store. You can't even see the counter, which makes for a quieter and more secluded space. Many of the employees are extra friendly. I love when a barista greets me by name when I walk in--5 stars just for that! I highly recommend this Starbucks if you're looking for a workspace for a few hours, or just to stop in for a quick drink & friendly faces. read more

Waited about 15 minutes for my mobile order. Plus when i walked in the big guy working the drive thru wouldn't stop talking about his night extremely loudly and all other workers were taking orders and filling them slow as dirt! Ugh. Worst Starbucks I've ever been too!!! read more

The store appeared clean and well organized during my visit. The employees were energetic and friendly. The one negative this location has is closing early. The hours of operation are posted 5am to 10pm. When revisiting this location the other day, I arrived at 930pm, and the store was completely closed for the night. read more

This particular Starbucks is located within walking distance of my home, but even if it were some distance away, I'd still drive here. I've never had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff are well-trained individuals who seem to authentically enjoy their jobs. What, in particular, stands out to me? The consistency of good service and cheerful demeanor of each individual across the board. Have minor mistakes been made? Sure, that comes with the learning curve of training new team members, and it would be unreasonable to expect perfection from a newbie. But, that isn't a bad experience, but a development opportunity. I will continue to patronise this particular location as long as I reside in The Springs. read more

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks! Great place to relax with a good cup of coffee, a treat & sit down on their comfortable chairs, your feet up on the feet rests. Probably the biggest Starbucks I've ever been in. The baristas there are all super nice too and know how to make a great latte! This is my go to place! read more

So Jenna at this store is amazing! We were having some minor problems with our order when other people were taking it. Jenna took the time to listen to me complain about coffee... ( I think it's Ridiculous but when is cost $6 you gotta get what you ordered) anyways she listened to me complain and then made the situation right again. Another employee who's name I didn't catch remembered our order and made it right away... The right way and we left extremely happy. Point is... Everyone makes mistakes ( Jenna made no mistakes it was a completely different person) but it's the way you fix the mistakes that leaves a lasting impression. We could've easily started going somewhere else if we didn't feel comfortable after making our complaint... But after the amazing customer service we received there's nothing to worry about. For the most part I receive decent service here. There is a problem with the sound system. One particular room blasts the music. When i ask most employees to turn the music down so i can focus on what I am working on, they eagerly comply. One particular employee to turn it down she lied and said the district manager stated that we are not allowed to do so. I asked for the DM name and she refused to give it to me. When I asked her to turn it down she said okay, she went to the back room and did not turn it down. I asked her a second time she said okay I will turn it down more. Again she did not turn it down.
