This Starbucks is horrible. By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The workers here are very unsanitary. I just watched the guy worker sweep up the floor and then proceed to go behind the counter and start making someone's food without even washing his hands. We have also been sitting here waiting for our 2 grande drinks for 25 minutes. If i would have known it would be this disgusting of a place, I would have just gone down the street to the Garners Ferry location. This place is ridiculous lol. read more

Consistently the slowest Starbucks. They are always nice and the coffee is consistent but just plan ahead, it's always a wait.

Espresso machine was down, hot coffee, hot tea, iced coffee and iced tea available, took 30 minutes for the frapachino order, service clerk did not know how to make a frapachino. read more

Not the best Starbucks I've been to based on service. The actual store is nice & clean, but they take a long time to make your drink. Choose a different location if you're in a hurry because this one is not a drive thru and they usually only have 2 people working during a busy day. read more

This is my go to Sbux. They are super close to my house and in the same shopping center where I do my grocery shopping. The staff is friendly and are great about recognizing their regular customers. Finch is a master drink maker. It's perfect every time. Parking as well as getting in and out of the parking lot off of Forest Drive can be a little difficult. Register a gift card and download the Starbucks app for deals and specials. read more

I get a Starbucks drink every morning before work (M-F). I used to go to the Starbucks in Woodhill but began going to the Forest Dr. location for more convenience to my job. While the staff is always friendly and everything, they are SO slow. There have been so many times lately I put my mobile order in and my drink takes anywhere from 10-15 minutes to be prepared (and it isn't usually that busy inside). It gets frustrating when you put a mobile order in well ahead of time and get there to find it is not ready. I'm only leaving a yelp review because this keeps happening and has me extremely frustrated. read more

As some of the other reviews mention, this SBUX is ideal for sitting down, relaxing, hanging out with friends, or reading. If I lived closer it would for sure be a regular spot for me, but I just happened to stop by on my way to the grocery store. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this location. Decent Starbucks with the same good quality coffee you find at most chains. This particular location is next to a cool "organic" food store, and some other retailers in a small shopping center. It has a larger outside seating area making it a great location for relaxing and chatting with a medium sized (4-8 people) group of friends. read more

I'm giving this Starbucks 2 stars because it is a nice location. Otherwise, they would've only gotten one because the service is terrible. I have never had this location get my order right. They have also prioritized mobile orders over in-store orders so that I have had to wait an insanely long time for my drink. Some of the baristas just need to take a second to listen when a customer is ordering. Make sure they get the order correct before being in such a hurry to ring them up. I can't even count how many times they rushed and messed the order up. I can recall 4 times I've waited 25-30 minutes for a simple ice coffee which takes under a minute to make. While my friends back in San Francisco are debating the relative evils of Starbucks and its supposedly predatory marketing and real estate practices, I dropped to my knees in a silent moment of prayer when my mother told me that a Starbucks had opened in this shopping plaza about 5 miles from her house. Lattes! Bogus 'macchiatto's'! Friggin' frappuccinos! Listen, there is not that much to do in Columbia for visiting city slickers, especially not for a week. Once you've taken the kids for the zoo, skulked around down by the University (Go Cocks), exhausted the browsing possibilities at Books-a-Million and Barnes & Noble, you are itching for some espresso-based love. That nastiness they serve at the aforesaid Books-a-Million in the in-store "Joe Muggs" just don't cut it. Normally I don't drink my java at Starbucks, but when I'm here in Strom Thurmond country, I thank my lucky stars for the Green Star in the Starbucks logo. read more

Worst service at a Starbucks the baristas should be fired! Didn't even care to tell me that the usual whip cream for the smores drink was out and just made my drink. Tasted horrible then when I asked for a different drink the barista just made it so bad that the shot of espresso on the top all oozed out when I added my straw. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

I am not much of a coffee drinker, so going to a coffee shop is like going to Disney for me. Once a year if I'm lucky. I usually concoct my own blended drink that has no relation to any menu items. I'd like to say that this particular location made the best frozen beverage I've ever had. Highly recommend it!! They ask the right questions and make sure after your firsts sip that you love it.
