I just waited 35 minutes in line to get a cup of coffee. I'm not sure what's going on at this location but I will not be back.

I love the new and improved location. The drive thru has been such a great addition! It looks like it gets backed up a lot but the servers there are so quick at their job that you really don't have to wait long. At least i don't mind it, it gives me a minute to catch up on emails and text messages lol! The staff is is super friendly. I adore them. Being able to see them on screen as im placing my order is super fun. They do try their best to get your order right and make it a personal and friendly visit. read more

I really like the people who work here, and *before* they moved the place was great. And, I am sure it will come together. But ... (*) the flies are brutal I don't expect a place to be pristine, but getting bit by monster horseflies every 2-3 minutes is unacceptable. (*) the music is too loud Because of the long narrow "L" shape, it's too easy to end up at one end or the other, right under the speakers. I like to listen to music on my laptop, but it's annoying to hear the house music in the background. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Today was the final straw. I waited over 30 minutes for a venti green tea Frappuccino, and they didn't even care that I stood there that long. All the other customers that were in there when I arrived were long gone by then and STILL I didn't have my drink. They had 3 people-one taking orders and running the drive thru, one person actually making drinks, and one person running the cash register at the counter. I asked about my drink twice. The first time a girl told me she doesn't know where my drink is because the stickers print out one at a time and she can't tell. Really?? The second time I asked, I had lost my patience and told them this is unacceptable and that they didn't even apologize or comp me for making me wait over 30 minutes. The same girl with the sticker excuse appeared flustered and said here's a $4 comp sorry about your inconvenience. Then I got my drink and it wasn't even made correctly, tasted like plain blended ice. Hardly any matcha or classic syrup. They remade it. Never going to this location again, they don't give a shit how long you wait and they don't care about you as a customer, clearly. Terrible service. read more

I really like this Starbucks and I feel bad for needing to bump them down to 3 stars. The problem is since they moved next door the service is just not the same. This location used to be so quick and always got my order right, but now with their new drive thru they can't seem to keep up. I don't know if they need some more help or maybe some training but it just isn't that good anymore. I tried to go here yesterday and actually walked out before ordering because the line was just way too long. Also it was fairly dirty. Come on guys, I know you can do so much better! I've been to this Starbucks many times. All I can remember is bad experiences. I've ordered my drink before which is a star berry refresher and had chocolate sauce on the top of the lid. I have a severe dairy allergy so this was upsetting. I went today and asked for light ice and had ice filled from the bottom of the cup to the top full. There was also a hole in the lid so it spilled on me while I was driving. Most times they make my drink wrong as well. Very bad customer service. Any other starbucks I go to manages to do mine just fine. So figure out what's going on there because the service is not good. Not going back. read more

They moved the store a few spots away in order to add the drive-thru which is a great addition. Same great service and staff, and just as spacious as before. Lots of outlets for people who wants to plug in their laptops, it's very convenient! Oh not to mention they open until 11pm on Saturdays, it's a great place to do some work and study! read more

The people writing these negative reviews don't understand that this starbucks is the busiest and highest volume in its area. Those same people lack understanding that they aren't the only ones in the world, and think that the starbucks is only open to serve them. This starbucks has long wait times occasionally because of the massive amount of customers they have while being understaffed. The staff is so friendly, they try their best, and deserve so much appreciation. Their customers will complain about wait times even though they have a drive-thru line backed up to planet fitness, 50 people ordering in the cafe, and mobile orders on. No wonder there's a wait. Those same customers will still come back to starbucks the next day, which is hilarious. Even if it looks like the line is short in the drive-thru(which it rarely is) you have no idea how many people are in the cafe or placing mobile orders. I honestly feel bad for the baristas having to deal with such rude, self-absorbed customers daily. The staff have mastered the art of avoiding eye contact with customers. This lets the avoid annoying questions like "where is the other half of my order". When I was there they let people eat right inches from the mobile order area. Yuck. Anyhow this was a below average Starbucks visit. I'd recommend going to a different option. read more

This Starbucks is awesome. They have a very friendly crew and they do a good job getting to know their regulars. I moved closer to this Starbucks a few years ago and within days Lori knew my name and my regular drink order. They're also very efficient and never seem overwhelmed, even at the busiest times. read more

Consistently the slowest Starbucks ever, no matter when I go, what time of day, ridiculously slow. I pretty much avoid this location.

They're not worried about speed or accuracy here. Routinely wait 10minutes for my drink regardless of what I order or how busy/slow they are. Last time I was here I ordered a grande coconut milk white mocha frapp. I was handed a grande coconut milk mocha latte.... Mistakes happen but that time it wasn't close. It CAN and HAS gotten it right before but the one inside Target just down Sawmill is MUCH better - (faster and more accurate). read more
