Good value for an outstanding coffee at $6 for a large coffee. Also got myself one of those special sweets that is shaped like a thing... We just stopped for coffee and I wish we would have planned our day better. This is clearly a place and space where you want to spend some time. I really like Qamaria. I have been to their Hillard and Lewis Center locations. I have tried few of their drinks but my go-to drink is the hot Pistachio latte and its aways good, doesn't matter what location you go to. Beside their Latte, I really like there honeycomb and their milk cake. However, when I visited this location, there inventory on food was really low. Not sure if it was the timing, I went in the afternoon, but they hardly had any food. The customer service kind of lacked. After placing my order, I waited about 15 minutes to get my drink, which didn't make sense since there were hardly any people when I went. The place was clean. Amazing 24/7 coffee shop! Came on a Wednesday night at 11pm and it was surprisingly popping. The staff was friendly and the interior was clean with lots of seating. This was my first time trying this place. I heard a lot about the place bit it was a huge disappointment. We ordered their signature coffee and signature tea they were not good. Service was bad we had mentioned the order as dine in and also payed the service charge for it and the staff still gave us to go when asked they did not even make any effort in transferring the coffees into the mugs instead they blamed the person who took the order. They were not considerate and we were forced to take the togo cups even after paying the service charges for dine in order they did not even apologize. I think they are open 24 hours? I came on a cold day to get a hot drink. A few groups of people were sitting at tables chatting but for the most part, it was pretty quiet. Only one staff person working the front. She seemed busy with orders. I opted for the pistachio latte with oat milk. It was good! Not overly sweet. The menu has a lot of the usual drinks you'll see at many other middle eastern coffee shops. But they have a variety of baked goods too. It's nice to have options to choose from though! A great balance of flavors: strong smooth coffee, sweetness and creaminess, and flavor but not bite from the spices. Very pleasant on a cool day. Also got a slice of baklava. Ogled their pastry case; I could easily have gotten a dozen things, but I don't need the carbs. Still, quite tempting. Not many "early morning" baked goods in the showcase that I could take in for breakfast items. More like cake slices, tarts and baklava. Visited Qamaria for the first time at the Dublin location. I was very impressed to see it is open 24 hrs! I went on a Saturday morning and it was not overly crowded. The space is a narrow strip mall shop, but there were plenty of booths and tables to sit in, and a beautiful fireplace. I had an iced pistachio latte and my husband had a hot pistachio latte - they were phenomenal! I loved how the latte had pistachio sauce rather than just a flavoring syrup, as the sweet nuttiness was SO much more pronounced than any other pistachio lattes I've had. So I stopped in this place at 10:30 on a Friday night, it was packed only 3 tables were open. The coffee was delicious and had great flavo. As for. the pastries just ok. The poughy cake I had was very dry, the rest was just average. Several dessert was sold out but it was very late. The restrooms were very clean and the staff was polite and pleasant. I did ask the dessert are not made in house, I will return to try additional coffees and possibly a sweet. read more

I brake for local coffee shops. A nice change from "Sixbucks". Driving down Sawmill and decided to check this nice coffee shop out. You have to drive around to the back, it does not have an entrance on Sawmill. I had one of their special lattes, the one with cardamom and cinnamon and it was delicious. Did not try any of their unique pastries but they looked good. My drink was the size of a Starbucks Venti and it was $6 but their regular blends size large are only $4. Just stopped into Qamaria Yemeni Coffee based on my daughter's recommendation and there were so many delicious looking cakes and pastries as well as drinks. I ordered a strawberry dragon fruit cooler and the gentleman at the register recommended the pistachio cake so we had to try that and also got the apple crumble mini pie. I'm going to want to cozy up with a book and sip some tea, but this time I took the Adeni Tea and Radas coffee home along with a honeycomb bread. The Adeni Tea is what tea in Heaven would taste like. I will be getting it again after I try all the others. The Radas coffee was also very good! I found the pastry to be a little dry compared to the one I had last week in Detroit. I'm really disappointed to be posting this review. My wife and I recently went to Qamaria Yemeni Coffee in Dublin. We typically frequent the Lewis Center location, but decided to try Dublin since we were in the area. We assumed it wouldn't be busy since it was a Monday around lunch time. There were a few customers and plenty of seating. We were immediately greeted and asked if we had any questions. I was under impressed by the amount of danishes and desserts there were in the display case. Prior to arrival, I looked at their menu and saw a large variety of items available (including the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries). When I asked about certain items, the person behind the register immediately told me no and pointed out what was in the case. No big deal... other than it is a Monday morning and there isn't anything in the case. When I asked about the strawberries he again immediately told me no and then followed up and said "maybe come back on a busier night and we will make it". At this point I was frustrated and just decided to get the pistachio latte, which I have never had an issue with. It was also a huge disappointment. It honestly tasted like thick watered down coffee. The pricing is just starting to get too much. They're now adding hidden service charges to already increasing prices. I've been going to these types of Yemeni coffee shops for a while and it's becoming less appealing. The quality is starting to become very mediocre as well. I'm sure people will have their reasons to still go, one benefit is this location being 24 hours, but if it wasn't for that, I don't think I would go :( read more
