Don't waste your time. Incompetent employees, poor service. I've avoided Starbucks because I don't like their coffee but a friend brought me a green tea latte... Loved it. But this Conyers Starbucks is a big dud. Honestly... Cannot EVEN refund my money! What do they do??? They gave me two worthless "The next one's on us" cards. I spent at least 15 minutes in the drive thru another 10 at the window while 3 different employees tried to figure out how to refund my money and because they couldn't figure it out I spent another 10 minutes waiting on a refund at the "thank you" sign. This is the only Starbucks around so almost have no choice. They had at least 9 people working behind the counter and service was still slow. Took over 10 mins to get a latte. There is some guy that is always at the store with a huge screen so the internet is impossibly slow. I put in a mobile order because I was in a hurry. I get there and it's not made. I wait until I notice no one is doing anything at all so there's no reason my order shouldn't be completed. I go to the counter. Everyone sees me and no one tries to help. When I finally get someone's attention they take their precious time making my order. I finally get my drinks 15 minutes after I was supposed to with no other customers around. I'm never going back to this one. The employees have an I don't care attitude. read more

This location is great! The staff always makes you feel special and they seem to really want to get you in and out as fast as they can. Sometimes you do have to wait if it's like Friday or Saturday. MORE SEATING needed. Overall really good. Matt H, go to that slow location in Loganville, I've been there plenty of times and their staff has NO personality. Extremely slow. Was waiting about 15 minutes for a simple iced tea. Then a person who came after me complained and got her drink before I did. As with many Starbucks, this has a patio. The patio is concrete, with no cover/awning and faces a very busy state highway. Not a great ambiance, but hubby and I often stop for a snack and drink, as it's a midway point for us in our trips to visit family. Hubs went inside to get beverages while our little dog and I sat on the (again) concrete patio facing a noisy and busy road. Within moments, an employee told me that I couldn't stay on the patio with my dog. Hmmm...not an attitude designed to make me want to come back. Not sure if this is Starbucks thing, or just the management of this location - either way, I'll be motoring past this exit in the future. read more

It also serves a your neighborhood meeting spot. It is what all other Starbucks should aspire to be. They have a food menu in the evening, and regulary schedule events like live musicians. Love the dark atmosphere, warm food, quick staff, delicious drinks, good connection to WIFI, even the type of customers this business attracts. I've met a few people and received new clientele here just by editing my photography a passerby will ask for a card! It is however a regular Starbucks, meaning it is perfect for dates, meetings, to sit somewhere away from home.. try some of the food & bring your computer or a good book. This place is hit or miss for me. Some days I pull through the drive through and I do a victory dance from my car because there isn't a line...other days I find myself bashing my face into my steering wheel because I know I will be in line for ages due to the crazy amount if cars that's wrapped around the building. I'm literally writing this review waiting in what seems to be an eternal line of cars. The barista's are also hit or miss. Sometimes they nail my cup of coffee and sometimes it tastes like it was made hours earlier. So in short if your a gambler this is definitely the Starbucks for you. read more

No employee that I have dealt with this past week has had a passion for their job. I am working on the east side of town the next couple of weeks so of course I had to find the local Starbucks. The Starbucks is about 3 miles from my office and it takes me 15-20 minutes to get there. Traffic in Conyers is ridiculous !! Obviously we are not judging Starbucks on the local traffic. Starbucks is slow enough on their own. After fighting traffic I pull into the Starbucks parking lot which has about 20 parking spaces and a drive-thru lane. The parking spaces seemed to always be packed and the drive-thru line is always busy as well. I decided to go inside to check out what was going on in there. The inside seemed pretty well kept from what I could see. I did go into the bathroom and it is pretty clean as well. Could use just a little help but it wasn't horrible by any means. I got in line and waited about 10 minutes to get waited on. The lady working the register (Yvonne ) was very nice, and VERY slow. When I say slow, I mean SNAILS pace. The customer would say their order and Yvonne would start to say it back to them and she would mess it up. They would repeat and she would repeat it wrong again. When I finally got to the front I gave my order to her and she repeated it wrong. Can you believe it ??? . I repeated it to her and walked her through it slowly. I go to the "order pick up" area and wait. AND I WAIT ... AND THEN I WAIT SOME MORE. They finally walk over and yell out ... Venti Caramel Macchiato for Dan. I look and they have a HOT caramel Macchiato. Well I ordered an ICED caramel macchiato. I told them and turns out she ordered it . Day 2 .... THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED... and when I told them about it, some guy working behind the counter says ... We are constantly training here and there is no reason for you to yell at us. Yell at you ?? I never even raised my voice. Day 3 was a little better because Yvonne was not working. Day 4, Yvonne was actually making the drinks and I was scared .. very scared. I ordered the same Venti, Iced, upside down, caramel Macchiato and she made me the Grande size. I just took it and walked out. I can only imagine what would have happened on Day 5. I'm not going back. I think I will try Dunkin Donuts instead. read more

This is my third time getting coffee in the morning. I work at a school so I need coffee. They have put half water and half coffee in my cup and no whipped cream on it. The coffee taste awful!!! I am really disappointed and I pay a lot of money for coffee so I expect nothing but the best. read more

Good thing I love Starbucks and have patience. Eight staff members behind the counter. Two on the drive thru. I went inside and it took 27 minutes to get a frap and warm cheese danish. No apology and no personality. Staff seems miserable. Frap & danish were good but not worth the wait. Next time I'll just go to the Target Starbucks which is just 1.5 miles away. read more

This place is just terrible. I've been in line for 30 minutes waiting on coffee. It's ridiculous. Not from the area so I had no clue.

I love having this Starbucks close. This is the only one between Atlanta and Athens of of I-20. the servers are always polite. The coffee wonderful, made to order with lots of choice! Plus the side items are great tasting. The sandwiches are a little high, but very filling and could be shared. It's nice to have a place to meet with great music in the background, WI fi and a comfortable place to sit! read more

Okay. I love coffee. I understand Starbucks is "the place". However, every time I go to one, my drink is made differently by different people. It's scalding hot, too cold, or the wrong drink. A barista stirred my macchiato before I got it. Yes it was my drink. I was the only one waiting for one. But don't stir my macchiato. Getting into this particular Starbucks is a pain. Traffic is awful and the lot is poorly designed. So they are always busy. I'm not sure if it's because they're the only coffeehouse on the main (ridiculously busy) road that goes through Conyers or if it's because they're coffees are good. Mine have gone both ways-bad and good. Mostly bad when it's made by a barista. All that being said, the staff is always amazing. They're very friendly and at least know something about coffee here. (Went to one Starbucks in Atlanta and the lady behind the counter couldn't tell me which of her roasts had less caffeine.) The place is always very clean, except for the cream stand. It's been dirty a time or two. Understandable though because it can't be wiped between every customer. You'd just expect a customer to clean up their mess, lol. But for now, I will buy my bottled Starbucks coffee and pastry instead of having someone prepare it for me. At least at this location. Overall, I will go here if I'm craving a coffee. Otherwise I will seek out another coffee house if I'm not pushed for time. read more

If you order more than one item (drink and pastries both defined as items), you will likely only get one. Then you have to go to the bar and wait to catch a Barista's attention and ask for it. Now if you just go and stand at the bar, no one behind the counter is smart enough to take the hint and figure out that you must be missing a drink or something (even if you are the only one waiting). Me and my girlfriend play a game every time we go there. We both order our drinks, and then we place bets on who would be the lucky winner this time. read more

I'm from seattle... So maybe I'm a coffee snob and unofficial Starbucks know-er ;)... I recently moved to CONYERS..... And was pleased to find a Starbucks with a drive thru nearby. However, this place could use some help. The staff in terms of friendliness is pretty good. Some better than others. But the big issue I have here, is that they do NOT stir their iced white chocolate mochas... So you see gross 4 pumps of syrup sitting at the bottom of your cup.. And when I asked the girl I said "doesn't that look gross!" Not sending it back or anything just hoping they could pass along the message... She told me I had to order the white chocolate mocha STIRRED if I wanted it stirred. I said hmm weird. It's not a layered drink like a macchiato and I never have had to do that before... She then said we also have someone new on bar. Ok fine, but please pass along the message so they learn. It's icky. And better when stirred at time of pouring shots. Also it seems that the staff here whoever is on bar is never in too big of a hurry. Now that may be the south but it does make a difference on taste of the shots if they sit there without hitting flavor or milk forever... read more

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST STARBUCKS IN AMERICA RIGHT HERE FOLKS. YOU'VE FOUND IT. THE W O R S T service I have EVER received from ANY establishment. All SIX employees wandered about twiddling their thumbs not making any of my four drinks. I was the ONLY ONE IN THE RESTAURANT. They then proceeded to hand me two of my drinks and told me to "have a good day." When I asked about my other two they gave me a blank look like "what?" I then proceeded to show them my receipt and then they proceeded to take 15 MORE minutes making TWO LATTES. Poor management, terrible service, they also were out of a ton of items despite it being a large Starbucks in a well populated area. Very disappointed and will not be stopping back at this location. I go here almost daily and go through the drive thru because I have young children & I don't like to get out of the car. I have sat up to LITERALLY more than 30 minutes in the drive thru. And it's not just an every now and then thing it's every day at least 15 minutes even if there are only 2 people in front of me. I'm writing this now in line and I've been waiting 20 minutes and just ordered. And then when I get to the window its like no one is rushing or is even attempting to be efficient. The morning people are way better, (hence the 2 stars) the afternoon baristas are really frustrating. I'm pretty easy going but this place is getting on my nerves. Also, my husband stopped getting milk in his iced coffee because they always put too much despite my request for only a drop. He puts in his own milk at home because it isn't worth the trouble read more

My family had the most pleasant experience at this Starbucks! Every person in the coffee shop- employee and customer alike- was kind and courteous. It was very busy but the baristas worked efficiently. While the surrounding area is busy, I recommend this Starbucks for your coffee fix on a long road trip! read more

SLOW SERVICE! I decided to park and go inside because the drive thru line was wrapped around to the building like it normally is! I expect there to be a bit of a wait due to the coffee drinks needing to be made to order. There was 1 customer in front of me that ordered a coffee drink and 1 or 2 waiting on their orders. I waited 10 minutes or more for a sandwich! The cashier went off to talk to another girl over in the corner and there was 2 people waiting at the cash register for a refill for about 3 minutes. She was wiping down a machine while talking to the girl I guess to make herself look busy and all she had to do was toast a pre made sandwich!!! She was like "I'm sorry, what did you order?"
