My mind started to relax as I walked around, waiting on my order, admiring my first real authentic coffeehouse. I have never been in an intimate coffee space like Safehouse Coffee. There are two levels; the first floor is gorgeous, with plants and beautiful pictures on the wall. There are bookcases, too. I chose to go upstairs and sit in a corner in a black chair with low lights, sipping on the smoothest latte and listening to what I'm sure was the blues. I like that there are a lot of single chairs for people like me, who often come to coffeehouses alone. I scanned the room and spied a guy sitting in the corner, relaxing like me. It's such a relaxing vibe; you can tell it is a fun place, too. I can't wait to return, but this time, I'm going to check out the evening vibe of this place.
