I remember sitting at the drive thru for over 10 min one night during the hours of operation, the car in front off me pulled off and told me they have been there for 15 min. We pulled up to the window and the woman that night acted as if she didn't see us (this happened about 3months ago). I went back last week and they didn't have what I was asking for so I just left. Nice Starbucks in Conyers. It is pretty large with a lot of seating. It get's pretty crowded in the evenings. Saturday nights there are usually a lot of teenagers in the parking lot and in and out of the establishment. Seems to be a big hang-out among the teenagers on the weekend. They rung up my order and was told after the drink was already made that it couldn't be made decaf. Why not ask if that's okay before actually making it? I stop at this location a few times a week for my latte or iced coffee, which are always perfect. The most recent time I visited, I also asked for three "puppaccinos" which are little cups of whipped cream that Starbucks gives out for customers' dogs. The guy that took my order was SO friendly and nice, and put the puppaccinos in the holiday cups and added milkbones to the top of each drink! It was so precious. The customer service at this location is always exceptional. His name was Luca, and I just wanted to make sure his manager knows how awesome he is. Driving through the night and passed up many other establishments for coffee because this Starbucks is listed to be open until 11pm. GPS showed we would be there at 11:02pm so I called to put my order in as to not keep them past their open time. What's the use of having 2 registers, 8 employees and you only have 1 register inside open, And staff picking/choosing what they want to do? While they can SOMETIMES get a coffee order right...the bathrooms here are almost always disgusting. I come here for the wifi and coffee while I study and do paperwork for work and that generally means a long visit. Given that this place sells coffee, you'd think they'd at least keep the bathrooms stocked with toilet paper. There have been numerous visits here where BOTH bathrooms have been out of toilet paper. I literally just left because I had sat there 2 hours drinking coffee and what do you know, I HAD TO PEE! So I went to use the bathroom and one bathroom had a clogged toilet with paper everywhere AND the other was completely out of toilet paper. Polite but slow! Coming from a barista 's POV I recommend moving with a sense of urgency. Everyone was friendly however, they moved slow.

This location really disappointed me today. I waited 45 minutes for a frappe and still never got it. I understand it was busy, but they were making drinks out of order, customers waiting for long periods of time were getting frustrated that people who came in way after was getting their drinks first. So I heard that a few starbucks were getting small plates, wines, and beers, added to their menu but I didn't know it would be a location so close to me! I made a trip to this location yesterday for their "Wine Down Wednesday" event, where they have live Jazz from 6pm-8pm. I haven't been here in a while so was pleasantly surprised to see they had revamped the place. It was nice before but it looks like a full on lounge now! As my friend and I enjoyed the Jazz music, we both tried the truffle mac and cheese was excellent! Very rich in taste! My friend also had the chicken skewers. She said they were good but something she could make at home, lol. We also had been anticipating the return of their pumpkin latte which we got and also enjoyed! The staff was very attentive and polite. It gets packed in there on Wednesday so make sure you get there early. I'll definitely be returning to this event and just to this location in general. read more
