Here Thursday late morning/early afternoon for a breakfast sandwich and tea. It's busy here always but plenty of seating when I eat here and work on my lap top. The peach green tea lemonade is my favorite tea! Added the gluten free Canadian bacon & egg sandwich. All around $9. Sandwich is ok. Kind of bland. I'll stick to the regular ham or bacon that has more flavor next time. Sandwich was slow to cook and took about 10 mins to come out. Otherwise this is a decent Starbucks also with nice patio/ outdoor seating. Baristas are ok. They could be a little friendlier. They're just focused on working the busy line. read more

Was sitting at the bar area on a decently busy day (its 100+ degrees today, so lots of people) and the espresso mahines were down. She was flying back there, getting drinks out extremely quickly. If I could rate with 0 stars I would. Went in there for a salted cold foam cold brew. After ordering and waiting for a few minutes a couple of people came in and since they were regulars, got their drinks first. Upon finally getting mine it tasted nothing like the actual drink. Asked them to remake it since I paid 6$ for a venti and they weren't very nice about doing so. It had no salted caramel flavor at all. The second drink tasted even worse than the first bad one. I went down the street to another Starbucks who treated us much better and actually made the drink correctly. This location needs some serious training. I live in Kansas and have had this drink on lots of states driving here and this is the only Starbucks location that apparently can't make a drink off of their own menu. What ruins this place is the rude, unwelcoming staff. They never make eye contact with me, never smile and look so miserable to be at work. I order several different items and never once do they offer me a bag and when I ask it's like you're asking for a million dollars every time. Who ever would have thought a bag was such a new concept?! They called my name for my drink, made it quickly which is always a plus, but I very loudly and clearly said thank you, have a nice day, never once did I get eye contact, a smile or any acknowledgment, so I answered myself. Second Starbucks store put me down again. Honestly, I thought store in Chino by Sam's club was the worst but at the store in Corona all hell break lose. I ordered Reduce turkey fat, warm cookie and coffee. Coffee was completely fine, but instead of turkey reduce fat, they gave me bacon and egg sandwich with cool chocolate chip cookie. Well at least their was not wrapped in plastic. So as I was pulling out of the parking lot I noticed my order was completely wrong. The store is nice enough with plenty of outlets, but there is an absolutely foul-smelling homeless man that sits in here every day without ordering anything. You can't sit anywhere near him, which is most unfortunate if seating becomes limited. The patio is just as bad, because it is perpetually occupied by smokers - most of them delinquent teenagers. I'm not even conservative, I'm just telling it like it is. Ironically, despite my gripes about the punks outside, most of the people inside the store seem to have their nose in a bible since it's the closest Starbucks to the town mega-church. I often go there because the lighting is good for photo editing, but lately this situation with the homeless guy is a real turn off. Combined with Starbucks generally poor internet service, I suggest going to It's A Grind across the street instead. At least there you'll find comfy arm chairs, friendlier staff (sorry, mostly true!), faster internet, and better coffee. Came here about an hour ago, so around 8ish and this Starbucks is still pretty crowded! No line but there was a bunch of people on the tables and chairs. We ordered 2 venti drinks, green tea frappuccino and caramel frappuccino. When we received our drinks, they both tasted funny. My green tea frappuccino was tolerable but the caramel frappuccino was super bitter. My friend says it was because they made the caramel frappuccino for a grande instead of a vent so they tried to fix it by adding more coffee which made the drink super bitter (he was watching them). Instead of remaking the drink then and there, they tried to do it the lazy way ... which totally didn't work out. Good thing we drank it while walking out and I had to turn back and ask them to remake it.They weren't too friendly about it though, but still they remade it nonetheless. This place is always busy in the mornings. On a typical day, I see the same guys sitting out front, laughing and having a great time. I see people from my gym. I see my co-workers. The people who work here are always friendly and happy to see you. Get here early to order the Egg, Spinach & Feta wrap because they are soooo popular after being in all of the fitness magazines as a low cal, high protein breakfast. It's a Starbucks, it's everywhere, though not so much anymore. This location survived the downsizing. The service is always friendly and prompt. I enjoy the free attwifi while I wait. There's always seating available everytime that I have come here. This location is a bit tucked away. I've been coming to this Starbucks for 3 years. I love it here. They even remember my name when I order a drink. :) Clean restrooms, free wifi, lovely employees. I go out of my way to come to this Starbucks. The only thing that sucks is parking. You got people playing fast & furious to get a good parking spot and then people never leave. So don't come expecting to find good parking. Other than that, I love it here. There's this sweet group of middle aged/older men that come here early every morning. It makes my day to see them happily talking about life, drinking coffee, and smoking. They usually sit outside, and sometimes they bring their dogs. I was looking for a specific merchandise (studded cup) and an employee had confirmed with me that they did have the cup and that they will release them in two days. I came back two days later (today) and was the first one there (350am) and waited til their store opened (5am), at 530am they started setting out cups. They then told me that they did not receive any studded cups, I informed the barista that I was told that another employee had confirmed that they did have those cups, the barista did not bother to double check or anything and insisted that they didn't receive it. Later that day I called and inquired about the cup again and was told that they had FOUR STUDDED CUPS AND THEY WERE SOLD OUT. So how is this possible if I was the first and only person there? Rumors about baristas are true, they either lie or withhold merchandise from you so they can buy it for themselves. I'm beyond livid. read more

When I walked into this Starbucks this morning I felt like royalty. The crew , who knows me because I've been a regular here for years, ALL greeted me with a heartfelt "good morning " in near unison. They had my drink and food ready for me promptly as I had ordered through the app. Emily remembered I take my half and half on the side and another crew member ( who I feel terrible because I can't remember her name, she's relatively new) ran around to the front to personally hand me the cream. I love this crew and respect them and their intelligence and hard work tremendously. Many are students others are moms . I hope everyone can respect the challenges these folks face every with a complex job and demanding often rude public. UNSANITARY. Very Disgusted, Sick to My Stomach, Morning Ruined. Ordered a venti iced coffee with caramel. More than halfway through the drink I felt a small object with odd texture in my mouth, knowing it wasn't caramel .. I quickly spat it out in my hand to see it was a Dead Rotten Insect. I do a mobile pick up here about twice a week. I have never had an issue with anything I've ever had. However- what is wrong with every single person working that I've ever attempted to talk to here? I always say something and never receive a response. Not even eye contact. Once I did receive a dirty look, which I suppose was understandable because I said hello when she was obviously having an important conversation with her coworker about another coworker (or someone they both knew). It's damaging my self esteem. Yesterday, I was feeling completely invisible until some nice man soliciting said hello to me in the parking lot. I almost bought whatever he was selling too because once in a while I appreciate a little attention, but who seriously carries cash anymore. Not the most upbeat Starbucks I've been to. I'm not an everyday Starbucks guy but when I do go staff are usually happy and greet you like you guys have been friends for years... Not here, just give your order and stand to the side. Service was slow, and instead of calling your name when your order is up they just yell out the drink (at least this time). They're cordial, friendly, funny, professional, and always smiling despite being under constant pressure. My drinks have always been right. They keep this place clean and running like clockwork. Coffee is coffee but place is often dirty and twice now I stayed until closing and both times I tried to get coffee about 10 minutes to close and they said they can't cause they closed the register. If you have a close time, I expect you can serve until then, not cut it short so you can go home. read more
