I love my local Starbucks! Some people tend to hate on chain restaurants and businesses, but I actually have a great appreciation for Starbucks. Their food and drinks are consistent pretty much anywhere you go throughout the country. It's important to my daughter who loves their egg bites! My local Starbucks knows my family. I ordered a coffee for a friend. A Chocolate Cold Brew no Vanilla Sub Peppermint. The person who took my order put it in as a cold brew, add cold foam, add peppermint. Coming to a whopping 7.20 for a Grande. When I order it in app it's only 5.95. Instead of offering to fix it as they choose to put it on for more money for the store, tough better luck next time. I'm so disappointed and can't believe they are scamming you out of more money this way. I will never order in the store again only in app. The tall guy with curly hair should get a raise as he's making tons of money for the company scamming people. We use the app to order our drinks and they came out perfect. Customer service was also great as well. The only downfall is you have to go in store to get what you need. The drinks are made well, and my family and I are there at least two to three times a week, which is more than we should, but nonetheless, we are still here. Visiting the area and found this lovely location. Corner of a shopping area on a major street, this store is easy to find. Parking is not too difficult even through this nice weekend day has a lot of activity near by. The indoor seating is there, but not as much as the great patio area on the side of the building. Baristas were very pleasant, friendly, and in a good mood. Busy location with people coming in for take out. Glad I got the opportunity to find this place and hang out for a while. read more

I just want to start off by saying a lot of the reviews below are mistaking this Starbucks location that is on Lasselle and E cotati for the location across the street from SSU. This location does not have a drive thru so if you want to leave a not so good review please get the correct location. I come to this location multiple times per week and always get exactly what I ordered. The baristas are sweet and whenever I ask for a pup-a-chino for my dog they are happy to make me one. I love that they still have some of the pumpkin cream cheese muffins as well because I know they will be gone soon. I use the app alot of the time and my order is ready when I pick it up. I think this place needs NEW management. I come here often. It's hardly ever clean. I get it. All coffee drinks at this particular location have been extremely watered down in the past few months. I'm not sure if their management has changed or if they are suddenly changing their brew process but I've visited with my husband several times (he comes here an lot before work) and after this fourth time in a row I give up on the location. To start off they allowed the wrong person to take someone's else mobile order, so when the person showed up to pick up their order it wasn't even ready. Next, they allowed someone to take my order and when I realized it and told them the barista "Chris" gave me an attitude. The barista made my drink incorrectly because I asked for a cold brew without water 16oz grande in a 24oz venti cup. He wasn't very helpful either because they only pour cold for a grande in a venti cup to the second line who h is only 12oz (know your damn measurements). This was the first time someone has acted like with me and also how to make a common drink request. Starbucks is not a specialty cafe that does specific standardized oz. I spend on average $5-$9 for a shot of espresso and latte separately 5-6 days a week. I was born and raised in Sonoma County. I've been coming to this location on and off again for the past 8 years, or more ever since I commuted to SF for school. I WORK AND LIVE IN SF AND OWN A HOUSE down the street from this SB location. I've been coming back to this location whenever I'm in the area taking measurements, quotes for the remodeling my house. The extra stress with her attitude wasn't called for at all because I go back and forth from Sonoma County and SF so much lately. If you don't like your work, or whatever situation you're in don't work there at all plain and simple. Be grateful you have a job with a friendly environment around you. I popped in here the other day to grab a cup of decaf. They dripped it for me (yes!) and the staff was rather friendly and happy to accomodate my request rather then give me the junk that had been cooking in their pot for god knows how long. In the midst of my online fangirling one day, I came across a photo from a Starbucks in Burbank, taken in what appears to be 2015, of a Kylo Ren themed hot chocolate (white chocolate and raspberry). Naturally, it would only be a matter of time before I powered through my crippling social anxiety and ordered one. On Saturday, I wandered into this location, shyly showed the barista the photo on my phone and asked if they could make me one. My experience here was really good they have nice people and fast service and the one thing I can keep coming back is there caramel Felipe.

Usually they are good, but I would recommend trying your drink before you leave. I got a decaf white mocha, but when I got to where I was going it tastes like white chocolate flavoured water. There was no coffee in it what so ever. You pay good money for a coffee, even if it's decaf, there should be coffee in it.
