I've had my ups and downs with this location, but the past year they have proven to be great! They haven't messed up my orders yet, and I have yet to have had them run out of any food or drink item I want, so I am always thankful for that. They are always the friendliest workers, complimenting everyone and carrying on great conversations! I'm so thankful they have stayed open during this quarantine because it has been my saving grace. I will say that there drive thru is a PAIN! The lane is small, so be prepared if you have a bigger vehicle. When it's busy, the drive thru can be hard to navigate because people can pull into the parking lot from two different roads. So if it is busy, be prepared to wait for a while! Luckily, they are quick to get your drinks and food out. Their parking lot is also very small and I've almost seen a few accidents happen in it, so just always be careful. went today and ordered two drinks. not busy, no line in the drive thru. $15 was spent on two drinks and both were terribly wrong. as a company who is built on coffee, you would hope for better. I don't mind spending $15 on two drinks at starbucks because it is usually exactly what I expect and they have better coffee then any other chain, but this is beyond disappointing. I wish I could add a photo to this to show my drink i received versus what my ticket said because they could not have been more opposite. Great Staff... terrible entrance. Don't even think of using the Graham Road side to get into the place... if anyone is coming out the drive in you don't have a chance... use the Hudson Drive side. In store is small... some selection of mugs and tea and such... not as diverse as other locations... there are some out door tables... they are usually packed on nice days. The staff is amazing... any time... any day... attentive... funny... sympathetic... whatever you need... no matter your day... they rock!! read more

While the parking lot is a little difficult, they still provide excellent service and the same great coffee experience you'd expect at any other Starbucks! The drive thru makes it convenient if you're in a hurry and if you're not there's adequate seating inside if you'd like to sit and relax while enjoying your drink or conduct a small meeting. read more

I'm pretty into this Starbucks. Of all the locations nearby (Portage Trail, 59, etc.), I think this is the best one for just sitting down with a laptop for a few hours & getting work done. The drive-thru is usually busier than the store itself, so it stays pretty quiet, & there's usually plenty of seating for the amount of patrons who do make their way inside. Lots of outlets, usually-friendly staff, etc. read more

I've only been to this location twice and had mixed experiences... Going through the drive-thru was great! Hardly any wait and friendly staff (regardless of the late hour).. However, my experience stopping in wasn't as pleasant. I decided to try out a new tea that I had read splendid reviews on.. When I went to order, I specifically asked to have it shaken because online it said often the baristas won't shake it (even though they are supposed to) unless you ask... So I figured id rather be safe than sorry.. However, the barista started laughing like nobody's business and rudely barked that it comes shaken. He proceeded to attempt to be funny by throwing my drink up in the air to give it to me, asking if that was shaken enough for me. I was rather intimidated by the experience and am planning to drive the extra few minutes to go to the other Starbucks in stow next time. read more

My only gripe about this location is the parking lot. It's on a super busy corner and it seems to be very cramped. The drive thru lane wraps into the parking lot which makes it impossible to get in and out of spaces. read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. I have 2 small children and getting them in and out of the car is a pain, so I always order through the mobile app and pick it up in the drive thru. Not only is it NEVER ready when I get to the window, but they always have to ASK me what I ordered. I order ahead so I don't have to wait, that's the point of the app. The stickers they put on the drinks and food items clearly say how many items are in my order and you still have to ask? Apparently they could see my annoyance today because they gave me a $4 gift card, claiming it was for how long we had to wait. Then we drive away and I realize the bag of the Bare Fruit Medley chips ($3.95) that I ordered for my son were missing and I see a sticker on the outside of the bag saying they didn't have them. Well I was still charged because I ordered ahead, so the gift card was in fact NOT for our wait and terrible service, but to make up for the fact that their app says something is in stock when it's not. I never have these problems at any other Starbucks in the area, so it makes me furious that these employees just don't care about their job or if you have a shitty experience. read more

Great service, usually pretty fast at drive thru. My order has always been correct. I really like most everything but my latest fave is cold brew coffee. The price is fair and its flavorful but not too strong and bitter. Also love the oatmeal. It has nuts, dried fruit and syrup that can be added to it. If I had to find one thing to complain about it would be that I never get napkins. Not a big deal. I just need to remember to ask. read more

My fiancée and I visited this location to get some drinks and work for a while. However, we were greeted with blasting music. It was so loud that I couldn't hear my fiancée talk. It was distracting beyond words, and we couldn't get anything done and had to leave. We were two of three people in the store, which is tiny, so the music was even more intrusive. I understand that Starbucks has to play music in order to encourage people to not stay in the store, but this was simply ridiculous. We ended up wasting our money tonight, and we will not be visiting this location again. Extremely disappointed. read more

This is a pretty great location, the waiting time can be a bit long sometimes, but it's never much more that 3-4 minutes (that was with 3 drinks and a breakfast sandwich though, so not bad.) I don't go inside here often, I normally just go through the drive-thru since it's easier for me, but the one time I did the service was pretty good and after I ordered I got my drink almost immediately. I was a little confused on where everything was inside, but that's only because I've been inside a few other Starbucks locations and used to things being in certain locations and all that. The Frappuccinos I've tried there are heavenly, and they only got my order wrong once I think but I'm not sure if it was wrong or not. Basically I ordered a pina colada tea but it looked different. I don't know if the barista made it wrong or something, it's all very confusing to me, but this wasn't much of an issue for me since the taste was the same and it was a large order so it's understandable. From my personal experience I wouldn't recommend getting anything from the fridge because I got a chicken wrap from there and it was terrible. Maybe be open to other items from the fridge, but I'd be careful of anything with sauce. All in all, I go to this Starbucks frequently and don't plan on changing that anytime soon! read more

I have a friend working there and he is very nice w/ extra ordinary costumer svc. skills. Otherwise, I am very disappointed from the service. I drove with my wife we order a very simple order:iced pike coffee and iced latte. They gave me warn pike blend. I came with the receipt . and explained to the gentleman about the mistake. They one guy rolled his eyes and had a horrible attitude, even after I showed him the receipt which had no warn coffee on it. how can you argue w/ facts right? he did....no apology no sorry, what happened to courtesy in modern America? What I like about this place is that my latte is always the same -- always perfect. Sometimes at other coffee places, one time it's great, next time it's not. Most of the people at the window are really friendly. I've had one girl a few times that barely glances at you when you drive up. The only thing I don't like about this location is the way the parking and drive thru is set up. I enter from Graham and others can enter from the other street. When the drive thru is busy, it's a mess in the parking lot. But, there's not much to be done about this. read more
