What a difference one store makes from another. Came into the store the bathrooms do have lots of codes on them but you can use them. This is a very busy store at a very busy location. The people were kind and nice and pleasant. I caught a picture of Gwen packing up food to go to the local food bank! That's what I expect of my places that I do business with! Servers made me wait forever, and my order was right there! Super cold and they never called my name. I even asked for it and they said it wasn't ready without checking. Once everybody left then they proceeded to check my name on the only cup there. Dumb! I won't be heading back to this spot. I made them remake the drink, only fair of them. read more

This for me is one of the most accessible Starbucks around. It is conveniently located on the northwest corner of Coit Road and LBJ Freeway. It is kind of an unlikely Shopping Center and Starbucks is right at the corner in that shopping center. It does not have a drive-thru at this particular location but there are two entrances on either side of the store. There is a fairly large seating area as well. As far as menus of different drinks and food items the Starbucks is pretty much the same as any other Starbucks out there. As far as service I personally think that these are some of the nicer Starbucks folks I have dealt with. If you are in the area and looking for some coffee I would not hesitate to make this place my place! read more

I'm very upset. I ordered a iced venti caramel macchiato, but they had NO caramel so they recommended chocolate drizzle. They give me a hot drink. Why in the world would I want a hot coffee in this Tx heat. I also ordered a beyond breakfast sandwich and the bun was over toasted and hard. Always had a good time at this location and in my experience the barristas are always friendly and talkative (if you are). I'm a talker so I always have a blast when I come here. The drinks are consistently good. I like the triple grande caramel machiatto, the triple caramel frappucino when I'm feeling bad, and their passion tea lemonade is to die for. *drool* They have quite a bit of room at this location but they need it in the mornings when the line is wrapped around the store inside and sometimes out the front door. This place is a beast of a Starbucks bussiness wise and would probably get a five star if it were not that so much goes out so quickly here that there is always going to be a little hiccup. In the 20 plus times that I have been at this particular location I have had my food order forgotten at least 3 if not four times and my drink order lost twice. Drinks didn't taste quite right, but that isn't really that big of a deal, it happens.. however the barista that served us pretty much insulted us by telling my girlfriend "Now say thank you now honey" the second she touched her drink to pick it up. This little Sbux store seems to be a neighborhood coffee shop in search of a neighborhood. The little strip center by Coit & 635 is one of many in a featureless commercial wasteland that dominates the area. Nonetheless, nice to have a coffee when I'm in the area. There's ample parking in the strip mall lot, though backing out is tricky with folk flying in off of the 635 access road. A handful of seats in the store, usually pretty easy to snag one. Just my experience, but the baristas are kind of a flaky bunch. I've had multiple experiences where the barista was so engrossed in chatting to a friend over the counter that they failed to notice that I was waiting to order or pick up my drink. Im staying next door for a few days and went here today for a quick drink and pastry. The Pumpkin bread was really good but the Orange Mango smoothie tasted really off,,,like sour. The man making the drinks was very pleasant and nice BUT what i really didn't like was that there is this group of creepy old men outside playing cards it seems like every single minute of every day and i never wanted to go in cause they give me the creeps.
