I am a frequent flyer here. Plenty of parking!!! Drive thru is fast and accurate, which I mostly use!! It's faster than going inside to be honest. I usually come here to get a quick fix if I'm craving Starbucks and I don't usually have a good experience because customer service is trash but it's the closest Starbucks and I don't wanna go through the one in Target. Their drinks usually come out at a mediocre pace, so it didn't bother me as much. But, my last visit made me vow to never come back. I ordered a venti lightly iced dirty soy chai tea latte and they didn't even bother to fill the drink all the way to the top. If I'm gonna pay near $6 for a drink, I'd at least like my drink to be filled to the brim like any other venti drink that was handed out prior and after mine. I'm not usually picky with how my drinks come out but come on! What kind of barista allows themselves to present a 3/4 filled drink to a gold leveled customer who comes several times a week? To finish my mini rant, I'd recommend just going to the Target Starbucks, even though they're just a tad slow, at least they make the drinks right. read more

This Starbucks has quick service and they've always made my drink right if I had a complaint. The only issue I've had is the slow WiFi.

This is probably my favorite place to grab a burger. I love to eat literally anything in here: McDonalds, Wendy's, Subway- you name it!!! Starbucks lets you eat it. I have seen others do the same thing. Plus, they have a nice restroom and their drink sizes have interesting names. What's not to love? Come grab some food and bring it here! Furthermore, I love the atmosphere and vibe. Do you want to have an intelligent conversation with two men and a women? It's possible and the stuff will not interfere. Don't waste your time unless you have 20-30 minutes minimum to wait. Last time we were here a couple weeks ago we waited 25 minutes. Today I ordered ahead & it took 50 minutes from order to when I got my drink. I'll add both times were mid-afternoon--not even a morning rush time. I saw multiple people cancel & walk out. I was in line to cancel when they finally started my order. I understand they are busy but at some point, this is unacceptable. read more

I just witnessed a young girl received her coffee... too a sip, and ask the barista if she would add syrup. The barista snipped, and the girl asked for a manager. The barista replied 'she was the manager' and told the customer to F... off. What happened to the training the employees were supposedly received a few weeks ago. This was not acceptable AT ALL. After the you lady walked out and two barista grils and 'manager' continued to bash and talk about the customer. There was a young man there as well, and he continued to work and didn't get involved in the bashing of the customer- good for him. As customers were coming in the 'manager' continued to tell them about this young lady saying she was cussing at her. This IS NOT TRUE. I'm a visitor to this area and know none of them, but I can tell you that the customer not once raised her voice or used bad language. She simply asked for my syrup in her coffee drink. read more

Very disappointed in the service. Covid has caused us all to change and have to adapt to the way business are run. But this place has been nothing but long lines and always out of products. The app is useless at this location since Covid. I only go to ones out of town.... Baristas are friendlier and service 100% better. read more

The drinks are the same as every other Starbucks, but their staffing needs work. The last few times I've been there they have a huge staff but they don't know what they're doing. 15-20 minutes wait for an iced tea ?? And don't get me started on their WiFi, I used to come to Starbucks at the old location to do school work or work work, their WiFi at the new store is like it was before they got Google Fiber. IE It SUCKS. It's been this way since the store opened, and it's now been 2 months. I stopped by Saturday to see if it's improved and it's just as bad as before, and one of the staff said "It's been escalated to a level 5 severity" Doesn't seem to be helping. read more

By far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The customer service was awful and slow and the guy working the register said I couldn't do a iced latte with light ice (I do it at every Starbucks I go to because I drink slowly and don't want a watered down drink). They sold me cake pops that expired that day for 20 cents off and wouldn't let me buy fresh cake pops for full price. So frustrating to be in there for over 15 mins with only one person in line in front of me while ordering. The Starbucks I usually visit are 2x as busy and the service is so much better. If you can avoid it, go to a different Starbucks. Not worth your time or money. read more

Although my coffee was good, the customer service was atrocious at best. And considering working the register and counter is mainly to provide great customer service, I was severely disappointed. All the staff members had attitudes and seemed to be inconvenienced by my measly frappacino order. Yet somehow they managed to mess that up as well, and I already felt so hated for placing the order, I didn't dare ask them to remake it. I understand everyone has "off" days. So I hope next time I return they're a little more friendly. Otherwise I won't be returning. read more

1/13/19 8:09am. Sign on your door says 630am on sundays. Google says 8am in Sunday's for opening times. Your employees are looking at me with the door locked and not answering the drive through. I saw at least 5 employees just standing around. Another customer outside I was talking to says he saw someone run to the front door and lock it. read more

Starbucks as a company is pitifully behind the times. They offer no--not even one--fair trade certified coffee. This is deplorable, given the amount of coffee they dole out daily. Specific to this Danville location: the wifi is pathetic. Every time I go there to drink coffee and work, the wifi is horribly slow and sometimes won't even connect. If you want costumers to keep coming there for coffee and wifi, get better internet service and source some sustainable, fair trade coffee. read more

I like Starbucks and this location is just as good, I have been to this Starbucks several time, staff is friendly & my latte is always perfect. This place gets too busy at times and you may have to wait 15-20 minutes before you can get your drink in your hand. read more
