Staff was super friendly and kindly answered all of our questions and ground the fresh coffee beans that my wife got. We both got delicious lattes and bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwiches. Sandwich was good. Pretty classic pre-built sandwich but it was tasty and my toddler ate most of the egg off my sandwich! Lattes seem to run on the sweeter side, still a little sweet, even with added espresso so if sweet isn't for you, I'd suggest you ask for less syrup in your drink. Overall we were very happy with our stop and will gladly visit again in the future.

He reached into the toaster and pulled the halves out and threw them in a bag partially toasted along with the other bagel. He didn't wrap them. I asked for two sides of cream cheese. He gave me one. At the check out I told him I needed the other side of cream cheese. He went back and got it. I also said I wanted them individually wrapped as usual. He reluctantly un-bagged them and wrapped them. His coworker sat at a table visiting friends. Then this last time I went in the same worker went to ring me up at the register while someone else prepped my bagels. The guy stopped part way though ringing me up, looked at his phone, started texting, and walked into the back. Not a word from him. The other guy came over and actually rang me up -- turns out the amount the texting guy charged was wrong. I said: "Your coworker walked away in the middle of ringing me up." His response was: "Yeah, I don't know what he's doing." This was at 11:30a. And almost all the bagels were gone, the ones left looked like flat blobs. So yeah. Not going here anymore.

An odd combination. They aren't open a lot so make sure they are before going, and there's a dining area but most customers will get it as takeout. Coming in here the first time was confusing. It's inside an Indian grocery store that also doubles as a place for making copies, if you can believe it. The counter is in the back, and there's usually just one person there. A lot of the food is prepackaged and ready to go. You just pay for it. It's about $12 for a meal, of which you get a lot of food. There's the classics like biryani and chana masala. Even though the location is weird it's still pretty good to be honest. It's a counter and a few tables but it's mostly for takeout. They're closed weekends.

We started with two cups of cream of chicken rice soup and was surprised that this bakery didn't offer rolls with the soup, so I chose to use the toast from the meal I ordered. It worked perfectly. I will add that soup was served barely lukewarm. Not ideal, but we ate it. Next, we ordered a Tuna Melt with fries and a Lincoln Inn Special. We both agreed the food was good. Our server was very nice. She was attentive and assisted when asked. We also ordered the Strawberry Crepes to go. But we couldn't stop there, lol. While at the register, there were cinnamon rolls and pecan rolls, so we grabbed one of each. We enjoyed those a little later while we waited for our child who was at the camp. Both were delicious! I think it's great how the photos of many years are going across the walls and that they support the local college and their sports. Such a nice touch. There was a gentleman who came over and introduced himself and asked if I knew anyone in the photos. I do not recall his name. He was kind and told me about the photos and about how he created one in particular which was rather impressive.
