The slowest Starbucks I've ever been to in my life. Maybe it's because it's in a small town workers feel as though they can move at their leisure? It's 6am with the store almost empty and I've been waiting over ten minutes for my drink. Making eye contact with the workers while they look back and carry on with their conversation about someone getting fired for doing drugs. Y'all in a business where speed is necessary. WORSE STARBUCKS EVER!! I've been to this starbucks 3 times already. It took me approximately 50 minutes to get my coffee (NO LIE) unfortunately the drive thru had no exit! I seriously had to honk at them. So i call the manager to complain about the wait time, she said they were being (a bit slow) because of the travelers. I been to this place 3 times and every time they are super slow. I told her i was looking at their workers and they were working very slow. She just said "i'll go talk to them". Horrible placement of drive thru, if the street is full the car at the front of drive thru can't get out, not staffs fault. However, they took forever to make the orders. There were 4 cars ahead of us and from what I could see they each ordered one drink. It took us 15 minutes to get to the window. Once there we could see at least 4 staff members working. There was no sense or urgency to get the service times down or even apologize for the wait. I have over a decade in the food service industry and another decade in customer service and in my opinion the service at this Starbucks is sub par. It took us another 3-4 minutes to get 2 ice teas, ice teas!!!! I'm glad I was just driving thru town back home from so-cal, I will never go to this Starbucks again! read more

I placed a mobile order before leaving my house (12 minute drive) and my order was still not ready when I got there. About 5 minutes later I received my drinks, 1 mocha frapp and 1 iced coffee, never received my warm cookie. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes and nothing. None of the workers even asked if I needed something. My boyfriend had to go up to the register and they wanted to charge him for it. One girl quickly just gave us the cookie. Then here comes another lady, apparently she does the register, took my order (Grande in a Vente). This place is great, day or night service is is always the same Very, Very slow. Do not go thru the drive thru if you do not have an extra 30 to 40 mins to burn because you will be stuck. But if you do choose to go inside the wait is about the same, not sure how they manage this slow pace. Must be some great training from the corporate office. I don't recommend coming to this Starbucks location. The customer service here sucks. The employees are super rude. They don't even smile at you. There was a super long line for the drive-thru so we decided to park and go inside. The lady with the sleeve tattoos who took our very simple order of 2 iced coffees and a muffin looked completely dumbfounded the entire time. It took about 12 minutes to get our order.
